Gut gelegen Hotel Lemon Tree in der Nähe von Elante Mall.. saubere Zimmer, zufriedenstellende.. but F&B Staff needs to be trained to be more quiet and need to focus on the guests but they were talking among themselves and were not that concerned with the guests’ needs at the restaurant ! 😊

Pretty bad experience from the room type I booked to the treatment given post having dinner. Waiters running towards you like you are stealing something, Ra*** was the ***ager who is one of the most unprofessional people I have come across. Great hotel and location but staff needs ***ners and upskilling to behave better with customers

Das Zimmer wirkte zwar etwas altmodisch, war aber geräumig und komfortabel. Das Personal war zudem sehr freundlich. Ich habe zwei Nächte dort verbracht, und die Frühstückskarte hatte sich etwas verändert, was ich sehr angenehm fand.

Excellent service and hospitality. Friendly staff and very helpful. The food was amazing, I especially recommend trying their Black Dal and Sarson ka saag.. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. But please be mindful of room selection while booking, a single bed room is very small which may disappoint you. I did mistake selecting one bedroom, however on my request the owner of the hotel upgraded my room to a complimentary double bed.

Absolutely loved my stay at this hotel. The Sky Light Garden Bar/Restaurant food was the most amazing. Amazing, delicious meals, ambient atmosphere, good staff, good service. The hotel breakfast menu was okay. The bedrooms were good sizes, clean, smelled lovely. Felt like luxury.

Das Standardzimmer, das sie bieten, ist hervorragend, groß mit separater Lounge, hält die Schlafzimmerfläche privat. Die Einrichtungen sind schön trotz der leichten Probleme mit dem WLAN im Zimmer (aber sie fixierten es, sobald sie informiert sind). Das Personal ist sehr hilfreich.

Good customer service, beautiful prime location, well behaved and professional staff, food quality is good. Outdoor parking in the common parking lot. Rooftop bar n restaurant. Thanks to all staff members for making our stay comfortable.
