Nice Hotel, abit far away from Gloucester town centre but there is a Bus Stop right outside the Hotel that takes you there. Decent Breakfast and Good Menu Selection in the Bar/Restaurant. I would stay again. Bar area could maybe do with more staff during peak periods possibly.

Hotel is modern and clean. Rooms very spacious and comfortable quality bedding. Large bed. Shower and bathroom clean and modern. Nice touch with bottle water and hospitality tray.
Breakfast was TERRIBLE. Food run out, waiting lengthy time for restock, tables dirty, poor selection of tea, milk (non dairy) and breads.
Continental platter was ham and cheese- embarrassing!
No eggs for 20 mins. Plates burning hot, sausages. Really cheap and didn’t even taste like sausage! Worst breakfast ever eaten in a hotel.
Shame as the rest of hotel was good in every way.

The room was nice, big and comfy. The hotel staff were so helpful and friendly especially Ariel. The heating was not working in my room but Ariel was helpful and gave me a radiator to warm my room.

Arrived at hotel before 9.30. No one at reception when I arrived. Waited over 15 mins before I could check in. Then room service wouldn’t do any hot food because the kitchen closed at 9.30! Not the best service.

Nice hotel. Room spacious. Good TV and bed. Terrible fridge in room that fires up the compressor in the night to wake you up. Impossible to turn off otherwise great room and hotel

Hotel is very quite, rooms are nice and clean. bathroom needs some work , shower was leaking. Air conditioning made terrible noise at night even after i turned it off. Breakfast is very nice. Restaurant for dinner was bad, small portions, taste not very good. Steak was very bad, max. 0,5" thick and taste was bad.

Toilet still had poo in it ! Bathroom had not be cleaned or checked evidentially ! Not what you want especially with a toddler !
Shower did not turn off properly so it just ran continually making a steam room ! We turned the shower onto cold to save the hot water!
When we complained we were told that housekeeping had gone home as had maintenance !!
An hour after complaining they then spent a further 30 mins checking if they had another room ! They said they didn’t so asked “how bad is it” …. How bad is it that the toilet has poo in it and the room has not been cleaned properly???? I didn’t really know how to answer that and by this point I had found a local Tescos, driven there, purchased cleaning materials and cleaned the room ! We were offered a free drink at the bar as an apology !
We stayed from Saturday to Monday, shower just leaked continually whilst the country is seeing hosepipe bans ! Must have wasted several hundred litres over our stay !
Staff whilst friendly did not have any authority to resolve anything !
Hotel reception, bar and restaurant was boiling, no air conditioning or not working ! It was cooler outside on the hottest day of the year !

I’ve stayed here a few times but was very disappointed this time.
The welcome was warm and friendly and I would name her on here but none of the reception had name badges on. The room was clean but the mattress felt like it had a hard ridge down the middle. After about 5 minutes of watching the tv the screen would go black and then would turn back on which became annoying after a while. I couldn’t get any of the changing room lockers to work and I was really disappointed with the leisure facilities. We booked this as we both work hard in the NHS and thought a night away in a hotel with a spa would be a nice treat. What I was not told when I booked or checked in, was that neither the sauna or hot tub was working. So we only had the choice of the swimming pool or steam room. The steam room is compact to say the least. Any more than 4 in there and your almost sitting on each others laps.
