GGastnutzerDas Hotel ist bequem gelegen, mit Monorail und Light Rail ca. 5 Gehminuten. Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Im Hotel gibt es viele F&B-Optionen.

LLori JassThe people/service was great. The room was great. Getting there was an ordeal (narrow streets, lots of traffic), and the traffic and sirens kept us awake much of the night. The location in terms of proximity to places we needed to be was great -- but be sure to factor in loud traffic noise throughout your stay.

PPryceeethe location is good, 10 minutes walk from pike market and 15 minutes walk from space niddle and climate pledge. staff are all super super nice!!!!!!!!!!the window is not noise canceling, the subway outside was super loud.

FFranz.Die Zimmer sind groß und geräumig. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Steckdosen in Bettnähe vorhanden.
Die Reinigung der Zimmer (Roomkeeping) findet laut Aushang im Zimmer und Information der Lobby nur alle zwei Tage statt. Bei unserem Aufenthalt (3 Nächte) wurde kein Roomkeeping durchgeführt. Daher wurden auch 3 Tage die Handtücher nicht gewechselt. Dies finde ich für ein 4-Sterne-Hotel unwürdig. Eine Reklamation an der Rezeption unsererseits fand diesbezüglich nicht statt, da einige Mitarbeiter ohnehin nicht all zu freundlich waren.

Had to pay for parking which was ehhh but it's Seattle.
Bathroom was nice.
There's a little fridge and a microwave in the room.
Left the next morning at 0705. Check out was easy.

GGastnutzerThe hotel staff are friendly, but not helpful. The washing machine was not working after I paid and put in the clothes and detergent, then I called the front, then they told me the washing machine is not working. I asked them why didn’t they put out a notice, the front desk said he just found out when I call. At the beginning he asked me to wait till the next morning, then they can call the washing machine company to try to give me a refund. Anyways, they are not sure about if I get refund or not!!! At the end, going back and forth, the front desk agree to refund me in cash and give some detergent to go to another floor for the laundry.
I arrive Seattle late around 11pm in the evening with the car. I paid for the daily fee for parking. As I will be leaving Seattle only few hours after checking out, they told me I could not leave the car in the garage until late afternoon because they need the space. I said I paid for a ‘daily fee’, so in principle I should be able to park the car till late afternoon, but they told me not, it is my choice to check in late and they cannot do anything to extend my parking till late afternoon.
I asked them if that is the regulation, they should put that down clearly in the description and inform the guests in advance, particularly those international guests who might have another interpretation about the ‘daily fee’.
At the end, they allow me to park until 2 pm which is too early for me and I need to change my plan at Seattle completely due to the parking issue.
In conclusion, the general attitude is they are sorry if the guest has any problem, but they can’t help much!!!!!

GGastnutzerThe good: The house is really clean and lovely. We have all we needed to cook at home, and the rooms were nice and spacious.
The Bad: The location leaves a lot to be desired, lots of people fighting and threatening outside. Several nights we've had to endure listeng to screaming and someone being harassed. It's terrifying for my kids who may be technically adults but still on the younger side.
The Ugly: We've had a little incident where my partner, who's not technologically knowledgeable accidentally purchased a movie through the owner's account. The owner went through the roof calling names and accusing without asking what happened first. Reading other reviews in airbnb we can see this is not the first incident with him not being the nicest. There are ways to communicate without going from zero to sixty. We paid a few thousand dollars for this stay, another 5 bucks is not something we're looking to swindle.
