GGastnutzerWonderful hotel. The only sadness being that I was only there for one night and arrived late at night. Very comfortable room and friendly, helpful staff. I ate at the downstairs bar which has a fairly limited menu but was quite good pizza. Overall, it was very good value for the price and would definitely stay again.

GGastnutzerI had a fantastic 2-night stay at this new hotel. The location is incredibly convenient, especially for anyone arriving from the airport via the Green Line Westlake. It’s a direct shot from the airport, and then just a 14-minute walk from the station (which also connects to the mono rail to space needle.
I loved the cozy lobby; it’s a great spot to just hang out or relax for a bit. A huge plus for me was the surrounding area. On my way to check in, I was able to grab Shake Shack for dinner, which was perfect. And for bubble tea lovers, there’s a boba shop, Hey Tea ,right next door! Whole Foods is also just a short walk away, making it easy to pick up anything you need.
The check-in and check-out process was super quick and smooth. I had a great rest over my two nights and would highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located place to stay.

FFranz.Die Zimmer sind groß und geräumig. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Steckdosen in Bettnähe vorhanden.
Die Reinigung der Zimmer (Roomkeeping) findet laut Aushang im Zimmer und Information der Lobby nur alle zwei Tage statt. Bei unserem Aufenthalt (3 Nächte) wurde kein Roomkeeping durchgeführt. Daher wurden auch 3 Tage die Handtücher nicht gewechselt. Dies finde ich für ein 4-Sterne-Hotel unwürdig. Eine Reklamation an der Rezeption unsererseits fand diesbezüglich nicht statt, da einige Mitarbeiter ohnehin nicht all zu freundlich waren.

AAnonymer BenutzerDas Bad ist während unseres ersten Tages hier verriegelt. Wir haben den Zimmerservice angerufen und das Personal kam schnell hierher und fixierte alles. Ich gebe 5/5 für den Service. Die Aussicht außerhalb des Fensters ist nett.

One of the best things was the convenient parking – for just around $55, you get all-day access with in-and-out privileges, which made it super easy to explore the area without worrying about parking.
They also gave us a complimentary recyclable water bottle and a couple of drink vouchers that could be redeemed for anything, which was a nice touch and made our stay feel even more special. The mattress was really comfy, ensuring a great night’s sleep after a long day.
Overall, I’d highly recommend this place. Great service, thoughtful amenities, and a really comfortable stay.

AAnonymer BenutzerDie geografische Lage des Hotels ist bequem, es gibt ein paar Minuten von der Light Rail und Monorail Station entfernt, und es ist sehr bequem zum Flughafen und zum Raumschiff. Die Hoteleinrichtungen sind allgemein, aber das Bett ist komfortabel. Alle Mitarbeiter des Hotels sind sehr gut. Da das Hotel am Straßenrand ist, ist es relativ nicht so ruhig. Aber geografische Lage und Service sind eine Wahl wert.

Had to pay for parking which was ehhh but it's Seattle.
Bathroom was nice.
There's a little fridge and a microwave in the room.
Left the next morning at 0705. Check out was easy.

GGastnutzerThe hotel staff are friendly, but not helpful. The washing machine was not working after I paid and put in the clothes and detergent, then I called the front, then they told me the washing machine is not working. I asked them why didn’t they put out a notice, the front desk said he just found out when I call. At the beginning he asked me to wait till the next morning, then they can call the washing machine company to try to give me a refund. Anyways, they are not sure about if I get refund or not!!! At the end, going back and forth, the front desk agree to refund me in cash and give some detergent to go to another floor for the laundry.
I arrive Seattle late around 11pm in the evening with the car. I paid for the daily fee for parking. As I will be leaving Seattle only few hours after checking out, they told me I could not leave the car in the garage until late afternoon because they need the space. I said I paid for a ‘daily fee’, so in principle I should be able to park the car till late afternoon, but they told me not, it is my choice to check in late and they cannot do anything to extend my parking till late afternoon.
I asked them if that is the regulation, they should put that down clearly in the description and inform the guests in advance, particularly those international guests who might have another interpretation about the ‘daily fee’.
At the end, they allow me to park until 2 pm which is too early for me and I need to change my plan at Seattle completely due to the parking issue.
In conclusion, the general attitude is they are sorry if the guest has any problem, but they can’t help much!!!!!
