⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Wonderful Stay at Holiday Inn Belfast I recently spent three nights at Holiday Inn Belfast with a friend, and it was truly a wonderful experience from start to finish. The staff were exceptionally welcoming, professional, and always ready to help, which made us feel comfortable immediately after arriving. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and throughout our stay the team maintained a warm and friendly atmosphere. Our room was very clean, spacious, and well maintained, providing everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The beds were comfortable, and the overall environment was quiet and perfect for rest after a long day exploring Belfast. The location of the hotel is also excellent, making it easy to access many attractions, restaurants, and transport options around the city. We also enjoyed the breakfast and general hotel facilities, which added to the overall quality of the stay. Overall, it was a memorable and pleasant experience, and I would definitely recommend Holiday Inn Belfast to anyone visiting the city. I look forward to staying here again in the future. My recent breakfast experience at this hotel had its ups and downs. First, the baby high chair was disappointingly dirty, even after I spent a considerable amount of time wiping it down with wet wipes, as seen in the pictures. The cleanliness standards should definitely be improved. As for the breakfast service, it left much to be desired. It felt like there was only one server handling everything, and it took a whopping 20 minutes for a simple yogurt to be served. I'm confident I could have prepared it in two minutes myself. Plus, the portion of yogurt was quite small, and the oatmeal was almost inedibly dry. However, I must admit that the full breakfast option redeemed the dining experience. In summary, while the full breakfast was enjoyable, the cleanliness of the baby high chair and the slow service for basic items like yogurt need significant improvement.

Aber sie haben nie etwas über die gebrochene Klimaanlage getan. Sehr unbehaglich zu schlafen, wenn das Zimmer so heiß war. Selbst der Gastservicebetreiber schien zweifelhaft, dass das Wartungsteam zu ihm kommen würde. Das Frühstück war anständig. Die Angebote waren jeden Tag die gleichen. Gute Option, wenn Ihr Zimmerpreis das abdeckt. Für die Lage ist es auch nicht so gut wie ich hoffe. Dieses Hotel scheint auf der Karte nahe der ICC Belfast zu sein. Allerdings ist der Haupteingang auf der ganzen Gegenseite des Gebäudes. Sie gehen im Grunde ganz draußen, bevor Sie die ICC-Türen erreichen. Wenn ich nach Belfast zurückkehre, werde ich woanders bleiben.

Stayed overnight for an early morning training course held in the hotel It's a good 20 minute walk from the Grand Central Station but on a nice day a chance to see Belfast's street life. Room tidy and comfortable especially the bed. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Amenities really good and breakfast was smashing. I would certainly stay there again.

This is my second stay at the Clayton Hotel, and overall, the experience was pleasant and the accommodations were comfortable. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, and the hotel offers good value for an overnight stay. However, I observed that the reception staff could benefit from being more attentive and proactive in assisting guests. On several occasions, it seemed that guests were not immediately acknowledged, which can leave an impression of inattentiveness — particularly for international visitors. My previous stay was three years ago, and I was hoping to see some improvement in this area. Consistent professionalism and warm hospitality at the front desk would significantly enhance the overall guest experience. I look forward to seeing positive changes on my next visit.

Sehr sehr schöner Aufenthalt, das Zimmer ist super groß und bietet alles, was man braucht. Der Self-Check in war auch unkompliziert und man konnte sich ein kostenloses Bier aus dem Kühlschrank nehmen. Die von der unter dem Hotel gelegenen Bar hat man auch überhaupt nichts mitbekommen, also für uns war es eine 10/10

Absolutely amazing, the atmosphere, the food, the drinks, the swimming area, the room, everything was 100% 10/10. The staff were also very kind and welcoming with good communication, to anyone who is thinking about staying, go for it!

Brilliant red brick stately home type hotel. Full of charm and has a lovely front garden. You have full access to all living and dining area on the ground floor at any time, which is great for photos and relaxing. Our room was a small loft but had a great view from the bathroom of the hills over the city. The City tour bus goes past the hotel because apparently it used to be occupied by the main builder of the Titanic. It is a short walking distance to the stunning Queen's University and Botanic Gardens. Ryan's restaurant is a great shout for homely reasonably priced Irish food and drink. The lady at the front desk also gave us direct assistance to book our trip on the Causeway tour. Highly recommend.

Sehr guter Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel - kurz, aber definitiv empfehlen! Das Hotel ist wirklich modern und ist sehr zentral. Belfast ist extrem wandelbar und wir lieben unsere Zeit hier. Rezeption Team war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
