Habe eine der besten Hotelerfahrungen hier .... Ich kann nicht entscheiden, wo ich buchen und beschlossen, hier zu bleiben, nachdem wir gute Bewertungen gelesen haben und wir waren sehr glücklich mit unserem Aufenthalt ... (Booked ein anderes Zimmer, so überrascht nicht, wenn einige Teile dieser Bewertung klingt vertraut 😉) Wir fühlten uns wirklich die ”alagang Filipino” (Filipino Gastfreundschaft) während unseres Aufenthaltsab dem Moment, an dem wir angekommen sind, bis wir uns gemeldet haben, ... Unser Zimmer war sauber und gut ausgestattet mit Toiletten, weichen Handtüchern, Badewanne, abnehmbares Schlitten, Eisen- und Eisenböden, Mikrowelle, Mini-Kühlschrank, elektrische Kessel und komplimentärer Kaffee und Tee, die täglich gefüllt wurden ..... Was ich am meisten geliebt hatte, war das Frühstücksbuffet -- alles, was wir versucht haben, war lecker ..... Es war hauptsächlich Filipino Frühstücksfavoriten wie Rindfleisch Tapa, getrocknete Fische, gefrorenes Rindfleisch und eine Vielzahl von gepflückten Seiten Gerichten (siehe Fotos für Referenzen), ... Die Reis wurde immer perfekt gekocht (wie ich es mag 😍), und es gab konsequent zwei Optionen verfügbarplain Reis und ein geschmackhafter Reis, das täglich änderte .... Sie hatten auch andere Frühstücksoptionen, einschließlich westliche Gerichte --- plus sie bieten Ihnen gekochte Eier zu Ihrer Vorzugsweise, Bacon oder Eis Kaffee ... Das Hotel hat auch einen Pool bis 9:00 Uhr geöffnet und einen 24-hour Fitnessraum, .... Mein einziger Wunsch ist, dass der Pool erhitzt wurde --- Es regnete auf und aus während unseres Aufenthalts, das Wasser ziemlich kalt .... Ich gab es einen Versuch und genoß es, obwohl ich nicht lange in der Lage war, weil das Wasser zu kalt wurde (aber wirklich hängt von Ihrer Toleranz für kaltes Wasser ab)... Die Rezeption befindet sich im 7. Stock, und der Sitz kann begrenzt sein, wenn es viele Gäste oder Veranstaltungen gibt -- es wäre auch schön, einen Wartebereich mit Stühlen im Boden für Gäste, die auf ihre Fahrt warten ... Insgesamt waren alle Mitarbeiter unglaublich Gastfreundlich, freundlich und untergebracht -- Wenn Sie echte Filipino Gastfreundschaft und leckere Filipino-Essen erleben möchten, empfehle ich dieses Hotel sehr ✔️👌💯

Alles war hervorragend. Wir hatten einen sehr erholsamen und wunderschönen Aufenthalt. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Mein Mann und ich checkten vom 14. bis 16. Dezember ein und uns gefiel die Lage des Hotels im Herzen der Stadt, von wo aus alle Annehmlichkeiten und Restaurants in der Gegend zu Fuß erreichbar waren. Die Sauberkeit und Lage des Hotels waren perfekt, auch der Service war großartig, alle Mitarbeiter, mit denen wir sprachen, waren freundlich und zuvorkommend. Nur ein Kommentar zu den Aufzügen – manchmal waren nur 1 oder 2 von den 3 in Betrieb und es gab Momente, in denen der Aufzug unsere Etage übersprang und wir ca. 10 Minuten warten mussten, um einen zu erwischen. Wir fanden es seltsam, dass ein Mittags-/Abendessenempfang direkt vor dem Check-in-Schalter stattfand, der den Eingang blockierte, und wir mussten durch die Seiten ein- und ausgehen, aber ich schätze, die anderen Ballsäle waren voll. Das Frühstück war gut, wir liebten das leckere Essen, das morgens serviert wurde. Alles in allem haben wir unseren Aufenthalt genossen und würden dank der Lage, Sauberkeit und Gastfreundschaft des Personals in Erwägung ziehen, wieder hier zu übernachten. Danke, dass Sie unseren Aufenthalt so reibungslos gestaltet haben!

We absolutely loved the vibe and ambiance of the hotel, which makes it even more disappointing to say that our entire experience was ruined by the poor service. We arrived early to ask if early check-in was available. We completely understood when we were told that check-in starts at 3:00 PM, so we left for lunch and came back exactly at 3:00 PM. Since we had already completed the check-in process earlier, we expected to receive our room key without any issues. Instead, we were told that our room was still not ready. What made the situation even more frustrating was seeing other guests who were just checking in receive their room keys while we continued waiting. After waiting for about 30 minutes, we were finally given our key card—only to discover that it didn't work. We couldn't even enter our room and had to return to the reception, where we waited for almost another 30 minutes while the staff tried to figure out what was wrong. The most disappointing part was that I had to follow up multiple times before anyone offered us another room. There was very little communication, no sense of urgency, and no apology that made us feel our time was valued. We booked this hotel specifically because we were attending a concert and wanted a comfortable place to rest and freshen up beforehand. Instead, because of the delays, we had no opportunity to shower, change comfortably, or even rest. We ended up going straight to the concert feeling exhausted and frustrated, which completely defeated the purpose of booking the hotel in the first place. Our room was at Richmond Eastwood. While I understand it may be managed separately, the staff from Richmond were the ones assisting us. Unfortunately, it genuinely felt like guests who booked directly with Richmond were given better treatment and priority than those who booked through this property. Whether or not that was actually the case, that was certainly how the experience made us feel. When we checked out, the staff gave us a complimentary cake, which we appreciate as a kind gesture. However, by that point, the damage had already been done. The delays, inconvenience, and frustration had already ruined our mood and our overall experience. While the cake was a nice attempt to make up for what happened, it couldn't undo the time we lost or the experience we were hoping to have. It's unfortunate because the hotel itself has so much potential. The ambiance is wonderful, but great facilities mean very little when the service falls far below expectations. We left feeling disappointed and would think twice before staying here again.

Very accessible location and the front desk staff are friendly and accommodating. Overall, the stay was convenient. My only concern was the strong chlorine-like disinfectant smell in the hallway outside the room, which could be improved. Otherwise, good value for a quick stay.

The hotel is surrounded by the Araneta City hub:  • Malls: Farmers Plaza is practically next door, while Gateway Mall, Ali Mall, and SM Cubao are all within a 5 to 10-minute walk.  • 24/7 Access: There are convenience stores and fast-food chains right outside the entrance, so grabbing a late-night snack is never a problem.  3. A Comfortable & Thematic Stay The stay itself is very convenient because: • Themed Rooms: They have fun, ”galaxy-inspired” rooms that give the place a unique vibe. • Great Service: Guests often praise the staff for being very accommodating—they even offer free room upgrades when available!  • Amenities: You get the essentials like strong WiFi, hot and cold showers, and smart TVs in select rooms.

This hotel hits the mark for a basic, practical stay. It skips the luxury frills of higher-end hotels, but it delivers on cleanliness, location, and affordability. Perfect for short trips or budget-conscious travelers who just need a reliable place to sleep and recharge.

The price was so great. It was good stay. Medyo may mga stain at cracks yung cr. The amenities are soap and tissue only. I hope meron sanang shampoo at toothbrush. And wala kaagad towel but we call them and nabigay naman ang towels. So far good experience. We will booked soon if we want a cheaper but good stay.
