Hier kann man nichts falsch machen. Sehr nettes Personal, gute Lage, bequemes Bett, Dusche und moderne Ausstattung. Besonders praktisch ist der Waschsalon mit Waschmaschine und Trockner. Die Ausstattung ist erstklassig und neu und dazu noch kostenlos. Ich würde definitiv wieder dort übernachten.

+++++ Eines der besten Erlebnisse in der Dominikanischen Republik. Das antike Gebäude, die Inneneinrichtung, das Frühstück, der Service und die Hilfsbereitschaft der Mitarbeiter machten den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm und komfortabel. – Das Waschbecken war undicht. Der Reparaturdienst kam zwar schnell, das Problem trat jedoch später erneut auf. Vorschlag: Stellen Sie tagsüber warmes Wasser für die Gäste bereit, ohne dass diese an der Rezeption danach fragen müssen.

One of my favourite hotels in Santo Domingo. Perfect for location and if you don't want to spend 3 figures a night for a 5 star hotel. Renovated a few years ago, the rooms and decor are exceptional. The hallway can be noisy but that's due to the construction of the building as it does have some history. Breakfast is a combination of hot and cold and is served on the rooftop. Once again, staff are very helpful and attentive and I couldn't fault them for anything. Reception is always friendly and helpful. All rooms have a minibar and a safe but if the prices are a little steep then theres a National store in El Conde where you can buy all your needs at local prices. Your 5 minutes walk away from the centre of ”El Conde” or ”Zona Colonial” where there's quite a few US food chains such as Domino's and KFC as well as a lot of boutique shops where you can find something to your liking. Highly recommended 3/4* hotel with 5* service

Sehr gute Erfahrung. Das Hotel ist sauber und bietet als eines der wenigen in Santo Domingo einen späten Check-out an. Die Parkplatzsuche kann etwas schwierig sein; achten Sie darauf, über die Straße Fantino Falcon einzufahren.

Nice staff, very well located in the Zona Colonial and at walking distance from the bus stop to/from Punta Cana. The couch upstairs was nice to chill out and so was the seating area in the patio. Pancakes and the juice for breakfast were nice too. Only thing to improve would be the cleanlineness. The bathrooms were a bit dirty in the mornings and there was some old dirt next to the bed.

I have no complaints. My stay was well pleasurable. I would like to, however give special thanks to Wesley at the front desk, he was very courteous and accommodating, especially that he speaks English well, we were able to communicate with ease and also the cleaning staff who always have a warm and pleasant look on their faces. One in particular name Molin.

Für den vereinbarten Preis war alles perfekt. Es gab in der Gegend deutlich schlechtere Unterkünfte. Die Lobby gefiel mir. Alles lief reibungslos.

La experiencia ha sido muy buena. El personal muy profesional amable y atento. Tengo que destacar varias personas del equipo de servicio del hotel. Desde Yoel, que se hizo cargo de mis maletas. Hasta Yolanda una camarera muy profesional. La encargada de la limpieza de mi habitación, Virginia, increíble los detalles de tenerme la habitación a mi gusto desde el primer día. Y la persona que me hace especial en los desayunos y almuerzos es de nombre DIVINA, su nombre define su profesionalidad atención y modales, un hotel destaca de los demás gracias a sus empleados y he de decir, que este hotel es de los mejores que he visitado.
