The view is stunning and the location is spot on. I really loved the retro room design—it totally matches the city’s vibe. The only downside is the breakfast room; it’s way too small, so be prepared to wait in line.

Very strategic location, it’s about 300-400m from the train station. The hotel offers 24 hour FOC breads, snacks, coffee etc. All guests are allowed to enjoy the snacks after checkin before checkout. The bed is typical Japanese bed size, small for two person as it’s smaller than a queen size bed. The room’s light is dim though it has a controller to set the brightness. One big negative point to note, we booked and paid extra charge for breakfast for 2, but in actual fact , the hotel doesn’t offer any breakfast, just the same snacks which are offered free for all guests. So we kind “cheated” by paying extra ..to the room? (Since there isn’t any breakfast)

Check in must be exactly after 3pm, not even a minute early. Everything is transactional and impersonal such as not responsible for your luggage left at hotel after checked out. Although human receptionists are there but only direct guests to use machines to check in and out

We were visiting to watch the rugby at the Mikuni World Stadium and wanted somewhere to stay near by. This place was an absolute gem, incredible room, huge jet bath with TV, breakfast served in bed and the best part was the view from the balcony included the Mikuni World Stadium. Staff were amazing, they didn’t speak English but were very quick to assist and help. They received post for me before my arrival which they gave to me as soon as I arrived, there was a private lounge area to rest and refresh when we arrived too early to check in. I would certainly revisit, especially if you’re headed to the stadium. I wish I’d taken more photos of the amazing room!

The hotel appeared exactly as described. No major surprises. Contactless check-in process so ensure that you have filled out the information of all the visitors beforehand via the link procidws. They will verify each guest individually when you physically check-in. English speaking customer service is available. Do note that there is no separate dryer. Washing machine comes with a drying function but does not dry the clothes completely. Major attractions are a walking distance away. Paid parking available away from accommodation. Costs 300 to 400yen for overnight parking. Overall, a very pleasant stay.

Das Hotel liegt sehr nahe dem Wakamatsu-Bahnhof. Das Hotel umliegt ein sehr ruhiges Gebiet mit wenigen Geschäften um. Ich kam zum Hotel bei etwa 2200 und dann waren alle Geschäfte um das Hotel geschlossen. Ich konnte einen Familienmart in der Nähe der Station finden und zum Abendessen ging ich nach Sukiya, die ich verstehe ist bis 3 Uhr offen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und die Überprüfung im Prozess war schwach. Die Zimmer waren klein und sehr ähnlich zu anderen japanischen Hotelzimmern. Das Bett war sauber und sauber und die Linen waren schön in. Da die Klimaanlagen entfernt in japanischer Sprache war, hatte es ein bisschen Schwierigkeiten, die AC zu starten. Das war jedoch sofort von der Mitarbeiterin am Vordertisch gelöst und die AC-Kühlschrank war sehr gut. Das Toilette war klein und war ähnlich zu anderen japanischen Hotels. Die Zubehör in der Toilette waren schön und adäquat. Die Frühstücksausbreitung war schön mit westliche und japanische Küche und die Lebensmittelqualität und Geschmack war sehr gut. Ich werde sicherlich Route Inn für alle Geschäftsreisenden, die nach Wakamatsu / Hibiki Nada Area reisen, empfehlen

Die Lage ist von der JR-Station, umgeben von Malls und Touristenpunkten, während nicht im Zentrum von allem, macht es einen ruhigen und komfortabelen Aufenthalt. Es gibt viele Busse in der Nähe, so dass die Bus anstatt des Zuges war eine gute Option zu haben. Die Spazierfahrt kann manchmal auch durch den Bus verringert werden. Zugleich ist der Flughafenbus am JR-Station, so war es sehr bequem. Das Hotel während ein wenig datiert, ist gut mit Fußboden getrennt durch Nichtraucher und Rauchen gepflegt. Die Gepäckeinlage vor und nach ist auch verfügbar und das Personal ist sehr hilfreich. Die Bettseite Console kommt mit einem Alarmkloch und sogar einem Musikspieler, wo Umgebungsmusik gespielt werden kann - es ist ein sehr schöner Touch zu haben!!

Though location is a little far but the free shuttle bus to and fro Orio station made is super convenient for an onsen retreat. There's a direct bus from Kitakyushu Airport to Orio station too, which makes it even better. Thankfully, the staff kindly took note of the shuttle reservation request made during booking, otherwise, it would have been very inconvenient to contact them and expensive to get to the resort by other means. They left a note to check the official website for pick-up point but there was no specific information - something that can be improved. The location was found to be BEHIND Maxvalue Shop (see first few photos). The resort is visited by mainly locals so it was helpful to see and ask them for confirmation. Facilities might a bit old but generally clean so it was okay. The room is nice and comfortable, particularly the view. It was very nice to see the hotel using reusable wares with even a refillable jug to get water from a machine at the shared space. Both sides of the natural onsen is switched between male and female everyday. Supper tantan noodles is great! Breakfast is not bad with both fusion western style and traditional Japanese options. It was a very nice and relaxing time!
