AAymieDer einzige Nebenteil ist der Pool nicht Kind freundlich Insgesamt war es ein toller Aufenthalt, Essen war toll, Zimmer sind sauber. Dieses ia unsere 2. Zeit zu bleiben, aber wir werden sicher nur zurück gehen, wenn es Promo gibt.

RRaymondMy daughter’s favorite hotel. I stayed here for 2 nights with my wife and daughter over the weekend in celebration of my birthday. It was a good decision to choose this hotel. This was not the first time we stayed but, in fact, it is my daughter’s favorite hotel. It is conveniently located beside two malls with lots of dining spots to choose from if in case you opt no to dine in Misto (the hotel’s restaurant). We, however, availed of their breakfast buffets which is always good and we also had their buffet dinner which includes lots of dishes to try. What I really like about this hotel is the homey-feel that it provides to its guests. The prices for the stay and it services are reasonable. By and large, this is one of our go-to hotel when we do our staycation within the Metro.

NNicole MercadoMy husband and I checked in from Dec 14-16 and we enjoyed how the location of the hotel was in the heart of the city itself, was walking distance to all the amenities and restaurants within the area. The cleanliness and location of the hotel was perfect, the services as well were great, all of the staff that we spoke to were friendly and accommodating. A comment only on the lifts - sometimes only 1 or 2 working ones out of the 3 were operating and there were moments were the lift would skip our floor and we had to wait approx. 10 minutes to be able to catch one. We found it odd how a lunch/dinner reception was happening right in front of the check in counter blocking the entrance, and we had to enter/exit through the sides, but i guess the other ballrooms were full. The breakfast was good, we loved the yummy food that was served in the mornings. All in all we enjoyed our stay and would consider staying again thanks to the location, cleanliness and hospitality of the staff, thanks for making our stay seamless!

Bitte nehmen Sie dies zur Kenntnis, da ich während meines Aufenthalts keine Rückmeldung zur Reinigung erhalten habe – lediglich ein Zettel mit einer Notiz, der unter der Tür durchgeschoben wurde. 😔😔😔😔😔 Hoffentlich kommt das nicht wieder vor, falls Sie die Standards Ihres Hotels verbessern möchten. Dies wollte ich nur mitteilen. Wir würden gerne wieder dort übernachten. ❤️

GGastnutzerThis is my regular hotel of choice whenever we have an event at the Araneta Center. The usual, friendly staff and simple amenities but location is perfect. Please workout on your cleanliness where a lot of areas to improve especially the bedbox and the bathroom.

It was okay naman although di ako sanay kasi na may mirror sa ceiling tapat ng bed as I know bawal magsleep na nakaharap sa mirror, so i have to move yun kutson sa floor. Okay naman AC mejo maingay pero malamig naman. Mabilis lang ang pag check in and check out.

EEjgrl90The staff was super friendly, but there were a lot of amenties described here that were not available, such as the pool and gym. Our AC in the room wouldnt turn on initially as well, and I had to ask someone to come in to get it to start (apparently there wasnt enough batteries in the AC remote!) Also, the front of the hotel was undergoing construction, so they couldn't provide us with a place to park, which was inconvenient. On top of this, I have asked for late checkout the night before, which the front desk person said it would be possible since the hotel was a bit empty, but the next morning, the person on the front desk insisted we needed to pay PHP 450/hour for late checkout. Overall though, I liked the room and the night shift front desk and would definitely want to visit again once construction is done.
