Das Personal kann bei jedem Aufenthalt nie genug für uns tun, wir haben hier immer eine tolle Erfahrung, immer sehr sauber, es ist nicht wie Ihr übliches Hotelzimmer, es ist eine richtig ausgestattete Küchenzeile mit allem, was Sie zum Kochen oder Waschen Ihrer Kleidung brauchen, und es ist immer unsere erste Wahl, wenn wir in Brighton übernachten

Das Hotel hat eine tolle Lage, direkt gegenüber vom Strand. Es ist ein altes Hotel mit komfortablen Zimmern und hervorragenden Hygienestandards. Die Ausstattung ist etwas veraltet, aber ansonsten ist alles gut! Als der Hotelpage das Auto abholte, mussten wir lange warten, da das Auto auf einem anderen Parkplatz stand und der Hotelpage zu Fuß hinübergehen musste!

Ein schönes modernes Hotel mit einem schönen Fitness- und Essensraum. Ich habe im Restaurant alle drei Nächte meines Aufenthalts aufgrund des schlechten Wetters gegessen - aber sehr leckeres Essen! Strand und i360 und Orte sind nahezu Fuß und so ist der Bahnhof ! Meine Frage ist mit Reinigkeit... mein Zimmer fühlte sich Staub - ich könnte es auch fühlen n sieht es - von Staubbänden schütteln von unter meinem Bett bis zu den Bettseiten Tische mit Krümmungen in Ecken, ich zerstört den Tisch unter dem TV/neben dem Spiegel, wie ich meine Hautpflege setzen wollte Es ist klar, dass ein Mann oder jemand mit einem Haar mein Zimmer wie 2/3 Tage habe ich auf meinem Stiefel stubbel/haar. Auch die Dusche war nicht auf den Fliesen gereinigt worden, da es schwarze Günsen/Muschel aus dem Grün kam, als ich einfach den Duschekopf auf sie gerichtet hatte. Die Zimmer sind auch nicht klanghaft, da ich höre, dass meine Nachbarn ins Bad gehen, Windgeräusche und zwei Tage in ich musste sagen Rezeption, um meinen Nachbarn zu bitten, nicht den Fernseher um 7 Uhr zu spüren! Trotzdem sind die Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich! Ich würde Essen direkt vor 9.30pm n sie würden sich nicht gefallen - im Restaurant. Ich konnte auch meinen Aufenthalt um eine Nacht verkürzen, weil ich keinen zusätzlichen Tag ohne Ausgabe benötigt - nur Reservierungsmann muss es akzeptieren, sobald Sie durch Trip. Wasserflaschen sind verfügbar - meine letzte Morgen gab es einen vollen Wasserausfall am Morgen... Glückwunsch habe ich meinen Kopf verwendet und bat um zusätzliche Flaschen, um mich zumindest bereit zu machen! Alternativ können wir Duschen im Hilton Freizeitzentrum verwenden, bis sie sortiert wurden.

Great location great size room and comfy beds very quiet at night.  Two king size beds were great.   Breakfast was good value. Air con quiet and very good.   Defo be back.  Only slight annoyance was parking under hotel cost me  £44 a day so £88 for to night with suitcases and kids in tow it’s the best place to park but no discount for being a guest.

Positive - auf dem Strand vorne mit schönen Aussichten, nur einen kurzen Spaziergang zu allen touristischen Attraktionen. Sehr schönes englisches Frühstück. Das Personal war freundlich und effizient. Lobbybereiche sauber und gemütlich. Gutes Mittagessen. Negative. Auf den Gangsteigen und Schlafzimmer sind in sehr schlechtem Zustand. Peeling-Wandpapier, schmutzige Sofas, drahtbare Teppiche, geschraubte Gemälde und verschwundene Gürtel. Private Parkplätze werden angekündigt, aber immer noch kosten £25 pro Nacht. Begrenzte Ausstattung.

We were allocated our room at 4pm but highly dissatisfied with room 458 too dark and the bathroom lights did not work, we requested a different room and the staff were very efficient and polite to reallocate us to room 257. However the shower we found was not big enough or able to cope with the shower water which was  spilling round the glass screen and over the side and flooding  the bathroom causing a slip hazard. We had lunch in the bar and waited nearly an hour for our food to arrive reminding the staff twice that we were there, we did revive a complimentary drink. On the whole for the price we paid we feel the standard does not support the price and sadly would not book again.

Wir wurden aus dem Albtraum des „Amherst Hotel“ in dieses Hotel verlegt. Die Zimmer waren geräumig und sauber und das Personal war freundlich. Eines Abends sahen wir in der Bar unten eine kostenlose Drag-Show. Das einzig Ärgerliche war, dass die Zimmerkartenschlüssel immer wieder nicht funktionierten, was sehr ärgerlich war. LGBT-freundlich.

High hopes but this feel quite short in a number of ways. From the photos the room looked lovely and this did match up. However it did become apparent that aesthetics have been prioritised over other aspects. The pub/club opposite was still incredibly noisy at 2am (on a Tuesday) with the windows doing nothing to muffle the noise. There was fast food rubbish found next to one of the beds from a previous occupant, and this was quite a large wrapper that would have been difficult to miss during cleaning. Communication around bed preference was not good at all, I had specifically asked for a king (and have the evidence of this in my booking details) yet on arrival twin beds were set up. When I raised this with the company, there was no offer of rectifying this, instead I was told more than once that this had been the request. To add insult to injury, our neighbours in the room next door invited some friends to their room and it seemed they were having their own party at 3am with shouting, giggling and loud music and more than 5 in the one room. We knocked on the door in the end to request some quiet as, with the club outside, we were completely surrounded by noise. One small plus point that, once we managed to get to sleep, the bed (albeit the twin I hadn’t requested) was very comfortable.

방은 크지는 않지만 사진과 같이 모던하고 깔끔한 느낌이었어요! 위치도 좋았구요 다만 4인이서 가서 인당 8만원씩 낸 숙소치고는 아쉬웠습니다 엘레베이터가 없는거랑 화장실이 공용인점...ㅠ 근데 유독 그 날짜가 좀 비쌌던것 같아요 다른날짜 조회해보니까 ㅇㅇ 조금만 더 쌌다면 99퍼 만족했을듯요! 화장실도 깔끔했고 다만 샴푸는 없었어요 수건은 한장씩 줬습니당

The self check in was a bit difficult at first as some of the codes didn't work but if you press the ring door bell then you get an answer and they are very helpful, the room was beautiful and the shower was lush! The fact there was a fridge was an amazing bonus cause it meant we could keep our leftovers from the restaurants fresh and keep our beers cold 😂 would highly recommend as its a 14 minute walk from the train station (literally walk in a straight line and you're there) and it's on the seafront with everything you could want or need within a 5 minute walk, will definitely be back
