Ich habe dieses Hotel hauptsächlich deshalb gewählt, weil es relativ näher am Flughafen liegt (ich habe am nächsten Morgen einen frühen Flug) – als ich gegen 13 Uhr mit dem Auto vom Flughafen kam, dauerte es 20 Minuten. Als ich gegen 9:30 Uhr das Hotel verließ, um zum Flughafen zu fahren, dauerte es etwa 15 Minuten. Fenster können „zu Ihrer Sicherheit“ nicht geöffnet werden. 🙂 Es ist ein früher Check-in möglich, allerdings für 10 € 🙂 Damit können Sie Ihr Gepäck dort kostenlos aufbewahren 😐 Wenn Sie einen Haartrockner oder einen Wasserkocher benötigen, müssen Sie eine Kaution in Höhe von 10 € hinterlegen. Sie werden es Ihnen zurückgeben, wenn Sie es zurückgeben. Nur weniger bequem 😕 Das „kostenlose WLAN“, wie auf meiner Buchungsseite zu sehen ist, gilt nur für die Lobby. Für die Nutzung des WLANs im Zimmer müssen Sie 3,99 € bezahlen. Nicht teuer, aber es gibt einfach kein gutes Gefühl. 😕 Auf meinem Bettlaken waren Haare, wenn auch nicht viele (ich habe zwei kurze Locken gesehen, die nicht wie Kopfhaare aussehen …)

Poor hotel without shampoo or coffee/tea kettle in the room. Also, room is not clean and full of dust. Their cleaning service is not functioning. Service is nice at the reception.

Well located 10 min closed to airport. Very clean. Cozy coffee bar. Very helpful front desk guy. Close supermarkets. Excellent for layover.

We loved the hotel apartments from the fact that the rooms are so small.

The room was clean and the bathroom also clean and had everything I needed. I have absolutely no complaints there. WLAN worked well and reliably, except for a few disconnects, but it was not included. The cleaning personnel offered to clean the room more frequently than was necessary, which was fine, but I don't need my room to be cleaned every day or even every second day. I keep it quite clean anyway. The only thing I missed was a little fridge to put drinks in, so that I could cool water bottles or milk. The reception desk people were also always friendly and understood my bad Spanish and were helpful. Thank you. If you don't have to be in the very center of Madrid, the location of this hotel is still fine, since the metro is merely 5min away walking distance and quickly gets you anywhere in Madrid.

Express style hotel Location is okay Wi-Fi Can’t keep luggage

The breakfast was nice. They helped arrange a taxi to the airport. It’s a good spot between the main city and the airport so if you’ve got time to explore you can easily take the metro. I’d stay again.

Outside of city centre but the neighbourhood was comfortable, big and proper room and toilet, great experience for the price.
