LLeeAiTeeJedes Mal, wenn ich nach Hat Yai komme, ist meine einzige Aufgabe, das Hotel zu buchen und Casa 33 ist immer unsere erste Wahl.
Das Hotel ist sauber, hell und ruhig. Alles wird gut betreut und die Atmosphäre ist ruhig und komfortabel.
Auf meinen letzten zwei Reisen gab Jub am Front Desk mir sofort große Vorschläge. Besonderes Danke für ihr und alle Rezeption Mitarbeiter sowie für die warme Willkommen und Unterstützung

LLawcchThis hotel has a good location near Makro and central Hatyai mall. The receptionist can speak English for easy communication. However, the shower water heater was faulty or power tripped, as the staff thought on switching on the power. We don't use the water heater. The Aircon is good and cooling. They have a free coffee facility for guests near the door entrance.

NNUR FATIN AMALINThe room was very clean and well-maintained, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed. Since we got there before check-in time, they suggested we spend some time in the coffee lounge, which made the wait much more comfortable.

Das Hotel liegt in ruhiger Umgebung (außer, es gibt in der Nähe des Krankenhauses in Bangkok, aber die Krankenwagen Sirene wird selten gehört). Das Zimmer ist größte mit Balkon, Kühlschrank, Schrank, TV, Tisch, Spiegel und etc. Komfortbett, Kühlschrank. Die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich. Wanderweite zum Nomjeen na Halal Restaurant, Amazon-Café, der größte 7e in hatyai auch große C Extra Supermarkt. Ich bin wirklich 2 zufrieden mit dieser Hotel-Unterkunft. Buchen Sie hier.

Das Zimmer ist sehr geräumig. Das Badezimmer trennt keine Nass- und Trockenzonen. Das Duschwasser ist nicht sehr stark.
Das Zimmer riecht muffig. Wenn man die Schuhe auszieht, fühlt sich der Boden des Zimmers nicht sehr sauber an. Die Bettwäsche hatte Flecken. Die Baumaterialien des Gebäudes sind nicht sehr gut. Man kann die Leute reden hören. Das Geräusch des Fernsehers neben dem Zimmer, Aufenthalt im 2. Stock, Balkon mit Blick auf eine Häuserzeile, nicht privat. Die Vorhänge müssen immer geschlossen sein. Nachts trinken und trinken junge Leute laut. Ein- und Ausfahren mit dem Motorrad Am Morgen ist das Geräusch eines Müllwagens zu hören. Das Licht im Raum ist etwas schwach, besonders am Schminktisch.

GGastnutzerThe hotel hygiene is well maintained. We love the ambience. If you need to shop, there’s a mini Big C store right infront of the hotel. Entrance for hotel is behind Big C.
There’s no lift, so the staff helped us to carry our luggage. We checked in late around 9pm and the staff on the duty at the receptionist that night wasn’t so friendly. Had the difficulty to communicate and gave us look when she was frustrated. The staff we meet earlier in the morning and during the checkout were nice and warm.
The TV was not a smart tv, so there’s only 3 news channel available. Tv remote control not functioning. The blind/curtain is see through.

GGastnutzerI checked out from the hotel some time after 8am, and upon inspection of the room, their housekeeper and front desk accused us of stealing their one of pool towels. On the first day of our stay, they had indeed provided 2 pool towels, which we had used and had been taken by their housekeeper during housekeeping. However, they only provided 1 pool towel yesterday, but we did not request any extra since only one of our members went swimming. In the end, they charged us 350 baht for stealing/losing their pool towel, even though they did not provide the complete set of 2 in the first place.
Before I checked out, I also witnessed the group in front of me who were also accused of stealing their towel, which they were charged 100 baht. The group insisted that they had even brought their own towels and never used the hotel’s, but were nevertheless forced to pay the compensation fee even because we had no proof that the housekeeping did not provide the complete set in the first place.
I strongly suspect that we were being scammed by the hotel staff on this, because this is a relatively decent and nicer hotel, and proper guests were staying here. There’s absolutely no reason for any of us to be stealing their towels. If I couldn’t even afford a towel, I would not be staying here at all. And if it had only been us falling victim to this, my suspicions would not have been this strong but it is too much of a coincidence for both groups to be accused of stealing their towels.
On an additional note, they were not even able to provide a complete set of towels for us 4pax when we called to request, because there weren’t enough to go around (according to them). They could’ve also easily use this against us and accuse us of stealing the bath towels too, and we would not have been able to prove ourselves either.
My only mistake was not requesting a receipt for the compensation fee that I had to pay, but I don’t think it would’ve made much of a difference. I have lodged an official complaint anyway via Trip to hopefully prevent future incidents.
Just want to put this out here to warn others who are considering staying here in the future. Avoid if you don’t want to ruin a nice hotel experience by leaving with a sour taste in your mouth. Truly a shame that the level of service and integrity of the staffs did not live up to the standards of the hotel.
