Die Unterkunft braucht eine Aktualisierung und TLC bis sie sich um sie herum bemühen. Es ist sehr sauber, das Personal sind freundlich und glücklich zu helfen. wo wir Kühlschrank und Kettle brauchen doppelte Plug, sie waren schnell und gab mir eine Erweiterung führt zu verwenden beide zusammen. es eine schamige Bar inne nicht geöffnet, wie wir Windige Nächte hatten und wir saßen Pool Bar mit Patio-Wärmegeräten, auf denen ich nichts getan habe. Schön, dass Sie in Ihrer Unterkunft über die Handtücher runter dem Pool setzen, dass sie entfernt werden, wenn sie nicht verwendet werden, so keine Sonnenbäder blockieren. kann mit einigen Papierarbeiten, um Sie auf Ihrem Besuch zu halten, wann Sie für Mahlzeiten wählen und auch wann Snacks auf dem All inclusive verfügbar. Es ist ein schöner Touch, dass Sie ein Handtuch für Sie zu benutzen im Pool ich nicht im Hotel war, das Ihnen sie gibt.. Das Essen ist gut für eine 3Sterne nur etwas wäre ein Problem in der höheren Saison ist nur 1 Toaster im Essensraum. Ich habe meinen Aufenthalt hier voll genossen. Ich würde hier nochmal bleiben.. Du solltest für deine eigenen Interessen arbeiten. Ich weiß, dass die Leute die Straße draußen gelegt haben, aber das Hotel kann nicht verantwortlich für das, weil es nach dem Rat..

I arrived at Castillo in the early evening of October 2nd 2023 as a solo traveller. Having left home some 8 hours previously, I felt tired , hungry , and thirsty and was therefore looking forward to being welcomed to my apartment quickly and efficiently as a holidaymaker. Instead I found myself face to face with a surly and charmless young man who ran through the check in procedure in a bored and disinterested fashion before thrusting a grainy and badly photocopied map into my hand in order to find my apartment myself amongst hundreds of similar white bungalows in the complex At this point I might add I’m the only traveller checking in at that point. Some 45 minutes later I find my apartment after walking round the complex umpteen times , if the check in guy had removed himself from behind the desk and simply pointed to a gate 50 yards up the road all this could have been avoided. The apartment was tired looking , sagging curtains , broken sofa bed , the main beds were uncomfortable metal frame affairs with a mismatched wooden headboard jammed up between them and the walls No air con , simply antiquated ceiling fans/lights which were hard to figure out to keep running without the lights on. Kitchenette appallingly equipped . Something scuttles when I open a cupboard Blocked drains emitting foul odours in the bathroom The roads around the complex are shocking , featuring broken manhole covers , broken electrical boxes , discarded rubbish lying around , and oh watch out for cars randomly crossing your path without warning from the strange little mini roundabouts which allow cars to zoom in front of people in a pedestrian zone. Also beware the electric scooters hacking around everywhere I think I had 3 room service visits in a fortnight , and despite paying for late checkout on my last day I then had a cleaner wondering why I was still there at 12 , I had to google the words paid late check out to get rid of her , obviously someone hadn’t done their job! Finally if you come here and are not particularly fit , it’s approximately 1 1/4 miles to the nearest beach , despite saying beach resort and a steep uphill climb on the return I’m sure Castillo will give the standard reply to this review , but you need to revamp your rooms , employ staff that are good with people , repair your roads , look after your grounds properly , including using the irrigation system in order to avoid the eyesore of dead plants everywhere, last but not least some general information given to guests and proper signage around the place would greatly help!

Der Ort ist gut, aber vielleicht haben sie bessere Hotels zum gleichen Preis. Der Strand von Caleta de Fuste ist ideal für eine Reise auf der Insel, weil sie im Zentrum der Insel ist, mit einem Auto haben Sie 1 Stunde nach oben und eine andere nach unten von diesem Hotel zu den besten Stränden. Sie können sich auch am Strand des Hotels mit einem künstlichen Pool aus dem schönen Meer entspannen.

Excellent Service , however be aware that i purchased through trip.com the hotel did try to charge me an extra £100 euros , because the deal i paid for wasn’t the price set by the hotel, however after the Receptionist spoke to the manager , they honoured the price i paid , all in all from start to finish took about 20 mins , the Room with a sea view was absolutely stunning, i thought the room had no electric , however a quick pop to the desk explained that the key card you use to get into the room goes into a slot in the entrance way to turn it on , ( quick suggestion to the hotel maybe explain this when you give out the room cards ) Having stayed in a different hotel previously i didn’t know what to expect , i’m happy to say i will be back , its at least 2/3 minutes walk to the beach , has disabled access which is great , lifts are in the lobby to allow higher floors, they have a chill out zone thats open from 9am which has rooftop jacuzzi’s ,sauna and stunning views over the sea , it also has two pools one inside the complex and another outside, The breakfast while inconvenient at times having to go downstairs to eat, ( they do have room service however at €10 was not something i wanted to pay personally it was a nice touch though ) was plentiful to say the least they had a large variety to cater to everyone . The receptionist were brilliant even with a slight language barrier , some are multilingual in any event , my advice learn some words in Spanish helps a lot ! The Room itself was absolutely spotlessly cleaned , fresh towels and bedding changed daily by the cleaners , with little heart chocolate’s was a nice surprise one slight issue for me unless you want to be woke up at 8/9am with the drinks bar i would fully use the do not disturb sign , The hotel has a massage and therapy i used the 2 hour service and both the husband and wife are an excellent edition to the hotel , they cater to a range of injuries , we even joked that my back was as hard as wood , they worked in tandem and gave one of the best massages i have ever had and i’ve had quite a few over the years. There are quite a few places to eat , however the restaurant which is about 1 minute walk from the hotel has the most amazing staff and the food is great, the prices are reasonable to. Now i know this is an adult only hotel so i was expecting the hotel to be loud in the evenings until the early hours , and while this was at the end of June 2024 i heard little in the way of noise passed 1am. Being the night owl having the sea view and listening to the sound of the waves at 1/2/3 am in the morning is the most peaceful i have felt , thank-you Ezra Mar for the Wonderful Memories. All in all it was an Excellent stay , I Will be back thats for sure , Thanks to all the cleaners and staff at the hotel , what a pleasurable experience.

First time at this hotel and after reading some of the reviews posted around July and August we were a little apprehensive. We can only attribute the negative reviews to the hotel being busy with lots of families. Be under no illusion, this is a three star hotel so if you expect five star accommodation you'll be disappointed. We were very pleasantly surprised to find the hotel was kept meticulously clean and tidy, room service was very regular, nearly every day with rooms tidied and towels replaced. We had an early flight so arrived early ( around 11 am ) so had to wait until 3pm for our room, this was expected and completely understandable, if rooms are not vacated until mid morning it is unrealistic to expect them to be ready immediately. We had two issues with the room, the first was the keypad on the safe on the first day, this was rectified immediately, the second was a TV problem this too was rectified within an hour with two very nice guys who eventually replaced the cable and the TV, at every stage our interactions with all staff members was pleasant and hassle free. There was none of the issues with sunbeds as posted by earlier reviews, we always had access to beds whatever time we went to the pool ( probably due to less families ). We didn't use the restaurant so can't comment on the food, the fare at the pool bar was what you'd expect, not brilliant but reasonably priced and the portions of chips were excellent ! The hotel is located in an excellent position with the beach and shops all within a very short distance. There were a few things that were slightly annoying, the volume of the pool bar music and the heavy bass thumping from early afternoon until sometimes late at night, but that's probably an age thing. The price of the beer at the pool bar was another irksome issue, as a beer drinker I begrudge paying 3.90 for considerably less than a pint, the happy hour prices were a little more tolerable. The fact that this hotel offers free air con and free wi fi is another reason why we will definitely be returning, on the whole we thoroughly enjoyed our two week stay.

Klasse. Wir (63/60) sind das 50. Mal in Caleta de Fuste, aber erst das 5. Mal im Broncemar, somit das 3. Mal nach der Modernisierung. Und, was sollen wir sagen: wir haben ein „Neues Zuhause“ an diesem bezaubernden Ort gefunden. Dies ist nicht nur allein den Vorzügen der Anlage geschuldet, sondern auch dem freundlichen Personal, allen voran der, aus Deutschland stammenden, Frau Stephanie Griebel (Rezeption), welche uns wie Freunde in ihrem Hause aufzunehmen vermochte, nichts unversucht lässt, dem Gast den Aufenthalt so angenehmen wie möglich zu gestalten. Nach so vielen Malen unserer Aufenthalte auf der Insel stellen wir uns die Frage, warum wir überhaupt in den übrigen Hotels untergekommen sind. Danke Steffi Griebel, danke an das Team eines, in bester Lage liegenden Hotels, welches in Zukunft unserer ausschließliche Aufmerksamkeit erfahren darf. Das Hotel an sich ist sehr schön und das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das beste war der Spa-Bereich. Schöne Atmosphere, gutes Angebot und Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, nettes Personal. Unser Zimmer war geräumig, hätte aber im Badbereich besser geputzt werden können. Wir hatten 'all inclusive' gebucht, jedoch war nicht alles inklusive bzw man hatte nur eine kleine Auswahl an Getränken die es ohne Aufpreis gab. Man darf dann gerne das 'all inclusive Plus' extra buchen, dass steht aber auch nur im Zimmerschlüsselkärtchen drin. Die inclusiven Getränke sind sehr einfach und zB der Gin & Tonic war ungeniessbar, Wir haben oft den Aufpreis gezahlt um bessere Qualität bei den Getränken zu erhalten. Das Enttäuschendste war jedoch das Essen. Obwohl es natürlich jeden Tag etwas anderes auf dem Büffet gab, hatte man nach ein paar Tagen das Gefühl man isst immer das Gleiche, da sich das Angebot einfach sehr ähnelte. Das Essen war wenig gewürzt und somit fad und langweilig. Oft waren die Speisen auch nur lauwarm oder manchmal sogar kalt. Am letzten Abend sind wir dann sogar ausserhalb Essen gegangen.

Es ist ein etwas abgelegeneres Hotel. Nichts desto do trotz ein schönes Hotel.Zimmer werden täglich gereinigt,das Essen ist sehr gut und reichlich. Man muss keinen Hunger schieben. Das Personal ist stets freundlich und ständig darauf bedacht es den Gästen Recht zu machen und immer mit einem Lächeln im Gesicht. Die Anlage selbst ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und eine Klimaanlage wäre auch nicht schlecht, aber alles in allem können wir einen wunderschönen Urlaub verbringen. Die Ausflugsmöglichkeiten sowie Einkaufsmärkte sind breit gefächert, gut zu erreichen und zu empfehlen. Über die Matratzen können wir auch nicht klagen, wir können sehr gut schlafen. Hätte so manch ein Gast ein Maß an Anstand würde die gesamte Anlage vor Sauberkeit glänzen,denn das Personal ist den ganzen Tag über beschäftigt mit sauber machen. Es wird täglich den Gästen im Hotel einiges geboten so das auch da keine lange Weile aufkommen kann. Für uns ein unvergesslicher Urlaub und vielen Dank an das gesamte Team.

Wir sind nun wieder zu Hause und dieses Hotel hat es absolut verdient, eine sehr gute und positive Bewertung zu bekommen. Wir waren 4 Wochen lang, vom 5.1.2023 - 2.2.2023, zu Gast im Hotel und waren rundherum zufrieden und haben wunderschöne 4 Wochen erlebt. Meine Rezension ist auf jeden Fall aussagekräftiger als solche von Gästen, die nur kurze Zeit im Hotel sind. Wir haben einen sehr guten Einblick in dieses Hotel bekommen. Nach einer sehr freundlichen und deutschen Begrüßung durch Manu, haben wir unser Studio bezogen. Es war schön groß und sauber. Es wurde während unseres Aufenthaltes alle 2 Tage geputzt, alle 2 Tage frische Handtücher und Pflegeprodukte geliefert, und der Müll wurde mitgeholt. Und das alles von sehr freundlichen Reinigungsdamen ! Unser Studio lag sehr ruhig , wir hatten Palmen vorm Fenster und Meerblick. Zum Essen kann ich nur sagen, es war hervorragend !!! Zum Frühstück gab es eine reichhaltige Auswahl , von verschiedenen Brötchen, Brotsorten über allerlei Müslizutaten, viele Obstsorten, Wurst, Käse, außerdem sehr leckeren Speck mit Eiern aller Art. Das Abendessen war jeden Abend ausgesprochen lecker, tageweise wurde gewechselt, von mexikanisch, asiatisch, spanisch, kanarisch, international, italienisch....die Auswahl war groß und alles wurde sauber dargeboten und angerichtet. Darauf wurde sehr viel Wert gelegt. Das Personal war sehr aufmerksam, freundlich und schnell. Wir wurden immer freundlich begrüßt und verabschiedet. Nach unseren ersten zwei Wochen wurden wir persönlich vom Hotelmanager angesprochen, ob alles zu unserer Zufriedenheit ist oder ob es irgend ein Problem gäbe. Diese Aufmerksamkeit und das Bemühen des Managers fanden wir großartig !!! Auch die nächsten zwei Wochen fühlten wir uns ausgesprochen wohl.. Wir haben eine wirklich tolle Zeit im Hotel verbracht und werden sicher wiederkommen. Es ist absolut zu empfehlen ! Wir hatten uns bewusst für dieses Hotel entschieden und haben es zu keiner Zeit bereut. Die Lage fanden wir sehr gut, wir sind jeden Morgen von hier mit unserem Mietwagen gestartet und sind in den 4 Wochen insgesamt 2600 km gefahren. Castillo Beach Es hat nunmal 2 Sterne. Freundliches Personal. Das erste Appartement war feucht, starker Schimmelgeruch, Viele schwarze Schimmelflecke an der Badezimmerdecke. Wir bekamen auf Verlangen sofort ein neues Appartement. Hier reichte gutes Lüften nach längerer Abwesenheit. Mängel, wie defekter Wasserkocher, keine Kaffeemaschine, fehlende Küchenausstattung, Handtücher, Decken wurde umgehend behoben. Selbst ausfegen war mit vorhandenem Besen möglich. Das Sofa war durchgelegen. Das Bett OK. Das Appartement sonst OK. Mikrowelle, Backofen, zwei Herdplatten. Heißes Wasser durch außen angebrachten Boiler. Das Appartement ist sehr hellhörig. Bei lauten Nachbarn und neben der Straße liegend an Oropax denken.i Frühstück für 6€ und Abendbüffet für 11€ pro Person nachbuchbar. Das Frühstücksangebot ist überschaubar und gleichbleibend. Weißmehlbrötchen, Toastbrot, Cerealien, Pancakes, Bohnen, Spiegelei, Pilze, gekochtes Ei, Speck,also englisches Frühstück. Kaffee- und Safttautomat. Mikrowelle vorhanden. Das Abendessen nahmen wir nur einmal ein. (Die Getränkeautomaten waren wie beim Frühstück in Betrieb.) 1mal Fisch, 1mal Hühnchen, weicher Rosenkohl, 2 Kartoffenvariationen, Nudeln, Gemüsereis, panierte Scheibe aus Käse und Wurst (für mich nicht genießbar), Zum Dessert Dosengemüse, Apfelsine, Banane. Salat, pp. Für 11 € satt geworden. Der nahe gelegene Hyper Dino Supermarkt ist recht teuer. Der große Sparmarkt in Caletta bzw der Mercadona Rtg Flughafen bieten bessere Preise, und viel mehr Auswahl. Den Weg zum Busbahnhof kann man abkürzen, indem links auf der Straße vor den Häusern über die freie Fläche der Bahnhof bergab von der Rückseite betreten wird. Rechts ist der Zaun durchlässig. Über die Rezeption buchten wir einen Leihwagen, Fiat 500 für 54€ den Tag. (Panda für 48 € war ausgebucht.) Das Fahrzeug wurde zum Hotel gebracht. Den Schlüssel gab ich an der Rezeption abends ab. Vom Flughagen fährt die Linie 3 für 1,45€ incl Gepäck zum Busbahnhof in Caletta d F. Zum Hotel ist der Weg mit Rollenkoffer machbar. Eine Alternative zum gebuchten Transfer, vor allem wenn man, wie wir, 90 min auf die Abfahrt warten müssen.
