Fabelhaft auf einem Hügel etwa 20 Minuten zu Fuß nach unten zur Stadt (gewiss einen Rickshaw zurück). Wir konnten nicht bestellen Eier zum Frühstück bis zum zweiten Morgen (nicht am ersten Morgen angeboten). Das Bad war bei der Ankunft nicht gereinigt worden und es gab Splittermarken auf der Wand über dem Tee-/Kaffeebereich. Wir kamen auch spätestens am Nachmittag in unser Zimmer zurück, um Wartungsarbeiten auf unserem Balkon zu finden - fühlten sich, das hätte nach der Abreise getan werden können! Fantastische Dusche. Wir essen in dem Restaurant eine Nacht und das Essen war sehr gut. Die hohen Steuern in Tamil Nadu hinzugefügt zu dem Preis (fast 25%) so beachten Sie das. Cocktails weee ausgezeichnet. Wir machten den Morgen ’Hike’, was gut wert war, aufzustehen.  Wir hatten am zweiten Abend eine heiße Wasserflasche mitgebracht, die eine wunderbare Überraschung war.  Tee & Kuchen serviert zwischen 5 & 5.30pm, was ein schöner Touch war, obwohl mehr von dem Frühstücksküche wäre gut gewesen. Ich empfehle Ihnen, hier zu bleiben, da Zimmer, Lage & Restaurant sind ausgezeichnet.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, creating a very relaxing atmosphere. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The facilities were excellent, and the food was truly delightful. Das war unser zweites Mal hier zu bleiben, aber nicht so angenehm dieses Mal. Das Essen war durchschnittlich Und einige der Mitarbeiter haben nicht auf die Zimmerprobleme wie flash nicht am Morgen arbeiten ; anfordern, während der Wartezeit Frühstück zu haben ( die sich wie ein gutes Geste Coz Frühstückszeit war fast vorbei und warum Lebensmittel verschwenden, aber später um Zahlen bitten ( die vorher hätte informiert werden sollen ) Gemeinsame Waschbecken nicht gereinigt

We were a bunch of 4 lads. Stayed in the Quadruple room. Pretty clean. The room service guys were polite and helpful... No intercom nor any chairs to sit inside. But we setup a place right outside the room. You have to phone the front desk for everything. Good parking and open spaces to play. Good was ok. Not bad. The receptionist guy was a bit grumpy. Apart from that nice chill place .!!

Overall, everything was good except for one issue. We had booked the hotel for 4 nights, but due to an unexpected emergency, we had to check out one night early. Unfortunately, the hotel management did not provide any refund for the unused night, which amounted to approximately RMB 1,500 (around ₹20,000). What disappointed me most was the management’s attitude regarding the cancellation request. I also submitted refund requests through Trip.com twice, but both were rejected. le the stay itself was satisfactory, the lack of flexibility and customer support in handling an emergency situation left a very negative impression.

Orchid Square has given us lovely memories of Coonoor. It was comfortable, clean and the food was excellent. However it was the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff that really helped to make our experience here a very good one. The restaurant staff in particular showed good humour. The hotel helped with transport. The wifi connection was good. It was peaceful and our room was spacious with lots of extras like tea/coffee, shampoo/ hairdryer. The only downside was the distance into town, needing a tut-tut, about 10-15mins travel time. However, we had peace and quiet.

Ausgezeichnetes Resort, entfernt von der Stadt rush. Die Zimmer und Badezimmer sind sauber, Jaya ji am Rezeption war immer hilfreich. Insgesamt hatten wir einen 3-Nacht-Angenehmen Aufenthalt mit schöner Aussicht.

The hotel services were excellent top notch. The staff were professional, provided me with a lot of extra services with no additional cost, rooms were clean. And most importantly the location is absolutely great. Just beside the botanical garden i had some amazing experiences. The only con is the room size is too small and i mean it. It's so small if you keep your luggage on the floor you won't be able to walk properly. This can be a major issue to a lot of people

Das Immobilien befindet sich in einem sehr schönen Ort in der Nähe aller touristischen Attraktionen. Der Palast, der in ein Hotel umgewandelt wurde, ist ein Besuch. Die Zimmer nehmen Sie zurück die Königszeit, geben Sie das nostalgische Gefühl. Die Zimmer sind gut eingerichtet mit antiken Möbeln, Gemälden und Teppichen. Das Hotel gehört der Wadayar-Gruppe. Das, was ich bemerkte, ist, dass sie nicht professionell geschultes Personal benannt haben. Aber das Personal ist alle sehr freundlich und hilfreich. Sie wurden seit über 3 Jahrzehnten gehalten, die jeden zeigen, wie gut die Arbeitgeber sind. Überall ist das Eigentum ein Besuch, um das königliche Gefühl zu erhalten. Große Arbeit durch das Personal getan.
