Clean/Dedicated Staffs/Facility: This Hilton is our fav place to stay when in Cleveland. As soon as we get checked in, we were welcomed (thank you, Caden!). As we arrived late at night after a long road trip, his warm welcome and communication to ensure us a comfortable stay meant a lot. At midnight, a couple of staffs were very kind to search my lost bag. Overnight Manager MJ checked on us before our checkout. Great communication during our entire stay. There is a great selection of healthy food and beverages available for 24 near the front desk. Room was very clean with comfortable beds and pillows. We’ll keep coming back here! Thank you, all dedicated staffs.

Wir liebten unseren Aufenthalt im Drury Plaza, Downtown Cleveland! Das Personal war alles sehr nett. Die meisten Hotels in diesem Bereich und Preisbereich hatten keinen Pool oder Spa, so das Schwimmbad fühlte sich wie ein Bonus! Es war sauber, und sehr angenehm. Der Start sie bieten war erstaunlich! Es war ein ganzes Abendessen im Hotelpreis enthalten! PLUS 3 Erwachsene Getränke pro Erwachsenen Aufenthalt! Sie waren klassische Getränke, denken Kranberry Wodka und Whisky und Koks. Das Frühstück war auch lecker! Es hatte viel mehr zu bieten als nur das normale kontinentale Frühstück im Hotel. Das Essensbereich war super sauber und pünktlich gepflegt. Wir gingen 5 Minuten zum House of Blues für ein Konzert. Der Spaziergang war ziemlich straight vor dem Stadtzentrum! Das Hotel selbst war ziemlich sauber. Es ist ein bisschen aus dem Datum (keine USB-Ausgänge, die Blei ist offensichtlich alt, und drainiert ein bisschen langsam, kleine Fernsehgeräte, alte Teppich) aber es hat nicht wirklich von seinem alten einzigartigen Charme mit all dem Marmor und Licht entfernt. Die Betten und Kissen waren super komfortabel! Mein Sohn erwähnte, er wünschte, er hätte ein gemütliches Handtuch gebracht, bc ihre sind ziemlich dünn. Wir würden sicher in diesem Hotel wieder bleiben, wenn wir in der Gegend sind! Wir werden auch in verschiedenen Dürre-Orten auf Reisen aufpassen!

Außer der Lage verdient nichts anderes das Wort Renaissance. Hygiene: schmutzig und schlecht Zimmer: klein Gebühr: Teuer

The hotel overall cleanliness was good but the bathroom sink was running white colored water which made us reluctant to use the sink. The shower head was also really dirty and the water that came out was a bit white also. Good thing there was a kitchen sink and the water was clear. But we had to use the only shower in the room. The maintenance guy came to fix the water issue but it wasn’t fix when we went back to the room.

The attitude of the manager at the front desk was bad compared with all other Hyatt we stayed. The room we booked included the breakfast, but manager denied it even after we showed him the booking records, what is more, he almost got away with double charging the room… fortunately, I was able to check the credit card records before leaving the hotel and caught the charge before leaving…. I felt very sorry for this Hyatt hotel, it is beautiful, full of history, in a right downtown location, but I noticed the occupancy is not a very good, the lobby and hallway are very empty, maybe there’s something to do with this Manager…. with his attitude, I could not be the only customer who left the hotel with such unbelievable impression…..

Ich bin eine chinesische internationale Studentin und war ein schwarzes Mädchen, als ich eincheckte. Ich fühlte mich ein wenig diskriminiert. Obwohl ich alleine wohnte, wurde mir ein Zweibettzimmer zugewiesen 🙈Der Blick auf die Stadt war durchschnittlich und die Zimmerausstattung war in Ordnung.

This hotel is aging, but the location is amazing! We traveled to Cleveland for my son's birthday trip to a Cavs game. Upon arrival, the valet was extremely congested. No one came out to welcome us or anything so I thought all the valet were out parking cars. Instead, three of them were inside, laughing and talking. There was no mention of cost anywhere, so I was very surprised at the $50/day charge upon checkout. Considering it took them an hour to bring my car back to me upon check out, I would say that charge is VERY exaggerated. When we went to check in, I was surprised that they needed a credit card to hold $200 on. I prepaid and expected they would need a card on file, not to hold funds. Anyway, our first room seemed nice. It had an amazing view of Rocket Arena. But, I decided to rest a minute and when I looked at the ceiling, it was falling apart!! This was something I decided to give a pass on, considering the age of the building. However, when I got up to shower and there was a huge clump of long brown hair on the wall, that was too much for me. I went to the front desk and they were very nice about the issue and quickly moved us to another room. The rooms are basic. There is an armoire with an iron, two bottles of water, a coffee maker and coffee and a mini fridge. The televisions in the rooms are very large, that was nice. Check out was easy, just a lobby full of people all waiting for their cars to show up! The only other thing I can say is that I paid for a supreme room through Trip and was only given a standard room. So, there must be a miscommunication between Trip and the hotels. Be wary...

Kann für eine Nacht bleiben, tolle Lage, gute Parkmöglichkeiten

Vernünftiger Preis, hilfreiche Front Desk, Zimmer ist gut nur Problem ist, dass es ziemlich heiß mit Heizung und der Türschlüssel hatte Probleme, weil das Swipe-Pad-Sache auf der Tür war veraltet, aber es waren sehr hilfreich und andere Zimmer waren schön von dem, was ich sah. Ich würde hier wiederkommen.
