"My wife and I decided on a short visit of Eilat for some Saturday morning scuba diving. We arrived on Friday around 19:00 and had no hotel reservations. One of the places we found on “an apartments for rent” application was this Sahara hotel. Spent the night there and loved it. Clean, comfortable, great air conditioning, good clean shower and great quality soap and towels. For this price - it’s a bargain."

"Großes Boutique-Hotel, Check-in und Check-out war super schnell, obwohl unser Zimmer bei unserer Ankunft nicht bereit war ...we wartete eine halbe Stunde, um es zu erhalten. Wir nahm das Familienzimmer mit einem großen Balkon. Das Zimmer war groß und steht unseren Erwartungen. Das Pool-Gebiet ist sehr gut gestaltet, aber der Pool ist etwas klein, denke ich ...Das Hotel ist sauber und schön gestaltet, es wurde verrückt renoviert. Das Frühstück ist gut und es gibt viele Auswahlmöglichkeiten, die wir genossen haben. Was den Parkplatz betrifft, so ist es ein bisschen schwierig, einen Parkplatz zu finden und die Offiziere geben Parktickets, wenn Sie auf den verbotenen Plätzen parken. Insgesamt haben wir unseren Aufenthalt genossen, die Zimmer sind sauber und das Essen ist gut und sehr schön für den Preis, den Sie zahlen. Würde wieder bleiben"

"Very disappointed Bed experience for family vacation. Rooms without terraces. The rooms in bad condition and poor maintenance. The towels smell bad, the linen sheets are full of hair( not ours). No feedback or comments from the reception The food is below the average (compared to the high price of the stay). No ice in the pool , I had to get some ice by my self with my two years toddler in 45 Celsius! Defiantly last time here and Fatal hotels. Better to pay more and enjoy real vacation in Isrotel hotels."

"My family and I had a disheartening experience with Orchidea Hotel in Eilat. Amidst an unsettling war situation starting from October 7th, 2023, we had to cancel our reservation (scheduled for October 8th-10th) at the hotel. Despite an initial understanding from the reception staff who assured no cancellation fees due to the extraordinary situation, we were fully charged on the day of check-in. Subsequent communication proved futile, with unfulfilled promises of callbacks and error rectifications. We are deeply disappointed by Orchidea Hotels' lack of empathy towards residents in the conflict zone and find it disheartening to be charged in full for a stay that did not materialize. We, hailing from Ashkelon, sadly cannot recommend this hotel and advise potential patrons to be wary."

A surprise experience We did not know that in this hotel, dogs can be included in the rooms.After changing two rooms because of lowd barking of dogs near the rooms, We got a beautiful room after a good service of the lady in the reception.The rooms are big.coffe machine in the room.Bathroom big.The highlight is the kitchen led by the smiling chef Charlie Haim.food is amazing the diversity of plates.The food is served with smille. The buffet in the morning is a masterpiece. There is also a little pool in the hotel.recommend this hotel . The price .is very fair "

"Wir suchten ein günstiges Hotel, wo wir eine Nacht schlafen können und wir dieses Hotel gewählt haben, vor allem wegen des günstigen Preises, aber auch weil es Teil der Brown Hotelkette ist. Das einzige, was positiv war - die Betten sind sehr komfortabel. Alles andere war schlecht - die Reinigung war nicht gut, wir baten um 2 Einzelbetten und hatten einen, es gab nur ein Handtuch für die Dusche, die Einstellung des Empfängers war scheußlich (Er schrie uns wirklich, als wir gefragt haben, was über ein zusätzliches Bett zu überprüfen), das Frühstück ist vernünftig (wenn Sie den Hund ignorieren, der dort zu ihm für seine Freude ging). Das ist mein zweites Mal in diesem Hotel und es war der Übergang zur Brown Hotelkette, die das Niveau gesenkt. Nicht empfohlen "

"I do not recommend this hotel if you have known the coral beach, it has nothing to do with it. At the bar in the show room it smelt of sewage coming up, there were few places around the swimming pool. The pool toilets were not clean. On the other hand, a very friendly welcome with cotton candy, drinks, cakes and activities for children on Sunday. Very canteen-like meal"

"The hotel was very nice, beautiful pool, great "all-inclusive" service, with drinks and snacks available between the 3 delicious, plentiful meals. There were also surprises left in the room ( wine, chocolate, dates, etc..) We had a huge balcony, that cpukd have fit 10 people! The room and bathroom were clean, but not fancy looking. There were little shampoos, conditioner, shower gel etc. Plenty of towels. Here and there there was a chip in the paint on the wall, but nothing major. People in the adjoining room were smoking and security was very responsive to our complaint and came twice to get them to stop smoking in the room. The staff was really nice!"

Der Service ist fantastisch und alle Mitarbeiter, der Reiniger, der Kellner, der Sicherheitsbetreiber und die Manager tun das Beste dort. Der Spa ist perfekt und die Pools sind großartig. Das Hotel ist ein Boutique-Hotel und beherbergt in meiner Meinung etwa 30 Paare, was viel angenehmer und lustiger ist, die Mengen sind nicht bemerkbar. Und der Schwerpunkt ist das Essen, in meinem Leben habe ich nie zu einem Hotel gewesen, das Gerichte auf so hohem Niveau im Speisezimmer serviert! Danke für das ganze Harrods-Team für eine erstaunliche Erfahrung, die zu schnell endete ☹️"
