Hotels in der Nähe von Schwimmender Markt Khlong Hae, Hat Yai

Hotel ist sehr schön Pool auch sehr sauber aber Hotel ist bisschen außerhalb von Stadt. Man muss schon Motorrad haben oder mit Gra fahren aber Hotelpersonal sehr sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich würde es jeden empfehlen und das Pool ist auch wirklich wunderschön. 

The location is near central hatyai.. walkable to asean night bazaar.. the hotel clean, and new. They upgrade my room to family room.. completely will repeat soon

Dieses Hotel liegt in exzellenter Lage nahe dem Stadtzentrum und ist außerordentlich sauber. Das Personal ist freundlich und überaus hilfsbereit. Mein einziges Problem waren die Vorhänge. Da mein Zimmer nach Osten ausgerichtet ist, wurde ich morgens unerwartet von der Sonne geweckt. Die Vorhänge ließen sich nicht richtig schließen, sodass ein Spalt entstand, durch den helles Sonnenlicht direkt in mein Gesicht schien. Wenn die Vorhangschienen repariert würden, wäre mein Aufenthalt perfekt.

I checked out from the hotel some time after 8am, and upon inspection of the room, their housekeeper and front desk accused us of stealing their one of pool towels. On the first day of our stay, they had indeed provided 2 pool towels, which we had used and had been taken by their housekeeper during housekeeping. However, they only provided 1 pool towel yesterday, but we did not request any extra since only one of our members went swimming. In the end, they charged us 350 baht for stealing/losing their pool towel, even though they did not provide the complete set of 2 in the first place. Before I checked out, I also witnessed the group in front of me who were also accused of stealing their towel, which they were charged 100 baht. The group insisted that they had even brought their own towels and never used the hotel’s, but were nevertheless forced to pay the compensation fee even because we had no proof that the housekeeping did not provide the complete set in the first place. I strongly suspect that we were being scammed by the hotel staff on this, because this is a relatively decent and nicer hotel, and proper guests were staying here. There’s absolutely no reason for any of us to be stealing their towels. If I couldn’t even afford a towel, I would not be staying here at all. And if it had only been us falling victim to this, my suspicions would not have been this strong but it is too much of a coincidence for both groups to be accused of stealing their towels. On an additional note, they were not even able to provide a complete set of towels for us 4pax when we called to request, because there weren’t enough to go around (according to them). They could’ve also easily use this against us and accuse us of stealing the bath towels too, and we would not have been able to prove ourselves either. My only mistake was not requesting a receipt for the compensation fee that I had to pay, but I don’t think it would’ve made much of a difference. I have lodged an official complaint anyway via Trip to hopefully prevent future incidents. Just want to put this out here to warn others who are considering staying here in the future. Avoid if you don’t want to ruin a nice hotel experience by leaving with a sour taste in your mouth. Truly a shame that the level of service and integrity of the staffs did not live up to the standards of the hotel.

This location is so strategic; it’s is so near to most of the places im going, example Kim Yong Market, Lucas cafe for a cup of morning dirty, Lee garden night market etc. Will definitely come back during my next visit!

Wir waren nur für eine Nacht hier,und sind dann durchgestartet nach Phuket. Das Hotelzimmer war sauber das Bett einladend. Es war ruhig im hotel und das Personal sehr freundlich Gerne wieder

The hotel hygiene is well maintained. We love the ambience. If you need to shop, there’s a mini Big C store right infront of the hotel. Entrance for hotel is behind Big C. There’s no lift, so the staff helped us to carry our luggage. We checked in late around 9pm and the staff on the duty at the receptionist that night wasn’t so friendly. Had the difficulty to communicate and gave us look when she was frustrated. The staff we meet earlier in the morning and during the checkout were nice and warm. The TV was not a smart tv, so there’s only 3 news channel available. Tv remote control not functioning. The blind/curtain is see through.
