Ausgezeichnetes Hotel in Sandton, etwa 30 Minuten Fahrt vom Flughafen. Zimmer geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Personal war sehr freundlich. Frühstück und Abendessen waren sehr gut mit einer breiten Auswahl. Hotel war sicher. Gym war sehr gut ausgestattet. Nur das Hotel auf einer Tagestour verließ so unfähig zu kommentieren über die unmittelbare Umgebung und andere Einrichtungen um das Hotel.

Ich hatte einen hervorragenden Aufenthalt im The Catalyst Hotel in Sandton. Von dem Moment an war das Personal warm, professionell und wirklich willkommen, so dass der Eincheckungsprozess reibungslos und hart. Die Zimmer sind modern, stilvoll und unermüdlich sauber, mit komfortablen Betten und gemütlichen Einrichtungen, die es leicht nach einem langen Tag zu entspannen machten. Die Aufmerksamkeit auf die Details im ganzen Hotel ist beeindruckend, die eine luxuriöse, aber komfortable Atmosphäre schafft. Eine der größten Highlights ist die hervorragende Lage des Hotels. Es ist günstig in der Nähe von Sandton City, Nelson Mandela Square und der Gautrain gelegen, wodurch es eine ideale Wahl für Geschäftsreisende und Freizeitreisende macht. I had the best time just relaxing at the hotel . The staff were very friendly and because it was my birthday they upgraded my room and gave me free breakfast . I had an amazing time and I can’t wait to go back . Room services was also really great and the views were amazing .

Das Zimmer sah anders aus als auf dem Bild, auf dem Küche und Couch in einem separaten Raum zu sehen waren. Das Zimmer war kleiner, als man denken kann. Und es gab keine Hausschuhe. Aber es war sauber und praktisch genug zum Übernachten. Die Einrichtungen wie das 24-Stunden-Fitnessstudio, die fehlende Pflicht, im Pool einen Badeanzug zu tragen, und der heiße Whirlpool waren großartig.

The location is spectacular. The rooms are good value for money. I liked my stay a lot. The only thing is if you’re booked into a room further away, you must know that if it is raining you have to walk outside and to the entrance to fetch your food orders or get your uber — only downside.

The rooms are clean, modern, and very comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day. The hotel’s location is perfect, with easy access to nearby shopping areas, restaurants, and key attractions, which makes it very convenient whether you're visiting for business or leisure. The food is another highlight — fresh, delicious, and with a great variety to suit different tastes. The overall environment is peaceful yet vibrant, giving you the best of both comfort and energy. What really stands out is the attention to detail and the consistent quality of service. Everything feels well-managed and thoughtfully designed to ensure a pleasant experience. Overall, Southern Sun Rosebank delivers an excellent stay and is definitely a place worth visiting again.

Es gibt mehr als 3 als 4 Sterne? Kundenservice arme. Das Holiday Inn war voll, so dass dies eine enge Alternative war. Hat es Ausstattung, aber ihre Ausflüge waren in der Küche weit vom Bett? Nicht sehr Geschäftsreisende oder entspannende Reisende freundlich. Ich buchte ein Köchinchen Studio, das eine Küche hatte, die für Heizungsfutter etc. Dekor ein wenig müde, so konnte es mit etwas Liebe tun. Aber neben einer sehr schmutzigen Flasche auf dem Balkon war es sauber. Die Lage ist hervorragend für Rosebank Mall, auch wenn Sie Huhn spielen müssen, um die Straße zu überqueren 😆 Der Kundenservice war schwer fehlt. Ich dachte, Radisson Red Personal war langsam, aber zumindest sie waren immer da. Sie können nicht Frontdesk anrufen. Es sind alle QR-Codes und WhatsApp. Late check out wäre die Kosten einer anderen Nacht R1980. Personal hatte eine, ich dunno Einstellung und waren nicht sehr hilfreich. 1 Sicherheitsbeamte und 1 junge Dame in der Lounge sind die einzigen Ausnahmen. Outlets in der Lounge und Büro waren nur lokale und ich musste wirklich fragen, wo ich kaufen können Adapter / Konverter. Nächstes Mal gehe ich anderswo hin. Sie sind nicht genug für mich konzentriert.

The rooms are well-equipped with practical amenities, including a microwave, stove, washing machine, and even two bedrooms in one unit, which makes it very convenient for families or longer stays. That said, there is room for improvement when it comes to hygiene and overall maintenance. There was a slight musky smell in parts of the hotel, and the cleaning standards could be improved. Despite this, we genuinely enjoyed our stay, mainly because the staff’s kindness and professionalism really stood out. With some attention to maintenance and cleanliness, this hotel has the potential to be even better.
