AMAZING stay! Rooms were spacious and clean with shampoo, shower gel AND conditioner. Air con was strong. Good toilet flush and shower pressure. They also allowed us to have a late check out since the room was not needed the next day. Appreciated the very good size pool. The steam and sauna were also lovely and hot. We didn't eat breakfast but the space looked huge. It's right next door to the Select Car Leasing Stadium (Madejski Stadium) with parking on site.

I found strange that iron was not available in my room and also get 2 days where card stop working when from work and needed to get support to unlock my room. Complementary stuff in room very weak.

Novotel Reading Centre is located in the heart of Reading, with convenient access to food, accommodation, and transportation. It is a 3-minute walk to the train station and a 3-minute walk to museums, parks, monasteries, and supermarkets. The front desk service is very friendly, and the swimming pool and gym are open normally from 10:00-22:00 every day. We are responsible for cleaning our floors very seriously and clean the rooms on time every day! Everyone gathers together at the bar downstairs every night to watch the World Cup, it's very happy! Ich hatte ein echtes Problem, eine Erstattung von diesen Jungs auf einer anderen Buchung durch ********* . Ich musste die Pläne ändern und storniert, aber Roseate wird die Buchung in ihrem System nicht stornieren, so ********* wird mir meine 50% Erstattung, sehr frustrierend.

Ausgezeichnete Lage, nahegelegene Einrichtungen für einen fairen Wert. Das einzige Problem ist, keine Aufzug zu haben, für diejenigen, die mit schweren Taschen kommen, ist ein Problem und Türgeräusch, die die ganze Zeit schlagen, Hölle!

Das Personal ist freundlich und freundlich. Obwohl es ein bisschen von einem Fahrrad aus Newbury und näher zu Thatcham ist, ist die Lage nicht zu schlecht. Es gibt sogar öffentliche Verkehrsverbindungen, mit einem Busstopp draußen auf der Linie, die Newbury mit Reading verbindet. Ich habe das Essen noch nicht getestet, da es mir etwas teuer schien. Es gibt jedoch eine Pub in der Nähe, die hervorragende Lebensmittel bedient. Leider gibt es keine Klimaanlage, aber Fans sind zur Verfügung.

Sehr nahe am Stadtzentrum mit Zugang zu Nahrung spät in der Nacht. 15 Minuten zu Fuß zum Bahnhof. Das Zimmer ist teuer und das Badezimmer ist nett. Jedoch gibt es keine Ausstattung. Ich habe noch 10 Pfund gezahlt, um früh um 12. Der Aufzug funktionierte zu diesem Zeitpunkt nicht.

Very good in terms of location, A nice little walk to the centre but far enough out that you don’t really get the noise of the late night drinkers (sat/friday). The room was a decent size for what we paid, nice shower and bathroom small but good for the money we paid. However, the room was really really hot. We had to sleep with both windows open, AC didn’t work at all. The TV has all the normal channels and it worked perfectly. The coffee machine area downstairs was helpful however they didnt give us any cups, put any available out for people to grab or tell us that they even had any. No tea bags or little things of milk which would have been helpful. The machine does make tea however we both werent sure how useful/good it would have been. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a cheap stay in reading.

It was our first time booking here, and we didn't expect much for the price. Despite bad reviews, our experience was pleasant. The reception staff were polite, and the room was fine. We could hear footsteps from upstairs, and the wall was a bit damaged, likely due to refurbishing, but it didn’t bother us. Overall, everything was good, and we might return once it's fully refurbished. Thanks!
