Only for transit you can stay, coz it's the cheapest I can get. And it's near to ioi mall . Other than that, apartment nearby a lot, place are so new tht area, next time I want to try apartment nearby. Have indian kopitiam, 7E, 24 mart, laundry, convenient to stay. Abt hotel, deposit RM50 n RM2, room a bit old, bathroom good, combined with shower. Tv set not so good. Use grab RM5, high peak RM10++.

The room was really dirty and there were bugs. It’s my first time staying at a hotel that charges a parking fee—ridiculous. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay here, although the male staff member had a good attitude.

I was disappointed with my stay. The floor was dusty and sticky, and there was an unpleasant smell in both the room and the bathroom. I also noticed some dirt on the mattress, which was very concerning. The worst part was seeing a cockroach on the table. Overall, the cleanliness was far below expectations, and I hope the hotel can improve its hygiene standards.

In the bathroom there is only 1 body shop liquid and toilet paper, so every guest needs to bring their toothbrush toothpaste by themselves, and this hotel does not have a restaurant, but surrounded by various other restaurants

Decent stay with a great location, but some maintenance issues. The bedsheets are quite worn out, and the shower isn’t functioning very well, which affects comfort. That said, the location is a big plus — surrounded by many eating places, and there’s even a 24-hour nasi kandar nearby where you can get really good roti prata anytime of the day. Good for short stays if location and food convenience matter more than room condition.

Certain receptionist not friendly (not all staff). They said should informed for room cleaning, even after informing 3 times also nothing done. Staying for 1 week, only 1 day they did cleaning. But there's a lot of choice for food with walking distance. Have Thai cuisine, mamak, cafe, emart, KK mart and many more.

I come here usually stay around in conezion for easy connection to ioi mall or putrajaya government office. This hotel is suitable for short stay, the room is just enough space for 2 adult with 1 or child. but the location is great, need to pay for parking. I come here to pickup my car at mazda putrajaya

This hotel is nice to stay for a short term like 1 or 2 nights. A lot of restaurants nerby and have convenience store on the next block.

Is location near by IOI City mall Putrajaya. Conveniet to shopping and good to stay

Door couldnt open with card. Eventually have to use keys instead of cards Door is damagaed and have to pish really hard when opening. Door doesnt close unless you push hard, the shape of the door doesnt match the door frame so you have to force it to close
