GGastnutzerGroßes Hotel und ein wunderbares Zimmer. Es war Spezial und hat alles, was Sie brauchen. Die Küche hat volles Gerät zu verwenden. Und es gibt auch eine Waschmaschine.

MMrMlokieكانت رحلة لمدة يوم في غرفة ٣١١ الفندق جميل ونظيف ولكن دورة المياة تكرمون كان فيها رائحة كريهة لدرجة كلمت الاسقبال بخصوص يشوفون لها حل، جاء العامل نظف وبخ بخاخ رائحة زكية بعد عدة ساعات ارجع اشوف رائحة الحمام نفس الشيء ؛ ارجو منكم حل هذا الامر لانه يأثر على رائحة الغرفة كاملة من كثر ان رائحة دورة المياة كريهه.
غير كذا عزل النوافذ ليس جيد للاسف بالأمس الجو هواء قوي وجدا بارد والنوافذ عزلها سيء لدرجة كل الهواء اللي في الخارج داخل الغرفة ( كانت نافذة غرفتي جهة شمال )
عدا عن ذلك خدمة عملاء الفندق سريعة والعمال والاستقبال مايقصرون بشيء

GGiovanniBThe place is clean and nice, the only issue was about the gym and the pool services. They don’t specify anywhere that these services are available only in the afternoon for men. Unfortunately the pool has no sunlight in the afternoon and the gym was perfect for a morning session but I wasn’t allowed to use it. These were the only reasons why I choose this hotel and it’s been a pity to don’t have the possibility to use them. The breakfast was ok.

HHoustonianI don’t mind paying for another day if I arrive early but I couldn’t understand why they lied to me. I came to the hotel at 3:30 in the morning of the day I booked for check-in. I was told to pay in full and didn’t get a breakfast. The guy at the front desk said I should come downstairs to check in again at 12:00 for another room because they didn’t have the type of none smoking room I booked. It was all fine. You didn’t allow me spend several hours in the sofa in the lobby “because we are are five star hotel!”(although during the coming several days I have seen people including myself and my colleagues staying in the sofas all the time without paying for any coffee or snacks). The pain I had is they told me to wait until 3pm for changing rooms. I called the front desk several times and in the end called back to China to talk to Ctrip. The guy who changed me full day for less than 7 hours stay has seen my Ctrip booking in my cellphone. The lady at front counter told me they didn’t know I had another booking! Don’t understand what system they were using to manage the hotel. Eventually I carried my luggage out to lunch and then got my other room at 1:30pm. Regarding hardware I want to complain about the bench in front of the bed. It was a hard and heavy thing that would break your knees if you hit it during the night if you go t bathroom or come back for sleep. Couldn’t understand why in such a small room they want to squeeze everything in. The lattice for salad in breakfast had sands. Maybe I was unlucky? Anyway as a guy who stays in five stars all the time I would not come back to this hotel in the future.
