We arrived by train so it was crucial that it was literally a few minutes walk from the railway station and it was in the city centre which was ideal for us. Gino D'Acampo restaurant was good quality at reasonable price. Room was spacious and quiet. It had a safe, large TV, tea/coffee, refrigerator, walk in shower (no climbing over a bath) Minimal contact with staff but where we did interact they were pleasant, polite and helpful.

Die Lage ist hervorragend, direkt neben dem Bahnhof Leeds und nur wenige Schritte vom Ausgang im zweiten Stock entfernt. Die Zimmer sind im typischen Hilton-Stil eingerichtet, die Ausstattung ist relativ neu und das Personal freundlich. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig und bietet ein sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis; ich kann es nur empfehlen.

Booked this hotel to stay at after spending the day at Leeds Fest on Sunday. We came earlier than check in but were able to store our bags there. I was worried about checking in so late after getting back from the festival but it was fine.

Ich liebe dieses Hotel. Das saubere, freundliche Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit und der Service gut. Ich war mit meinen 3 Kindern hier und hatte ein Familienzimmer. Doppelbett, 2 Einzelbetten. Wirklich bequem und die Kinder fanden es auch toll. Es liegt in der Nähe des Bahnhofs und 5 Minuten zu Fuß zum Trinity Shopping Centre. Wir werden wieder hier übernachten. 5-Sterne-Hotel

Great location,very quiet peaceful area beautiful room and very clean I lived it . But my stay would have been better if everything had gone smoothly I Just had a problem with the hotel asking for a deposit and not accepting cash for it , I do understand policies are different but after a 12hour flight plus 3 hour train ride all I needed was to get my room and rest but I had to sit for over 20 plus minutes trying to figure out what to do with my situation.I suggest they should be more accommodating and attentive to different situations and customers circumstances rather than just saying we don’t accept this and not willing to find a solution to help. Later on after about 30 minutes or so a very nice friendly manager came to my rescue and found a solution .which could have been done in the first place than having a customer wait for long because someone else is not willing to budge and understand a situation and find a solution.

The hotel itself was excellent and well appointed for our purposes. I would definitely book to stay again. Particularly convenient for Temple Newsam park where we were attending Slam Dunk festival, and for M1 access. The only issue was checking in, where the hotel only had one room listed under the booking reference although all my paperwork confirmed I had booked and paid for two. On a full weekend, it was disconcerting. After a lot of head scratching, they noted there was another room booking made 1 minute after the one they could find, that didn't have a name attached. Not sure if this was an issue with trip.com or Ramada systems, but it did cause inconvenience and stress to both us and the staff trying to check us in. Perhaps this issue could be looked at please?

Very good hotel for a budget traveller, in a great city centre location, close to the bus and coach station and not too far from the train station, close to the centres shops and theatre and events, efficient and friendly staff

Good staff and food; however, the hotel is now looking quite shabby in places - worn carpet and stained bathroom fittings. Note, soft beds and no USB Ports.

Good front office team and very helpful throughout my stay. I accidentally left my suit behind, and I hope they will kindly arrange to send it back, as I have already organised the postage. Overall, a really good team. A special mention to the chef in the kitchen, who clearly enjoys looking after guests and making sure everyone is well fed. Great service and a lovely team.
