Good service. Housekeeping come and ask everyday if rooms need cleaning or we need anything. Rooms are decent for the price.. Very close to Masjid An Nabwi.. We were also sent a complimentary fruit hamper to our room.. I was a little worried before coming from reading all the negative reviews but honestly speaking I couldn't find anything to complain about Alhamdulilah..

Ausgezeichnete Lage, kurze Spazierfahrt zum Masjid - die Seite des Grünen Domes.
Auch einen kurzen Spaziergang zum Lebensmittelmarkt.
Freundliches Personal und geräumiges sauberes Zimmer - gutes Bad und Dusche (keine schreckliches Grubenwerk) - komfortable Matratzen Topper - saubere Tee/Kaffee-Herstellungseinrichtungen.
Der Hallway zum Zimmer riecht gut mit einer Art Atomiser und die Aufzüge sind schnell, auf beiden Seiten der Halle.
Der Empfangsmann hat mir einen Aufgrad von dem üblichen Zimmer, das ich reserviert habe, gegeben.
Alles in allem war dies eine angenehme und friedliche Erfahrung. Ich wurde bequem in mein Ihram umgewandelt, bereit für meine Reise nach Makkah über den Zug.

Die Lage ist hervorragend, nahe dem Eingang der Frauen zum Gebet, aber die Zimmer sind sehr klein, sehr eng, sauber, akzeptabel, und die Mahlzeiten sind nur für Gruppen, und die Hotels sind sehr viel, es gibt kostenfreie Parkplätze, aber sehr eng und sehr wenige.

My parents stayed here as part of their Umrah Trip it was selected by our travel agency and it was the BEST choice. Super friendly and helpful staff they changed their room to have the view of the Harem. Amazing view. Clean tidy room. Masjid Nabawi literally opposite walking distance and great food/ shops nearby overall excellent choice

Spent 3 nights in this hotel and overall it was very good considering some of the reviews I read. The location is brilliant. Gate 5 of the harram is a 5 minute walk away. A supermarket is nearby and so are some small shops for snacks/tea etc. The room itself was decent and the bed was very nice. Comfortable no doubt about it! Bathroom was cramped but mostly clean which is the main thing. Great water pressure. Wi-Fi in the bedroom was very poor and only worked properly in the lobby. Overall enjoyed the stay and was very happy with the location.

Nous avons séjourné 2 nuits dans cet hôtel. Avantages : proximité avec la grande mosquée, il faut marcher une dizaine de minutes. Il y a un parking gratuit. Les chambres sont correctes. Le petit déjeuner est très bien et il y a du choix. Inconvénient : la personnel a la réception ne parlait pas anglais mais nous nous sommes tout de même compris. La cabine de douche ne fermait pas, mériterait un rafraichissement. Mais pour 2 nuits cet hôtel fait largement l'affaire. Nombreux petits commerces en bas de l'hôtel.

Großes Hotel, schöne saubere Zimmer mit einem kleinen Arbeitstisch. Das einzige Problem ist, dass es weit vom Stadtzentrum entfernt ist - etwa 25-30 Minuten Fahrt.

Das Hotel liegt günstig, die Einrichtung eher altmodisch, die Zimmer relativ simpel. Die Vergitterung des Fensters zum Moscheeplatz ist unschön. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, Das Frühstuck war in Ordnung, auch wenn die Atmosphäre nicht besonders schön war. Für einen Kurzaufenthalt von 1 oder 2 Nächten ist es hier aber vollkommen in Ordnung
