Sehr nette Gastgeber! Wir durften schon 2 Stunden früher aufs Zimmer und auch nach dem auschecken die schöne Dachterrasse mit Sonnenliegen nutzen. Die Ausstattung ist generell recht neu und hochwertig. Top Lage mit Strandnähe und nahe dem großen Hafen - kann man ideal mit einer Kreuzfahrt verbinden. Die Zimmer sind groß und Frühstück mit genug Auswahl und lecker!

Hotel muy bueno. Super bien situado. Personal muy amable. Habitaciones de tamaño justo. Nos tocó camas separadas, casi todas las habitaciones son así pero puedes pedir que aún siendo camas individuales las unan. La playa está muy cerca a 100 m. Transporte público abundante y barato.

Fijn verblijf. De kamer was schoon en strak. De dame bij de receptie was vriendelijk en gaf tips over de omgeving.

Kleines Hotel mit nur 35 Zimmern, ca. 100 Meter vom Las Canteras Strand. Sehr nettes Personal, schneller Service bei Problemen, saubere Zimmer mit kleinem Kühlschrank, Wasseroberfläche, Tassen, Gläsern. Zur Begrüßung gab's Schokolade, 1 Flasche Wasser und Express-Kaffee. Frühstück ist für diesen Hotelstandard ok, es ist eigentlich alles da was man so braucht. Wie in mehreren Hotels am Canteras ist der Frühstücksraum im Keller ohne Fenster ! Uns hat es nicht gestört. Schöne, ruhige Dachterrasse mit Sitzgruppen, Liegen und Aussendusche (kein Pool !!!) Wir würden auf jeden Fall nochmals wiederkommen.

Top Lage, saubere Zimmer und hilfsbereites Personal. Ich habe eine Woche im Dona Luisa verbracht und habe die Zeit in Las Palmas sehr genossen. Kleiner Nachteil - Abends ist der Straßenverkehr teilweise laut und man muss das Fenster schließen.

This winter, I stayed twice at the Doña Luisa, once with my father and once by myself. We had a great time! The hotel opened in 2017, and the facilities are well maintained so everything is in good condition. My room was clean, very nice, well lit and designed with fair colours. It was spacious for a three-star and really offers four-star comfort and amenities. Many four-stars nearby don’t even come close with their worn-out rooms. The room came with fast, unlimited and reliable wifi. Logging in takes a while as the system asks a thousand questions. There were sockets at the desk and bedside tables so charging your devices was easy. The bed was comfortable. There was a safe, a fridge, a luggage rack and ample closet space. A 0.5 L bottle of water was provided on arrival, not replenished. The bathroom came with a walk-in shower, with good water pressure both in the overhead as well as the handheld shower. The bathroom had with several amenities usually seen in first-class hotels, such as a razor, a toothbrush etc. All staff were very friendly and helpful, and they spoke excellent English at reception. Breakfast was served in the breakfast room in the basement daily from 7 to 10:30 and cost 8 euros, which is a fair price. The buffet had several hot and cold options, including melon and serrano ham, eggs fried, boiled and scrambled, vegetables, cold cuts, cheeses, breads, cakes etc. The hotel enjoys an excellent location a block from Las Canteras beach and a short walk away from Santa Catalina park, with lots of shopping and dining opportunities close by. There is a Spar supermarket 100 meters from the hotel.

It’s not cheap enough for the lack of quality and service. Was visiting with 2 kids and had reserved a room with two beds. When arriving there was only one bed and at the reception they could not provide sheets for us. Furthermore coffee and water was only available on day one and the cream was rotten and way out of date. Breakfast was included but of really bad quality. Only plus is that it is near to the beach. I choose this hotel because of the good reviews here on Tripadvisor but I really am disappointed.
