Die Lage und Einrichtung des Hotels sind fantastisch. Es liegt nur 2-3 Gehminuten von der Altstadt und dem See entfernt und bietet alles, saubere und moderne Zimmer, eine super tolle Pool / Terrasse und sehr gutes Essen. Der Service des gesamten Hotels ist ausgezeichnet, äusserst zuvorkommend und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Tracy hat uns sogar unterstützt ein Packet mit der Post nach Hause in die Schweiz zu schicken. 🥰 . Preis-/Leistung ist top, ich würde dieses Hotel absolut weiterempfehlen jnd jederzeit wieder kommen. Sie haben mehr als die maximum 10 in der Bewertung verdient 🫶🏻. Danke für Alles, es war super!

Der Service war hervorragend, meine erste Wahl für Geschäftsreisen. Man kann im Altstadtviertel das lokale Flair erleben, und die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption waren auch sehr nett und haben uns sogar Geschenke gemacht.

...es gibt mehrere 22Land Hotels. Man muss immer ,Spa' mit angeben. Mit dem Bus #14 ist die Altstadt in 40 Minuten erreichbar. Viel Spaß beim Überqueren von 4 Straßen zu Haltestelle.

Wir haben das Apartment mit Seeblick gebucht. Das Apartment ist mit seinen ca. 60qm sehr groß, angenehm hell und verfügt über eine vollständige Küche mit allen möglichen Utensilien sowie einer Waschmaschine. Die Anlage hat einen tollen großen Pool (inklusive Handtücher) und ein Fitnessstudio (kostenloses Wasser). Ebenfalls positiv möchten wir den kostenfreien Shuttle erwähnen, welcher 4x am Tag zu diversen Punkten/Sehenswürdigkeiten fuhr.

Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption waren sehr freundlich. Die Zimmerausstattung war sauber und komfortabel.

Stayed at Hoa Hoang Hotel for 3 weeks. Service: 1. The front desk receptionist, Nga, is helpful, patient, and polite. She is always cheerful and attentive, even while handling calls and assisting other guests. She addressed my concerns clearly, answered all my questions, and is very pleasant to communicate with. 2. Breakfast buffet: staff is always on their feet. I see there’s two main servers, sometimes a third one. They’re very focused but it’s also because they have a lot of tasks - prep, cook, clean, replenish and clear all the dining tables. The tables are not always wiped down, but if you ask, they will address it immediately. Two weeks in, they hired a fourth server which was nice because tables were cleared and cleaned faster. There were a variety of food options with a few soup dishes that rotated each day. They serve mainly carbs and didn’t have many vegetarian options and not a lot of protein in general. They had breakfast chits that we would have to collect from the front desk each day and hand-in to the breakfast staff, they’re very on top of collecting the chits. 3. Room service: We never ordered food to the room. For a few nights, we did order dinner (rice, meat and a veggie dish). They can make anything you ask for either for lunch or dinner. If you don’t feel like going out, their cooking is quite tasty. We’d asked for new towels daily, our 2 water bottles, toilet paper and to empty our garage. We would ask to change or bedding every few days. 4. Rooms 614/615: 614 is the superior twin room and 615 is the superior queen room. My mom stayed in room 614 and my husband stayed in room 615 while I went back and forth. Furniture and flooring was exactly like in the photo online. Both rooms had working air conditioner and a ceiling fan and working mini fridge. TV in the rooms were not a SMART TV but we didn’t mind. The room cost the same although I don’t think room 615 is as nice as 614 since the washroom in 615 felt a bit older (the trimming had more mold and ceiling height was low). My husband who is 5 feet 8 inches (172 cm) would need to bow down to wash his head. Toilets flushed well in both rooms and water pressure was strong. There were tiny ants in both washroom floors and counters but it is Vietnam, we accepted it. Since it was not filled with them, it was not a concern. Beddings and towels are OKAY (meaning it was a pass for us) Some had light stains and tiny rips but it didn’t feel disgusting. 5. Cost: It was about $36 CAD after fees and taxes for each room, I booked a few nights online and a few nights in person which worked out to be around the same price after the conversion. Depending on the website promo, you may be able to get a better price per night online. 6. Location: calling for a taxi, grab, xanh sm takes a tiny bit of time because they’re on a one way street. But it’s walking distance to a park which is great! Overall rating 3.7, I would say it is like a Best Western hotels/suites in Canada. Service and staff 4 star, building and rooms 3.5 star. According to google, they are a 3 star hotel and I would agree. I would recommend a couple and family to stay. And I would return.

Das Zimmer ist sauber, aber vielleicht etwas klein. Die Möbel sind sauber und vollständig. Die Matratze ist weich und bequem. Es gibt eine Bar auf dem Dach, gute Atmosphäre, das Hotel liegt in der Nähe der Fußgängerzone, des Marktes und des Sees.

Nahe am Flughafen war mir so wichtig das andere Sachen nicht so schlimm waren. Preis/Leistung = TOP
