Alles war perfekt. Die Zimmergröße ist ausgezeichnet. Wir übernachteten an einem anderen Ort in Island, bevor wir in dieses Hotel kamen. Das Beste war das Wasser aus dem Wasserhahn; Im Gegensatz zum anderen Ort gab es in Aska keinen unangenehmen Geruch aufgrund des Schwefelgehalts. Ich würde umbuchen, wenn ich Island noch einmal besuche. Das Beste an Island ist, dass sich in der Nähe aller Hotels Bushaltestellen befinden.

The sound insulation is very poor, I don't know where the water leaks at night, my friends and I didn't fall asleep until three o 'clock in the morning, and the door of the building outside is also shaken every time it is closed. The floor stinks like you cleaned the bathroom and then you cleaned the bedroom

The room facilities are very new, the staff are also very nice, the heating is very hot, but I may not have found the hair dryer.

It is a self check-in with no frontbdesk staff. But staff personnel was responsive with email. It would be even better if the hotel will consider using Whatspp.

I can absolutely sympathise with people who struggle to get in and check in to this hotel. When you book through a 3rd party app, you do not receive your room number or entry code. The check-in process is then an adventure of trying to shout into a tablet near the front door, for a call that lasts maximum 2 minutes before it disconnects and you have to try again. The layout is… odd… to say the least, but if you follow the signs you can eventually end up at your room (if you find some of the doors that work, not all do). The maintenance person who broke into our room while we were out forgot to lock the door, so we were at risk of all of our things being stolen, which wasn’t ideal. The room itself was nice, location is good and as long as you don’t need anything, you are getting what you pay for.

Stayed a second time just due to the price and decent location. The check-in process is horrible via third party apps like trip.com as you don’t receive your room number and entry code. The general review I can give is “you get what you’re paying for”. Reykjavik is expensive and this place is decent enough.

Stunning in every way. Comfortable warm room with everything you'd need. And a short walk from BSI bus terminal and also to the town. Will be back for sure!

見到有啲評論講好難check in, 一開始有啲擔心同嚇退，但係最後check in 好順利，入住前一日收到email講入門口嘅密碼(hotel 用電子鎖) 間房算大，有雪櫃仔、熱水壺、杯、衣架、幾個掛衫嘅勾、一個放野嘅櫃仔、枱凳。 我哋住4樓有露台，廁所都幾好，沖涼花灑水力同去水全部都冇問題。行5分鐘有間超市~ 缺點嘅話我諗係地理位置，由機場去酒店，落咗車之後要行10幾分鐘，我冬天去，地下有雪，好辛苦！ 同埋間房燈光比較暗同黃, 但係唔會好影響生活！純粹我鍾意光猛啲。 冇影房間裏面嘅相，得兩張喺酒店裏便影嘅風景相😂

ホテルには無料の駐車場があり、レンタカーを利用している場合にはとても便利です。ホテルの立地も歩いて中心地へ行くことが可能ですし、スーパーもあるため、滞在中快適に過ごすことができました。お部屋はとてもキレイです。セキュリティもしっかりしています。

設施很新，地點近市中心，各方面都很滿意，每天都有服務員整理房間，櫃檯職員態度親切有禮，24小時服務，十分方便，我的房間剛好有露台，景觀十分好！推薦大家入住！ 唯一缺點是沒有早餐供應！

酒店設施非常舒適，而且物品都很新，很滿意，就是水池子離置物架太近了，感覺洗臉會磕到腦袋，不過問題不大，前台也很温柔

適合自駕遊，窗邊景色不俗。但是如果外面風很大，晚上就不能入睡，因為房門不實淨，經常發出「砰砰」聲，嘈到不能瞓覺，非常困擾！

這次我們所下榻之處為一家正式的旅館，為自助入住制度。雖然無前台接待，然而整體體驗相當順利。旅館設施完善，客房清潔整齊，床鋪舒適。自助入住系統簡明易懂，節省了等候時間。旅館地點便利，交通便捷。雖無傳統服務人員，然旅館提供充足資訊及支援。總括而言，此次住宿體驗令人滿意，適合喜愛自主便利之旅客！

酒店位置比較市中心偏些少，好處是有免費停車，不好處是無前台職員，入住要在門外的Tab電話聯絡，打三次成功取得房號及大門密碼，205號房很暗，但大小可以，床算是舒適，有兩張椅子，小型雪柜，電水壼等，但没有桌子或柜所以全部東西放地上(有一個行李箱支架的)。浴室淋浴水壓強勁，唯去水設計及出水口不给力，我只好手提花灑頭向牆身喷，但不一會水就泛濫了，洗一個澡很吃力，趕快完事。水温很好，亦有乾毛巾架的。 我預早幾個月訂房所以沒有優惠，見幾天前最後優惠足足平四百多人民幣一晚，如果訂到八百多一晚就性價比高了。
