Es war so gut, dass wir sowohl im Rosebank- als auch im Sandton-Hotel übernachten mussten. Der Service war hervorragend und die Frühstücksauswahl großartig.

Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, geräumig und luxuriös. Das Hotellobby und die Einrichtungen waren fantastisch, und ich würde sicherlich hier noch einmal bleiben. Emails wurden unverzüglich beantwortet, und der Service von allen Mitarbeitern war sehr freundlich und hervorragend. Das Bett war super bequem und spotless, was für eine tolle Nachtslaf gemacht. Sie können sogar super früh inchecken für etwa $20, was ich dachte, war ein faires Geschäft Ich checkte in 6 Stunden früh. Hoch empfehlen dieses Hotel!

Das Zimmer sah anders aus als auf dem Bild, auf dem Küche und Couch in einem separaten Raum zu sehen waren. Das Zimmer war kleiner, als man denken kann. Und es gab keine Hausschuhe. Aber es war sauber und praktisch genug zum Übernachten. Die Einrichtungen wie das 24-Stunden-Fitnessstudio, die fehlende Pflicht, im Pool einen Badeanzug zu tragen, und der heiße Whirlpool waren großartig.

The rooms are clean, modern, and very comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day. The hotel’s location is perfect, with easy access to nearby shopping areas, restaurants, and key attractions, which makes it very convenient whether you're visiting for business or leisure. The food is another highlight — fresh, delicious, and with a great variety to suit different tastes. The overall environment is peaceful yet vibrant, giving you the best of both comfort and energy. What really stands out is the attention to detail and the consistent quality of service. Everything feels well-managed and thoughtfully designed to ensure a pleasant experience. Overall, Southern Sun Rosebank delivers an excellent stay and is definitely a place worth visiting again.

The location is spectacular. The rooms are good value for money. I liked my stay a lot. The only thing is if you’re booked into a room further away, you must know that if it is raining you have to walk outside and to the entrance to fetch your food orders or get your uber — only downside.

It was lovely. Staff were friendly and accommodating and arranged airport pickup. The breakfast was lovely as well as room service. Will definitely stay here again if visiting Jhb. 💕❤️ The rooms were clean although amenities needed to be requested suxh as robes, slippers, shower gel, shampoo etc - not really nice after a long flight. As well as water, so if this could be provided first that would make it even great.

Es gibt mehr als 3 als 4 Sterne? Kundenservice arme. Das Holiday Inn war voll, so dass dies eine enge Alternative war. Hat es Ausstattung, aber ihre Ausflüge waren in der Küche weit vom Bett? Nicht sehr Geschäftsreisende oder entspannende Reisende freundlich. Ich buchte ein Köchinchen Studio, das eine Küche hatte, die für Heizungsfutter etc. Dekor ein wenig müde, so konnte es mit etwas Liebe tun. Aber neben einer sehr schmutzigen Flasche auf dem Balkon war es sauber. Die Lage ist hervorragend für Rosebank Mall, auch wenn Sie Huhn spielen müssen, um die Straße zu überqueren 😆 Der Kundenservice war schwer fehlt. Ich dachte, Radisson Red Personal war langsam, aber zumindest sie waren immer da. Sie können nicht Frontdesk anrufen. Es sind alle QR-Codes und WhatsApp. Late check out wäre die Kosten einer anderen Nacht R1980. Personal hatte eine, ich dunno Einstellung und waren nicht sehr hilfreich. 1 Sicherheitsbeamte und 1 junge Dame in der Lounge sind die einzigen Ausnahmen. Outlets in der Lounge und Büro waren nur lokale und ich musste wirklich fragen, wo ich kaufen können Adapter / Konverter. Nächstes Mal gehe ich anderswo hin. Sie sind nicht genug für mich konzentriert.

All was well, the place was good. Good service from the front desk. But as a traveler with limited luggage there are some things we need eg. shower caps, bottled water, hair dryer.
