Das ist mein zweites Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und der Service ist so ausgezeichnet wie immer.

The room was spacious, much more than I thought that it would be. It was also very clean. As we were out most of the time, we couldn't really get to use any of the facilities, if any in the hotel. As it's right smacked within the Coventry Club Football Arena, I can imagine it being a good accomodation for football fans whenever there's a match. The downside is that it's a little out of the way from the city centre. Unless you have a car, it might not be convenient to go to the city centre from this hotel.

Nettes komfortables Aufenthalt. Der Seiteneingang war nicht sichtbar, so musste man umher gehen, um zum Empfang zu kommen. Pl suchen nach diesem Eingang spart viel Zeit, um nach/aus Warrick Zentrum zu kommen. wird definitiv wieder bleiben. Danke

Vorsicht vor versteckten Gebühren! Sie haben uns 5 £ extra für den Parkplatz gezahlt, weil wir durch Trip.com gebucht haben, sie behaupteten, es sei ein Reisebüro und daher gezahlt. Wo ich es gebucht sagte, Parkplatz inbegriffen. Auch ich hatte Haustiere mit mir, trotz der 2 Routen, die ich durchlief während der Buchung beide sagte Haustiere willkommen, keine Erwähnung von £15 extra PER Haustiere nicht Zimmer. Jedes andere Hotel und ich reisen mit Haustieren viel sagt immer, wie viel oder zusätzliche Gebühr anzuwenden ist. Nichts auf diese und sie setzen es bis zu £20 pro Haustieren. Ich habe gezeigt, wie ich gebucht und sogar geprüft, keine Erwähnung einer Gebühr. Er zeigte mir 3 Wege, die es durch die Wyndham-Website tut. Wie werde ich durchgehen, weil ich weiß, wer ihre Muttergesellschaft ist 🤷. Ich war über eine Barrel sehr müde und ich musste nicht gehen, so bezahlen. Aber normalerweise würde ich nicht, es ist falsch, falsche Werbung durch die Kommission und ich werde sie nie wieder verwenden. Jemand anderes, der eine andere Methode zur Buchung verwendete, erhielt auch eine Parkgebühr von £5, sie waren auch nicht glücklich.

The room was great; it had all the basics. However, the lift feels like it needs some maintenance. The check-in and check-out process was smooth. If you book directly, you can get free parking; otherwise, it’s £5 per day. They offer free apples and water in the lobby, but I wish they would keep the apples topped up, as some of them were bruised and looked old.

Overall good, the room looks a bit dated and the AC was not working so had a warm evening. The shower took about 5 mins to work but overall good for the money.

Das Hotel sieht sehr posh aus. Leider dort, wo es aufhört. Das Familienzimmer war groß, aber fehlte Charakter. Die Fitness-Anlagen waren zusätzlich bezahlt Frühstück war ok. Aber Platten und Kegel waren gefüllt Wir reisen nach Midlandsa. Wir bleiben nicht wieder hier. - Ja.

Was a nice place in abit of a rough area but was still fine. The room was really hot which you couldn’t change and being on the bottom floor we didn’t want to keep the window open. Would have possibly stayed again but the £100 deposit you have to send before your stay they don’t send back even though they said they would. I made sure the room was mostly clean and that it would just be the standard cleaning that the cleaners had to do between each guest so I could get my deposit back but after many messages and calls they won’t send it back they just keep saying they don’t have my details even after sending it multiple times. Seemed abit weird that we have to send a deposit but as no other reviews had this issue I trusted it but if you need that money back DO NOT SEND IT.
