As a couple in their 50's, we just returned from a lovely holiday to Zante and stayed in the Meandros hotel as an adult only choice. The rooms - We paid for a premium room, which in reality was a larger than average size room with a couch (which we never used). The room had a large cupboard with a hanging rail and a shelf which was too high for me at 5' 2”, but no chest of drawers in the room. The beds were comfy and they had good pillows. We also had a decent size balcony, however, this was on the dull side of the hotel and it only got the sun in early evening, so again never used as mosquitos tend to be coming out in evenings. The bathroom was dated and the noise late at night from other pubs etc, blasted through the bathroom window. The noise outside early in the morning mainly came from the local cockerels as it's a field next to the hotel and also cleaning staff with trolleys going past, so if you are someone who is not looking to go out to entertainment, then this hotel is not for you as you will hear it anyway and then be woken early with dogs, chickens etc. No signal on the on the only British TV channel. There are other rooms with their own personal swim up rooms and some that overlook the main pool or the sunny side of the hotel, so I'm not sure how they are allocated as we had paid for a premium suite!! The pool is gorgeous and the hotel is immaculate, outdoor bar is good for relaxing in and the staff are extremely helpful. The cleaning staff work hard to keep everything spotless and the restaurant is clean, but quite small, although there is an outdoor seating area too (however, you take the risk of mosquito bites if eating outdoor at dinner time). Breakfast was between 7am - 10.30am and dinner was 7pm - 9.30pm. We personally got a bit fed up of the food as it was all much the same most nights, so we chose to eat out a few nights over the 10 day holiday. I would definitely recommend Dafni's for a meal, just around the corner from the hotel. There is a lovely spa facility, although we didn't use it, except on the last day after I had lay in the sun. You can use of the spa facility to get a freshen up before leaving for a late flight. Nearby, plenty of pubs, supermarkets, restaurants on the main ***** and on the other side of the hotel, however, most are now closing for the winter. The beach is about a 10 minute walk away and the water is clear and clean, definitely worth spending a day or 2 there. Car hire is good to tour the island with and we did the ”Back to the roots” bus tour as well, which was worthwhile. We personally appreciated the help on the last day after checking out of our room, while waiting around the pool area before our evening pick up when my husband took ill and the reception staff arranged for him to rest in another bedroom for a few hours to prevent him feeling sick in public. Nur nach einer Woche nach Hause in Letsos. Ich muss sagen, dass ich nicht länger in Letsos blieb. Ich habe vor dem Covid in Letsos geblieben und es war schön damals. Die Verbesserungen, die sie gemacht haben, sind fantastisch. Das Personal ist wunderschön und freundlich, aber ich muss sagen, dass der Manager wirklich aus ihrem Weg geht, um Ihnen zu helfen. Sie ist erstaunlich. Die freundlichsten Leute, die Sie treffen können. Das Zimmer war wunderschön mit einem schönen Blick auf den Pool und einem sehr großen Balkon. Unser Zimmer wurde jeden Tag gereinigt. Ich kann ehrlich gesagt nichts schlechtes darüber sagen. Es ist sehr nah an allen Geschäften und Restaurants und einen kurzen Spaziergang zum schönen warmen Sandstrand. Vielen Dank für unseren ersten Urlaub nach dem Covid ein sehr guter. Wir haben bereits im nächsten Jahr Kontakt mit uns gehalten, um wieder zu buchen.

Das Frühstück ist sehr reichhaltig, fast voll. Es gibt einen Parkplatz. Die Aussicht auf das Hotel ist sehr gut, ein typisches Resorthotel. Am Abend gibt es Bandauftritte. Es gibt mehr europäische und amerikanische Gäste im Hotel, und es scheint, dass wir in den zwei Tagen unseres Aufenthalts zwei asiatische Gesichter haben. Wir haben die günstigste Zimmerkategorie gewählt, und ich finde, dass die Hardwarebedingungen ziemlich gut sind, mit Wasserkocher und Meerblick. Das Hotel ist weit von der Stadt und 16 Kilometer vom Flughafen entfernt. Ein Auto muss gemietet werden (ein Taxi kann mehr kosten als eine Autovermietung)! Dies kann auch der Grund sein. Das Hotel beinhaltet Frühstück und Abendessen. Wir haben einen Preis von RMB 860 pro Nacht festgelegt. Chinesische Mahlzeiten werden ebenfalls angeboten (separat verrechnet). Abseits der Stadt ist das Hotel sehr ruhig, die Landschaft ist gut und nachts sind viele Sterne zu sehen. Wenn es sich um einen Mietwagenurlaub handelt, ist es sehr zu empfehlen!

Return visit to Hotel Vasilikos Beach. I could simply say we had a perfectly relaxing time and leave it at that but I am sure that Tripadvisor would require some justification. So, welcomed by Hilary, Ria and all the hotel staff as if we were family returning home. It certainly felt like that after a hiatus of six years (last visited in 2018). Allocated to our favourite room 127 that has a lovely view to the sea. Many of the rooms were renovated in 2019 but Room 127 remains one of the originals, simply but comfortably furnished that made for a quiet and comfortable night's sleep. Breakfasts now offer a choice of both freshly cooked options as well as continental options, all served, buffet style, in the modern restaurant area that overlooks the pool. The ambience of the hotel, pool area and gardens remains peaceful and relaxed. As guests of the hotel we had complementary sun loungers at the nearby St Nicholas beach. There remain four tavernas within easy walking distance for dinners and during the daytime, a bigger choice of nearby beach bars for drinks and food. This remains one of our favourite hotels. Cannot wait to return!

We stayed as a family (2 adults, 2 teenagers) for 10 nights in a superior family room. Our thoughts as follows Room - very clean, well maintained, air con (included in room rate, as is the safe) great, bit on the small side for 4 full-sized people, spacious balcony, bed very comfy, pillows hit and miss - they all seem to be different and are changed frequently, some were very lumpy but reception were helpful in sorting this out Dining - if you're hoping to self cater at all it's a bit of a struggle as there's only a fridge in the room, bar food excellent and freshly made (around €8 a dish) but some foods only available when the restaurant is open, breakfast fairly similar to the all incs. we've been to but a good selection, if you have dietary requirements you may struggle a little (especially with the bar menu) but again the hotel will try to accommodate you if you ask ahead. Diner is available each night for €20 per person if requested after breakfast - the menu looked quite varied and tempting although due to our dietary requirements we didn't try this out. Noise - generally very quiet, the bar plays music from around 9am to 12pm so request a room away from it if noise bothers you - if there was one thing we would change about the hotel it would be that the music was less loud. The hotel is located in a quiet area so you will benefit from hiring a car unless you plan on staying at the hotel for all meals. Pool - very clean and well maintained, plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas, lovely hammock type swing to relax on, for some reason (possibly the water or our sun cream) our swimwear all became tinged with green but this did come out with a white vinegar soak once we returned home, the rooms are positioned around the pool so it's a very quick trip back to the room. Staff - all fantastic, very friendly and helpful, cleaners did a thorough and sterling job. General - remember the hotel tax (due on check out), car park always had enough space for us, the hotel has a pool table (€1 ) and fusbal table (€1) as well as free table tennis, the football pitch and spa mentioned on the website are no longer in operation (although a massuse can be arranged by the hotel), the view from the restaurant is beautiful and a lovely way to start the day.

Wir haben dieses Hotel aufgrund seiner Lage gewählt. Der Preis war etwas höher als an anderen Orten mit der gleichen Unterkunft. In den Fotos sieht die Wohnung schön aus, aber in der Tat gab es das Bar-Minimum, kein Shampoo oder Seife, gab es einen Geschirrspüler und Waschmaschine, aber es gab kein Waschpulver, und in der Küche, Es war nur Salz und Öl, wir erwarteten zumindest eine Flasche Wasser im Kühlschrank, aber es war leer. Das Hauptproblem war das Tapwasser, es war unmöglich, Ihre Zähne zu waschen, weil es einen salzigen Geschmack hatte! Im Bad wurde der Handtücherhack gebrochen und im Schlafzimmer gab es einen Kleiderschrank ohne eine Schale. Eins nach eins führt zu nicht so angenehmen Aufenthalt. Auch die Kommunikation mit dem Hotel war schwierig. Der einzige schöne Punkt ist die Terrasse mit Blick auf die Stadt.

This is the most incredible apartment we have had the pleasure of staying in. If you’re after a peaceful retreat look no further it’s quiet it’s private and absolutely 5 star. If you want to explore the island then car hire is recommended however within a 10 minute walk we found 3 restaurants, 2 cafes, a great little supermarket and a bakery. Nikos our host was amazing he provided everything we needed including a well stocked fridge, he is extremely attentive and nothing is too much trouble. If you want recommendations he’s the man, you want car hire, boat hire, boat trips, taxis, a private chef or even a doctor just a phone call to Nikos and its done. We have spent a week here and it has been incredible he has made our trip unforgettable and we cannot thank him enough, will be coming back.

Hotel Liebling kleines Hotel mit einem guten Poolbereich. Viele Sonnenbetten verfügbar aber ich konnte sehen, dass die Sonnenbett rush eine Frage während der Spitzensaison. Große Zimmer aber wir wurden die „Roostersuite“ gegeben, die von 247 Rooster-Anrufen aus der nahe gelegenen Hühnerfarm profitiert. Mehrere Rooster, die keine Ahnung von Zeit haben, so dass sie nur den ganzen Tag und die ganze Nacht anrufen! Wir hatten einen Sturm am ersten Abend und das ganze Zimmer wurde überschwemmt - das Personal hat sich damit schnell und effizient gekümmert. Das Hotel ist ein guter 25-minütiger Spaziergang zum Strand, 20-minütiger Spaziergang zu Bars und Restaurants. Personal Die meisten Mitarbeiter sind wunderschön und so freundlich. Die Damen in der Bar/Restaurant haben Sie immer mit einem Lächeln und immer hilfreich begrüßt. Sie sind ein absolutes Vermögen des Hotels. Wie der freundliche Gartener. Der Manager auf der Rezeption und sein PA waren nicht die freundlichsten. Haben Sie keinen schönen Aufenthalt, wir freuen uns, Sie wieder zu begrüßen, wenn Sie beschließen, zurückzukehren. Nein, sie haben uns nur unsere Restaurant-Bild gegeben, wir bezahlten und das war es. Ich denke, der Kundenservice bei der Rezeption könnte mit Verbesserung tun. Food Some of the best food I've had from a Greek hotel. So viele leckere Dinge verfügbar und zu erstaunlichen Preisen und wie immer - serviert mit einem Lächeln. Würde ich zurück? Nice hotel, but not sure its a Four Star as a few things let it down. On the plus side, rooms nicely equipped and cleaned to a high quality everyday. Restaurant serves good quality food and a varied choice. On negative side, lack of sunbeds around pool means if you want a sunbed you have to venture onto the beach and hire some. €25 for 2 beds and umbrella, on first two rows, €20 for the remaining ones. Drinks are served in plastic cups even at night time which found strange as it is described as a green hotel, hence the daily tourist tax of €10 a room per night. It's the first time staying at all inclusive that I have had to pay a Non Refundable deposit to use the safe in the bedroom. €20 per week. Just things to consider when pricing the holiday. The hotel is ideally located, right on the beach and close vicinity to numerous beach bars and restaurants.
