Das Hotel ist exquisit und sauber. Es hat eine gute Lage und es gibt viele Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Umgebung. Der einzige Nachteil ist, dass der Raum zu klein ist und es schwierig ist, einen Koffer vollständig unterzubringen. Der spanische Schinken und Käse, der morgens im Hotel zum Frühstück serviert wurde, war sehr gut und das Halbbuffet-Frühstück war sehr sauber. Perfekt für den Urlaub.

Great hotel in fantastic location. New and clean. It’s one block to the old town and all restaurants. The hotel is opposite a small park so very quiet. The best is there is a bus stop to the airport conveniently across the road for when you are ready to leave :-)

**”BAD: Beware of the 'Upgrade'”** Our priority when booking was the room size and budget, so we reserved a 32m² City View room. At check-in, the hotel staff offered us an ”upgrade.” He said that for an additional €25 per day, we could ”upgrade,” so we agreed. However, while the room did have a Sea View, the size was downgraded to just 21m². I told them that paying €25 to have a smaller room was a downgrade, but they insisted that the view had been upgraded. I asked to be moved back to the room we originally booked, but the staff ignored my request for an entire day. Let me ask you this: if you went to see a new landscape, and the view changed, how would you describe it? You wouldn’t say the landscape itself was ”upgraded,” would you? You’d say the view was different or better. The following day, I finally got a response from the staff. They told me I’d need to pay an additional €70 per day if I wanted a 32m² Sea View room. While the hotel facilities and scenery are excellent, the staff are focused entirely on business and seem to aim to squeeze every extra euro from their guests. In the end, we ended up paying the €25. **Beware of the 'Upgrade.'”**

I stayed in a ”city view” room during my solo trip through the Basque region and it was such a comfortable room I forgot about not having sea view. Though I do recommend to go to the cafe to have the beachside experience if you get the city view room because it overlooks a construction site on the back street. The hotel was an easy 15min walk with my heavy suitcase from the intercity bus center, just beside the beach. The room was squeaky clean with a large bathtub, and the bed so comfortable I could not get up to go see the sunset! Also helpful kind staff and great location for getting around the city on foot or by bus. I went to the Chillida Leku museum it was 30min by bus no25. Highly recommend!

Ein wunderschön romantisches Hotel, gut gelegen um alles in San Sebastian fussläufig zu erreichen.

Ein ganz besonderes Hostel. Mit Einsatz und Liebe zur Arbeit geführt. Vieke Details, die für Reisende wichtig sind, werden berücksichtigt. Zum Beispiel sehr viel Platz für sichere Gepäckaufbewahrung. Genügend Duschen und Toiletten, die permanent sauber gehalten werden. Die große Küche (leider nur Mikrowelle) bietet Platz, exzellent sauber gehalten und als Highlight einen Jura Kaffeeautomat auf hohem Niveau, der jeden Kaffeetrinker erfreut. Rund um die Uhr leckeren Kaffee ohne Extrakosten. Der einzige sehr große Schlafraum bietet durch die Anordnung und verschließbaren geräumigen (!) Betten eine höchst private Atmosphäre. Spiegel, Kopfhörer, Monitor, Licht, Steckdose... Alles da. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt im Colo Colo.

Все в отеле прекрасно ! Начиная с ресепшен! Очень приятный улыбчивый персонал ! Удобная кровать ! Небольшой номер , больше подходит для одного человека либо без большого багажа вдвоем . В лобби всегда есть вода с лимоном ! Завтрак вкусный и сытный ! Для меня самое то !!!

The pension is easy to find, and staff are very helpful. Beds are comfortable; coffee and tea are available; everything is clean. The only difficulty might be is there is only one bathroom for all the guests. We were here in low season, so didn't have much difficulty, but I can imagine problems in the high season. The pension is in the old part of San Sebastian, so visiting the most picturesque parts is easy, as is visiting nearby villages. Local food is excellent. I highly recommend this pension; excellent value for your money. It's the best base for exploring this part of the Basque Country.

Ein Zimmer mit Balkon, sehr gemütlich und die Einrichtungen waren wirklich gut. Sie können den Swimmingpool mit Ihrem Partner genießen. Einen Versuch wert!!!

Die Zimmer sind sehr schön mit Blick auf den Wald und das Bett ist sehr bequem.
