Sehr schönes Hotel, nur ist in der Gegend sonst nichts Sehebswertes.

Dieses Hotel befindet sich in der Nähe von Makro und dem zentralen Hatyai-Keller. Der Empfangsmann kann Englisch für eine einfache Kommunikation sprechen. Allerdings war der Duschewasserheizer fehlerhaft oder Strom gedreht, wie das Personal dachte, um die Stromübertragung. Wir nutzen nicht den Wasserheizer. Die Klimaanlage ist gut und kühl. Sie haben eine kostenlose Kaffeeanlage für Gäste in der Nähe der Türeinfahrt.

I checked out from the hotel some time after 8am, and upon inspection of the room, their housekeeper and front desk accused us of stealing their one of pool towels. On the first day of our stay, they had indeed provided 2 pool towels, which we had used and had been taken by their housekeeper during housekeeping. However, they only provided 1 pool towel yesterday, but we did not request any extra since only one of our members went swimming. In the end, they charged us 350 baht for stealing/losing their pool towel, even though they did not provide the complete set of 2 in the first place. Before I checked out, I also witnessed the group in front of me who were also accused of stealing their towel, which they were charged 100 baht. The group insisted that they had even brought their own towels and never used the hotel’s, but were nevertheless forced to pay the compensation fee even because we had no proof that the housekeeping did not provide the complete set in the first place. I strongly suspect that we were being scammed by the hotel staff on this, because this is a relatively decent and nicer hotel, and proper guests were staying here. There’s absolutely no reason for any of us to be stealing their towels. If I couldn’t even afford a towel, I would not be staying here at all. And if it had only been us falling victim to this, my suspicions would not have been this strong but it is too much of a coincidence for both groups to be accused of stealing their towels. On an additional note, they were not even able to provide a complete set of towels for us 4pax when we called to request, because there weren’t enough to go around (according to them). They could’ve also easily use this against us and accuse us of stealing the bath towels too, and we would not have been able to prove ourselves either. My only mistake was not requesting a receipt for the compensation fee that I had to pay, but I don’t think it would’ve made much of a difference. I have lodged an official complaint anyway via Trip to hopefully prevent future incidents. Just want to put this out here to warn others who are considering staying here in the future. Avoid if you don’t want to ruin a nice hotel experience by leaving with a sour taste in your mouth. Truly a shame that the level of service and integrity of the staffs did not live up to the standards of the hotel.

Dieses Hotel liegt in exzellenter Lage nahe dem Stadtzentrum und ist außerordentlich sauber. Das Personal ist freundlich und überaus hilfsbereit. Mein einziges Problem waren die Vorhänge. Da mein Zimmer nach Osten ausgerichtet ist, wurde ich morgens unerwartet von der Sonne geweckt. Die Vorhänge ließen sich nicht richtig schließen, sodass ein Spalt entstand, durch den helles Sonnenlicht direkt in mein Gesicht schien. Wenn die Vorhangschienen repariert würden, wäre mein Aufenthalt perfekt.

Good Location but Parking Nightmare Rating: 3/5 I stayed at the Hatyai CC Hotel for two nights (July 3–5) and have mixed feelings. The Good: The room has clearly been recently renovated, and I must say the bed and pillows were exceptionally comfortable—I slept well (when I wasn't being woken up). it’s walking distance to Kim Yong Market, 7-Eleven, and the Lee Garden area, which made exploring Hat Yai very convenient. The Bad: I was placed on the 2nd floor, which faces the main road. If you are a light sleeper, beware. The soundproofing is practically non-existent. The traffic noise was very noticeable throughout the night. The Ugly (For Drivers): If you are driving here, please read carefully. They have 12 lots, but in reality, they squeezed 12 cars into a space meant for 10. The spots are so tight that once parked, you cannot open your car door fully. Expect door dings and scratches. Once those 12 ”lots” are full, you’ll be forced to park on the busy roadside. Verdict: Perfect for walkers who don't mind noise, but a hard pass if you value your car's paint job or need a quiet night's sleep.

Wir waren nur für eine Nacht hier,und sind dann durchgestartet nach Phuket. Das Hotelzimmer war sauber das Bett einladend. Es war ruhig im hotel und das Personal sehr freundlich Gerne wieder

Malaysian to visits Hatyai, I'm suggesting you to stay here. The hotel is located at calm area (besides, there is Bangkok hospital nearby, but the ambulance siren is rarely hear). The room is biggest with balcony, fridge, wardrobe, tv, table, mirror and etc. Comfort bed, freezing aircooler. The staffs are friendly. Walking distance to nomjeen na Halal restaurant, amazon cafe, the biggest 7e in hatyai also big C extra supermarket. I really2 satisfied with this hotel staycation. Do book here.

Gutes und günstiges Budget-Hotel. Es war relativ sauber. Aber das Zimmer ist etwas dunkel, die Möbel sind etwas alt. Aber mit einem sehr großen Kingsize-Bett ist der Aufenthalt perfekt. Es gibt auch eine Tiefgarage, in der ich mein Continental-Motorrad zwei Tage und zwei Nächte lang sicher geparkt habe. Obwohl es dort eine Sicherheitskabine gab, bewachte jedoch niemand den Parkplatz. Dort ist sogar ein Schild angebracht, das besagt, dass das Hotel für etwaige Verluste nicht haftbar gemacht werden kann. Aber am Ende des Tages sprechen die Ergebnisse für sich: Mein Fahrrad war sicher.
