GGastnutzerWonderful hotel. The only sadness being that I was only there for one night and arrived late at night. Very comfortable room and friendly, helpful staff. I ate at the downstairs bar which has a fairly limited menu but was quite good pizza. Overall, it was very good value for the price and would definitely stay again.

GGastnutzerI had a fantastic 2-night stay at this new hotel. The location is incredibly convenient, especially for anyone arriving from the airport via the Green Line Westlake. It’s a direct shot from the airport, and then just a 14-minute walk from the station (which also connects to the mono rail to space needle.
I loved the cozy lobby; it’s a great spot to just hang out or relax for a bit. A huge plus for me was the surrounding area. On my way to check in, I was able to grab Shake Shack for dinner, which was perfect. And for bubble tea lovers, there’s a boba shop, Hey Tea ,right next door! Whole Foods is also just a short walk away, making it easy to pick up anything you need.
The check-in and check-out process was super quick and smooth. I had a great rest over my two nights and would highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located place to stay.

FFranz.Die Zimmer sind groß und geräumig. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Steckdosen in Bettnähe vorhanden.
Die Reinigung der Zimmer (Roomkeeping) findet laut Aushang im Zimmer und Information der Lobby nur alle zwei Tage statt. Bei unserem Aufenthalt (3 Nächte) wurde kein Roomkeeping durchgeführt. Daher wurden auch 3 Tage die Handtücher nicht gewechselt. Dies finde ich für ein 4-Sterne-Hotel unwürdig. Eine Reklamation an der Rezeption unsererseits fand diesbezüglich nicht statt, da einige Mitarbeiter ohnehin nicht all zu freundlich waren.

AAnonymer BenutzerDas Bad ist während unseres ersten Tages hier verriegelt. Wir haben den Zimmerservice angerufen und das Personal kam schnell hierher und fixierte alles. Ich gebe 5/5 für den Service. Die Aussicht außerhalb des Fensters ist nett.

AAnonymer BenutzerIch habe eine gute Erinnerung, als ich 2019 die gleiche Marke in Paris verwendete.
Ich habe auch diese Zeit gebucht, als ich nach Seattle kam.
Der wettbewerbsfähige Preis, das Badezimmer und die Waschbecken, die gute Marken eingeführt haben, waren diese Zeit zufriedenstellend.
Außerdem ist der Lärm unregelmäßiger als erwartet, so dass es schwer ist, komfortabel zu schlafen. Es gibt kleine Probleme wie die Badezimmertür weniger geschlossen oder der Schampoo-Kapsel gebrochen.
Der Rest war zufriedenstellend, aber der Platz und die Zusammensetzung von Cantin waren etwas enttäuschend als Paris.

The washing machine was not working after I paid and put in the clothes and detergent, then I called the front, then they told me the washing machine is not working. I asked them why didn’t they put out a notice, the front desk said he just found out when I call. At the beginning he asked me to wait till the next morning, then they can call the washing machine company to try to give me a refund. Anyways, they are not sure about if I get refund or not!!! At the end, going back and forth, the front desk agree to refund me in cash and give some detergent to go to another floor for the laundry.
I arrive Seattle late around 11pm in the evening with the car. I paid for the daily fee for parking. As I will be leaving Seattle only few hours after checking out, they told me I could not leave the car in the garage until late afternoon because they need the space. I said I paid for a ‘daily fee’, so in principle I should be able to park the car till late afternoon, but they told me not, it is my choice to check in late and they cannot do anything to extend my parking till late afternoon.
I asked them if that is the regulation, they should put that down clearly in the description and inform the guests in advance, particularly those international guests who might have another interpretation about the ‘daily fee’.
At the end, they allow me to park until 2 pm which is too early for me and I need to change my plan at Seattle completely due to the parking issue.
In conclusion, the general attitude is they are sorry if the guest has any problem, but they can’t help much!!!!!

GGastnutzerDas Hotel ist ein erniedrigender Budget-Hotel im Herzen von Seattle. Seine Lage ist besser, da es nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß vom Westlake Station und in Fußabstand zu vielen touristischen Attraktionen, einschließlich Pike Flying Fish Market, Space Nadel und so weiter. Es ist auch bequem, mit den öffentlichen Bussen der Stadt, der Metro King County, zu anderen Attraktionen zu reisen. Für Budget-Reisende wie uns ist es wirklich wert für Geld.
Das Hotel ist sauber und sicher mit freundlichem Personal und Eigentümer. Das erfreuliche Frühstück war eine Überraschung und Bonus, einen Tag in einem hektischen Zeitplan zu beginnen. Der neue Eigentümer hat viel Mühe gesetzt, seine Dienste zu verbessern.

GGastnutzerLocation is unbeatable, and if you get a room with a view it’s an an unbeatable place to stay on a budget. I’ve stayed here more than once due to the location, how quiet it is overall, and the upkeep of the rooms. The gym could use some love, but let’s face it. we aren’t really at a hotel for the gym but it does the job!
