Bed size and room size is bigger than imagine for semi-double bedded room. Though a bit away from metro and JR station but easy access to most of the sightseeing areas either direct access or just 1 interchange stop.

We enjoyed everything about this hotel. The service is fantastic. The facility is great! We enjoyed the Japanese style buffet including so many delicious choices at the hotel. The same items are served every day. You can take a to go box if you are in a hurry. The hotel is situated in a quiet area next to the Ginza shopping center. There are 7-eleven and family mart on the first floor of the building. A Starbucks and a few local restaurants are within 2 minutes walk. Less than 10 minutes walk to the trains.

Although the hotel space is really small, but their amenities bar (there is even complimentary bath soap) at L2 and convenience store right at L1 makes the trip so seamless and comfortable

It was overall a good location close to a few of the subway stations however the cleaner forgot to lock the door after doing the housekeeping so it was a terrible experience and thankfully nothing was lost. We highlighted to the receptionist but all they did was just to say sorry that’s all.

My wife and I stayed at this hotel for 10 nights during New Year’s holiday. We really loved staying there. The room is not very spacious but the layout and size is adequate for us given the hotel is located in Tokyo. The room is clean with very comfortable bed. Staff are friendly and helpful. Location is great as it is in the centre of Ginza. A convenience store is just on the ground floor of the hotel. We definitely would love to stay there again.

A great place to stay at! Extremely close to the ginza shopping district and the metro stations. Easy to get to Tokyo station as well. 7-11 is right next to hotel and they provide everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Good hotel

We got the top floor with balcony and loved it - managed to see the Tokyo Tower and room was of a good size. Location is accessible from prime stations like Ginza/Shimbashi. Quiet area with not much disturbances as well.

Very well located the sukiyake in their restaurant very good, the hotel very clean the room has everything you need the soaking tub amazing very good amenities, the staff most helpful a very good choice,

We love the hotel amenities and service. We arrived late at night and was able to checked in smoothly into our 2 rooms which were next to each other. The request was made when I booked through Trip. We had a wonderful stay. Lots of convenience stores and eateries nearby. We love our morning walks to Tsukiji Market which is less than 1km away. Will definitely recommend this hotel to everyone.

The facility is getting old and poorly maintained. Everything else is just normal. Checkout time is just a bit too tricky.

Very clean and the staff efficiently changes towels and makes bed everyday. You can also borrow umbrellas for free on rainy or snowy days.
