Amazing hotel! Best in Leeds by far! The staff go above and beyond in anything you need help with and the food and drinks are exceptional! We love and always stay here when in Leeds!

The staff were were extremely welcoming and helpful. The room was as good as we would have expected for Dakota. Altogether a delightful stay. Can’t wait to stay again.

Lovely charming hotel. I did not dine in as was a one night stay. My room was modern, clean and extremely comfortable. The 11am check out was rather early as ordinarily 12pm works better especially if one only checks in late evening. I was called at 11:07 as I had not checked out yet - having been on a work zoom call that overran. I suggest giving guests a 30 min grace period especially if the checkout is as early as 11am. Overall though, a great place to stay in Leeds!

This hotel is absolutely stunning. Very modern, staff are extremely helpful. I would recommend to anyone staying in Leeds.
