Der Wasserdruck ist während der Dusche niedrig und haben keine Dusche Kopf, Toilettenschlauchbeleuchtung funktioniert nicht gut (nicht in der Lage, die Helligkeit zu steuern.

Optimal zum Kongresszentrum gelegen, wenige hundert Meter von der Westlake Station der S-Bahnlinie „Link 1“ entfernt, mit der man in knapp einer Stunde am Flughafen ist (für freundliche 3 Dollar). Das Hotel hat leider (wie die meisten in Seattle) keinen Pool. Sonst sehr ordentlich. (Alle 3-4-Sterne-Hotels hatten zu meiner Reisezeit Preise um 300 Euro pro Nacht ohne Frühstück - ohnehin ist Seattle sehr teuer auch was Essen, Uber/Taxi etc angeht….)

Der Service des Hotels Rezeptions ist sehr gut, das Zimmer ist sauber, das Zimmer ist mit kostenlosem Schalen, die Rezeption wird 2 Liege Wasser geben, und ein Willkommensgetränk, 5 － 7 Uhr bietet dem Gast einen kostenlosen Glas Rotwein und bietet auch kostenlose Lieferung an die Nähe. Die Hotelstelle ist sehr bequem, es gibt eine Busbahnhof innerhalb von 100 m, Supermarkt. Diese Einreise ist gerade eine kleine Akuta Landschaft. Es wird empfohlen, nach Seattle zu fahren.

Sheraton Grand Seattle has a great downtown location, spacious room, and various amenities. The hotel is located right next to the convention center and few blocks to the downtown shopping / dining. The room is spacious for four of us with enough space to open our luggage and we did not feel cramped. On a higher floor, we had a nice city view. The hotel is updated and has a large lobby, Starbucks, a wine bar, restaurants, and fitness center/pool. We arrived in the early morning and was lucky to get an early check-in. The staff we encountered was nice and helpful and we had a good experience overall. The hotel charges a destination fee that offers $20 dining credit to use in bar/Starbucks/selected restaurants and $10 Uber credit. Maybe because most people spend their $20 credits on Starbucks, the line was very long in the morning (~20 minutes). I would suggest going earlier or later to avoid the long line.

Great amenities! The sauna and steam room were great after a cold winter day of walking. I got a massage in the spa, very relaxing. There’s a bagel shop onsite for a quick breakfast.

Die Zimmer sind groß und geräumig. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Steckdosen in Bettnähe vorhanden. Die Reinigung der Zimmer (Roomkeeping) findet laut Aushang im Zimmer und Information der Lobby nur alle zwei Tage statt. Bei unserem Aufenthalt (3 Nächte) wurde kein Roomkeeping durchgeführt. Daher wurden auch 3 Tage die Handtücher nicht gewechselt. Dies finde ich für ein 4-Sterne-Hotel unwürdig. Eine Reklamation an der Rezeption unsererseits fand diesbezüglich nicht statt, da einige Mitarbeiter ohnehin nicht all zu freundlich waren.

Unterhalb des Hügels von der Innenstadt von Seattle so erwarten Sie einen Spaziergang/Uber in die Stadt, wenn Sie auf diese Weise gehen. Auch kein Fan im Badezimmer, welche Art von suckte und der TV nicht funktionierte. Andernfalls, neben dem Wasser, das wirklich schön war. Also $100 pro Nacht-Einlage bis zu $500 für 5 Nächte+ so beachten.

The hotel staff are friendly, but not helpful. The washing machine was not working after I paid and put in the clothes and detergent, then I called the front, then they told me the washing machine is not working. I asked them why didn’t they put out a notice, the front desk said he just found out when I call. At the beginning he asked me to wait till the next morning, then they can call the washing machine company to try to give me a refund. Anyways, they are not sure about if I get refund or not!!! At the end, going back and forth, the front desk agree to refund me in cash and give some detergent to go to another floor for the laundry. I arrive Seattle late around 11pm in the evening with the car. I paid for the daily fee for parking. As I will be leaving Seattle only few hours after checking out, they told me I could not leave the car in the garage until late afternoon because they need the space. I said I paid for a ‘daily fee’, so in principle I should be able to park the car till late afternoon, but they told me not, it is my choice to check in late and they cannot do anything to extend my parking till late afternoon. I asked them if that is the regulation, they should put that down clearly in the description and inform the guests in advance, particularly those international guests who might have another interpretation about the ‘daily fee’. At the end, they allow me to park until 2 pm which is too early for me and I need to change my plan at Seattle completely due to the parking issue. In conclusion, the general attitude is they are sorry if the guest has any problem, but they can’t help much!!!!!

Durchschnittliche Ausstattung. Sauberkeit ist in Ordnung. Zentrale Lage, daher gute Erreichbarkeit.

The good: The house is really clean and lovely. We have all we needed to cook at home, and the rooms were nice and spacious. The Bad: The location leaves a lot to be desired, lots of people fighting and threatening outside. Several nights we've had to endure listeng to screaming and someone being harassed. It's terrifying for my kids who may be technically adults but still on the younger side. The Ugly: We've had a little incident where my partner, who's not technologically knowledgeable accidentally purchased a movie through the owner's account. The owner went through the roof calling names and accusing without asking what happened first. Reading other reviews in airbnb we can see this is not the first incident with him not being the nicest. There are ways to communicate without going from zero to sixty. We paid a few thousand dollars for this stay, another 5 bucks is not something we're looking to swindle.
