GGastnutzerGroßes Hotel und ein wunderbares Zimmer. Es war Spezial und hat alles, was Sie brauchen. Die Küche hat volles Gerät zu verwenden. Und es gibt auch eine Waschmaschine.

GGastnutzerDas Zimmer zur Meerseite war groß und nett eingerichtet. Die Fenster haben den Lärm super draussen gehalten. Nicht so gut war die Verbindungstür zum Nachbarzimmer in dem Jugendliche eines Basketballteams gewohnt haben die bis 5 Uhr morgens immer wieder die Musik aufgedreht haben. Das Wifi hat gut funktioniert. Das Frühstück entsprach einem 4* Hotel. Zur Corniche sind es 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Gegenüber liegt ein großer Danube Supermarkt und nebenan gibt es 4 arabische Fastfood Restarant. Die Dachterrasse in der 11. Etage hat einen schönen Ausblick und einen kleinen Pool. Abends wurde im Restaurant für 149 SAR (ca 35€) ein Buffet angeboten. Das Personal war freundlich, konnte aber bei der Suche nach einem Transfer nach Bahrain nicht weiterhelfen.

GGuest UserDas Zimmer ist komfortabel, sauber und ruhig. In der Nähe befindet sich ein großer Lulu-Supermarkt. Es liegt in Strandnähe und bietet guten Service. Das Restaurant bietet morgens nur Buffet an. Mittag- und Abendessen können aufs Hotelzimmer bestellt werden.

GGuest UserDas Hotel ist für kurze Reisen sehr optimal. Gegenüber befindet sich die Dhahran Mall und ist nur mit einem Taxi gut erreichbar. Zu Fuß müssen Sie ein wenig laufen.

HHoustonianI don’t mind paying for another day if I arrive early but I couldn’t understand why they lied to me. I came to the hotel at 3:30 in the morning of the day I booked for check-in. I was told to pay in full and didn’t get a breakfast. The guy at the front desk said I should come downstairs to check in again at 12:00 for another room because they didn’t have the type of none smoking room I booked. It was all fine. You didn’t allow me spend several hours in the sofa in the lobby “because we are are five star hotel!”(although during the coming several days I have seen people including myself and my colleagues staying in the sofas all the time without paying for any coffee or snacks). The pain I had is they told me to wait until 3pm for changing rooms. I called the front desk several times and in the end called back to China to talk to Ctrip. The guy who changed me full day for less than 7 hours stay has seen my Ctrip booking in my cellphone. The lady at front counter told me they didn’t know I had another booking! Don’t understand what system they were using to manage the hotel. Eventually I carried my luggage out to lunch and then got my other room at 1:30pm. Regarding hardware I want to complain about the bench in front of the bed. It was a hard and heavy thing that would break your knees if you hit it during the night if you go t bathroom or come back for sleep. Couldn’t understand why in such a small room they want to squeeze everything in. The lattice for salad in breakfast had sands. Maybe I was unlucky? Anyway as a guy who stays in five stars all the time I would not come back to this hotel in the future.
