BBrigitteSThe hotel was very nice, beautiful pool, great ”all-inclusive” service, with drinks and snacks available between the 3 delicious, plentiful meals. There were also surprises left in the room ( wine, chocolate, dates, etc..)
We had a huge balcony, that cpukd have fit 10 people!
The room and bathroom were clean, but not fancy looking. There were little shampoos, conditioner, shower gel etc. Plenty of towels.
Here and there there was a chip in the paint on the wall, but nothing major.
People in the adjoining room were smoking and security was very responsive to our complaint and came twice to get them to stop smoking in the room.
The staff was really nice!

We want particular to praise the guy in the front desk - I’m sorry we didn’t catch his name - but he is I think Russian.
Every time we asked him for help he was so nice and helpful although sometimes the lobby was very busy.
Please make sure he gets this compliment.

GGuest UserDas Hotel ist schön ans gut gelegen. Viele Familien und kleine Kinder. Der beste Teil über dieses Hotel ist das Personal. Max, am Frontbüro, war so hilfreich mit mehreren Dingen. Er ging seine Art, um mit den Dingen zu helfen, die wir brauchten. Auch ich verließ mein Kindle versehentlich ins Zimmer und war bereits im Busbahnhof. Jemand vom Hotel brachte es mir vor meiner Abreise. Weg oben und darüber ehrlich und hilfreich.

SStav PrinceWhen you take the room with the plunge pool be aware that there is no privacy, everyone from the street to the higher floors can peep down or up at you. The metal roof hasn't been cleaned in god knows how long and was filled with trash. The room itself looked quite new however smaller then advertised.

Qqiqi_xuDie schlechte Erfahrung in Elat Caesar vor der Nacht wurde am nächsten Tag früh auf Neptune übertragen. Das Personal ist enthusiastisch empfangen. Obwohl das Zimmer noch nicht vollständig bereit ist, haben die enthusiastischen Rezeption-Personal uns zuerst die Unterkunft geholfen und informiert uns, dass das Zimmer bereit ist, nachdem es angerufen wird, dass das Zimmer zwar nicht groß ist, aber sehr sauber ist. Unterhalb gibt es einen großen Pool und einen privaten Strand. Weil der Strand des Roten Meeres wirklich ein düsterer Fuß ist, haben wir am Ende das Hotelpoolbad schwimmen gewählt. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig und das Hotel ist sehr nah an einem Busstopp. Ich musste am Freitag vor dem Samstag zurück nach Tel Aviv.
