The breakfast bore no resemblance to the pictures on the website (no fruit at all, no croissants, and the tuna was the cheapest and tasteless). "Sehr zentrale Lage, alles, was Sie brauchen. Ich habe einige Bewertungen von früheren Gästen gelesen und war sehr besorgniserregend, aber erstaunlich überrascht. Das Zimmer verfügt über großes Klimaanlage, eine nette Dusche, gute Qualität Tote Meer Seifen/Schampoe in Pumpenpackflaschen. Die im Zimmer Kühlschrank funktioniert, sie hinterließen 2 kleine Flaschen Wasser im Zimmer, das geschätzt wurde. Eli auf dem Rezeption ist super freundlich. Sie reinigen die Zimmer jeden Tag. Es gibt kostenlose Kaffee/Tee im Rezeptionbereich mit Innen- und Außenseite/Sitzplätze. Ein Verkaufsmaschine verkauft Getränke zu einem sehr vernünftigen 6 Schekel jedes. Einige große Essen wirklich nahe & awesome Einkaufen sehr nahe - das Hotel ist gerade über der Straße vom zentralen Busstation zu sehen, die Leute beschrieben das als Hostel ist so seltsam, weil es wirklich nicht einmal nahe ist."

Sie servieren kein Frühstück, aber sie haben einen Deal mit einem Restaurant rund um die Ecke, wo Sie ein israelisches Frühstück für einen zusätzlichen 50 Shekel erhalten können"

"Die schlechte Erfahrung in Elat Caesar vor der Nacht wurde am nächsten Tag früh auf Neptune übertragen. Das Personal ist enthusiastisch empfangen. Obwohl das Zimmer noch nicht vollständig bereit ist, haben die enthusiastischen Rezeption-Personal uns zuerst die Unterkunft geholfen und informiert uns, dass das Zimmer bereit ist, nachdem es angerufen wird, dass das Zimmer zwar nicht groß ist, aber sehr sauber ist. Unterhalb gibt es einen großen Pool und einen privaten Strand. Weil der Strand des Roten Meeres wirklich ein düsterer Fuß ist, haben wir am Ende das Hotelpoolbad schwimmen gewählt. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig und das Hotel ist sehr nah an einem Busstopp. Ich musste am Freitag vor dem Samstag zurück nach Tel Aviv."

"My family and I had a disheartening experience with Orchidea Hotel in Eilat. Amidst an unsettling war situation starting from October 7th, 2023, we had to cancel our reservation (scheduled for October 8th-10th) at the hotel. Despite an initial understanding from the reception staff who assured no cancellation fees due to the extraordinary situation, we were fully charged on the day of check-in. Subsequent communication proved futile, with unfulfilled promises of callbacks and error rectifications. We are deeply disappointed by Orchidea Hotels' lack of empathy towards residents in the conflict zone and find it disheartening to be charged in full for a stay that did not materialize. We, hailing from Ashkelon, sadly cannot recommend this hotel and advise potential patrons to be wary."

"The hotel was very nice, beautiful pool, great "all-inclusive" service, with drinks and snacks available between the 3 delicious, plentiful meals. There were also surprises left in the room ( wine, chocolate, dates, etc..) We had a huge balcony, that cpukd have fit 10 people! The room and bathroom were clean, but not fancy looking. There were little shampoos, conditioner, shower gel etc. Plenty of towels. Here and there there was a chip in the paint on the wall, but nothing major. People in the adjoining room were smoking and security was very responsive to our complaint and came twice to get them to stop smoking in the room. The staff was really nice!"

We originally came to Eilat for location scouting for an upcoming television production, and the hotel turned out to be the perfect base for our work. Thanks to the warm hospitality, we happily extended our visit from one night to two nights and three days. Room 9514 will always be a memorable part of this experience. As a survivor of five strokes, accessibility, comfort, and convenience are essential for me. I'm happy to say this hotel delivered on all three. Everything felt easy, relaxing, and thoughtfully designed. One feature we especially appreciated was the convenience store inside the hotel, open into the evening. Having easy access to snacks, drinks, and everyday essentials without needing to drive around Eilat made a real difference. The location is excellent, with easy access to the city's attractions. It's a great choice for families, and I would also recommend it to film and television crews using Eilat as a shooting location (having a car is definitely helpful). Our children loved every minute of the stay, and so did we. We would happily return on our next visit to Eilat. Thank you once again for making our stay so memorable! The Sadaka Family & ARGPROD"

"Just arrived to Play Eilat. No parking. Don’t trust what they advertise they only have 20 spaces I suppose and they were all filled up. This will require us to pay for parking in the morning. It’s only free street parking on Tarshish 9pm to 9am. Staying in room 304: full of gnats/flies. It’s gross. Not super clean atmosphere. I’ve stayed at The Vera in Tel Aviv, The King Solomon in Tevaria, and Cassia in Jerusalem. All those were more comfortable than Play Eilat with regard to the rooms."
