Fantastisches Aufenthalt. Sauberes Zimmer und großartiges Restaurant auf der Website. Buffet Frühstück war göttlich. Klar gekennzeichnete Artikel, die zu den Ernährungsbedürfnissen gespeist werden. Freundliches Personal, nämlich Chef Sunil Kumar, Sahil, Deepak, Rajesh, Triloga.

Hotel Arches is a great place to stay if you’re visiting Fort Kochi.  Fantastic location near a lot of tourist attractions, shopping and cafes. Kerala Cafe is literally next door. The staff are very kind and helpful.  Checkin was quick and easy.  The room is basic but very clean.  Bed was firm, lots of pillows and comfortable.  Room faced the street but was pretty quiet and had no trouble sleeping. Aircon worked well and the room was stocked with water. No wash cloths which could be added as well as a safety deposit box…didn’t see one but also didn’t ask so it could have been there.  Hotel felt very safe even as a solo woman traveler.  I would definitely stay there again.

Dieses Hotel bietet ein sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Ich hatte einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt. Als internationaler Reisender war die Auswahl beim Frühstück etwas eingeschränkt, aber nachdem ich Rührei und French Toast bestellt hatte, war alles innerhalb weniger Minuten fertig. Das Zimmer ist groß und geräumig. Es ist sehr ruhig, man hört keinerlei Geräusche von draußen. Das Warmwasser ist gut, die Dusche hingegen könnte besser funktionieren, hier besteht Verbesserungspotenzial. Die Einrichtungen wie Swimmingpool und Fitnessraum sind im Vergleich zu anderen Hotels in der Gegend sehr gut.

Tolles Anwesen, das ganztägig geöffnete Essen hat mir sehr gefallen. Die Speisekarte war begrenzt, aber das Essen war hervorragend!

Everything was excellent except the activity room. Nothing is in good condition. Would be good if they can maintain it since it would be very helpful when coming with kids. It's been 3 consecutive years i am coming here. The activity room needs to be improved.

neat and clean space , amenities what they are mentioned in MakeMyTrip all are satisfied. Especially there staff have good behaviour. What ever requirement needed at any time without any hesitation they do. Really appreciate that 👍

the base rooms in the old section of the building were very small, and there was no ventilation. thess rooms were just under their restaurant and was separate from the building that was shown in the pictures. since we were two females travelling the hotel ”upgraded” me to an ”executive” room which was in the new section of the hotel. that room was even smaller with one 5×4 bed and just enough space to pass through. the only advantage was it was in the new section and didn't look secluded. breakfast options were very limited. the best thing about the hotel was it's location. situated in the heart of fort kochi, it is very close to the fort kochi beach and other attractions.

Sapphire Club Metro bietet Ihnen einen bequemen und komfortablen Aufenthalt, ideal im Herzen der Stadt. Trotz der zentralen Lage sind die Fahrten zu diesen Zielen überraschend teuer, zusätzlich zur Bequemlichkeit des Aufenthalts. Zimmer 201, während direkt gegenüber einer Wand, behält überraschend eine helle und einladende Atmosphäre. Saphire Club Metro war eine gute Wahl für meine Reisen, weil ich eine Mischung von Stadtlebenskomfort suchte mit einfachem Zugang zu kulturellen und historischen Orten.
