Das Hotel ist exquisit und sauber. Es hat eine gute Lage und es gibt viele Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Umgebung. Der einzige Nachteil ist, dass der Raum zu klein ist und es schwierig ist, einen Koffer vollständig unterzubringen. Der spanische Schinken und Käse, der morgens im Hotel zum Frühstück serviert wurde, war sehr gut und das Halbbuffet-Frühstück war sehr sauber. Perfekt für den Urlaub.

Great hotel in fantastic location. New and clean. It’s one block to the old town and all restaurants. The hotel is opposite a small park so very quiet. The best is there is a bus stop to the airport conveniently across the road for when you are ready to leave :-)

**”BAD: Beware of the 'Upgrade'”** Our priority when booking was the room size and budget, so we reserved a 32m² City View room. At check-in, the hotel staff offered us an ”upgrade.” He said that for an additional €25 per day, we could ”upgrade,” so we agreed. However, while the room did have a Sea View, the size was downgraded to just 21m². I told them that paying €25 to have a smaller room was a downgrade, but they insisted that the view had been upgraded. I asked to be moved back to the room we originally booked, but the staff ignored my request for an entire day. Let me ask you this: if you went to see a new landscape, and the view changed, how would you describe it? You wouldn’t say the landscape itself was ”upgraded,” would you? You’d say the view was different or better. The following day, I finally got a response from the staff. They told me I’d need to pay an additional €70 per day if I wanted a 32m² Sea View room. While the hotel facilities and scenery are excellent, the staff are focused entirely on business and seem to aim to squeeze every extra euro from their guests. In the end, we ended up paying the €25. **Beware of the 'Upgrade.'”**

Hotel mit hervorragender Lage und wunderschönen Einrichtungen. Die Junior Suite mit Terrasse ist ein großes, sehr komfortabeles Zimmer mit herrlicher Terrasse.

Ein wunderschön romantisches Hotel, gut gelegen um alles in San Sebastian fussläufig zu erreichen.

Все в отеле прекрасно ! Начиная с ресепшен! Очень приятный улыбчивый персонал ! Удобная кровать ! Небольшой номер , больше подходит для одного человека либо без большого багажа вдвоем . В лобби всегда есть вода с лимоном ! Завтрак вкусный и сытный ! Для меня самое то !!!

Das Hotel selbst ist ziemlich schön und stilvoll, sehr hippie Boutique Vibe. Die Lage ist ein wenig zu Fuß zur Altstadt, vielleicht eine halbe Stunde, aber es entlang der schönen Strand, so genossen wir es. Niedriger Blick auf den Platz. Wäre es lieber gewesen, dass es einige Tee- und Kaffee-Herstellungseinrichtungen im Zimmer gewesen Eines, was wir sehr uns nicht gefallen hatte, war, dass die Toilette und die Dusche nur durch durchsichtige Kunststoffwände vom Zimmer getrennt waren. Obwohl ich mit einem engen Freund war, war die Transparenz und das vollständige Mangel an Ton auf dem Toilette nicht etwas, was ich genossen hatte

Gemütlich. Neu und sauber. Räumige und funktionierende Zimmer. Es hat Trockner und Seife. Es gibt Kaffee und Tee sowohl im Zimmer als auch im Halle. Gute Kommunikation und einfacher Zugang. Neben dem Strand von Ondarreta.

The pension is easy to find, and staff are very helpful. Beds are comfortable; coffee and tea are available; everything is clean. The only difficulty might be is there is only one bathroom for all the guests. We were here in low season, so didn't have much difficulty, but I can imagine problems in the high season. The pension is in the old part of San Sebastian, so visiting the most picturesque parts is easy, as is visiting nearby villages. Local food is excellent. I highly recommend this pension; excellent value for your money. It's the best base for exploring this part of the Basque Country.
