GGastnutzerDas Hotel-/Sicherheitspersonal war nett und freundlich. Das Essen (im ******) im Ca su al war gut. Die Noodle Box?? war jedoch stark unterbesetzt. Die Wartezeit hier betrug etwa 40-45 Minuten, und unsere Bestellungen waren falsch, als wir sie erhielten. Wir wollten nicht länger auf eine korrigierte Bestellung warten. Eine der Bestellungen war gut, die andere ungenießbar. Haben Hamburger vom Big Smoke bekommen, die verbrannt waren. Der Bagel von Tim Hortons war gut.

GGastnutzerThe hotel is ideally situated of the front of the lake with the ferries to the islands just outside. An underground stop is just across the road with links to Union station and elsewhere. There are also a selection of buses that pass and a hop on hop off stop is about 10 mins walk. You can walk most places in central Toronto from hotel if you wish and are happy walking. You can choose which street suits you best on your walk and change route for variation as only a block apart and will all get you to central Toronto. You are maybe about 15 mins from the Blue Jays and CN tower so hotel is in a great location. Billy Bishop airport is about a 20 min walk and would be convenient if you can get flights to or from there to your destination. The communal areas in the hotel look very nice, as is the entrance if being dropped off by car. However there is work going on around the outside of the hotel and if walking to and from the hotel it isn’t so pleasant on the eye. My bedroom was spacious but felt dated and would be nice to see a more updated look. However the view onto the lake more than made up for that minor irritation. The staff were all great and helpful when asked. There was various things going on from regular activities in the leisure area to free ice cream and wine ( not together unfortunately ) and music in the afternoon. The leisure facilities were great with a pool, sauna, steam room and gym as well as an outside area (5th floor) for sitting outside while the kids could play. There was a tennis court and a basket ball hoop. There was also an oppertunity to use cycles and go for a run possibly with a guide. We didn’t eat at the hotel so couldn’t comment but the did have a restaurant on the top of there south tower that would give great views. We did grab a coffee and snack from across the street and would enjoy sitting on the benches just along from the hotel looking into the lake in the morning. All in all one of the older hotels ( I think) in a great location with great views and facilities which met our needs.

GGuest UserSauberes Hotel in guter Lage. Die Metro ist wenige Gehminuten entfernt. In der Nähe sind viele Restaurants und Essensmöglichkeiten. Die Zimmer sind sauber und modern eingerichtet. Die Betten waren sehr bequem. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit.

LLimGreat location, easy check in / check out, amazing views from very high floor of a 50-story condominium. I was able to check in at 3PM and the place was very clean. 24 hour security at the lobby and 24 hour concierge on 5th floor. There is a large public parking lot right across the street that is safe and easy to use. Starbucks & Tim Horton’s is right downstairs, and Dundas Square is literally a 6 minute walk away. Would definitely stay again and would recommend to others!

TTati11I was somewhat disappointed by the lack of prior communication regarding the check-in procedure. Upon arrival, we entered the loby area, and we were welcomed by the security officer who explained to contact the company for instructions which included sending photos of my ID along with a separate image of me holding it. After paying a deposit, we were finally granted access to the apartment. This process took nearly an hour, and we were surprised to find that our unit was located on the 48th floor of the tower. While this didn’t bother us, it would have been helpful to know in advance, especially for those who suffer from vertigo.
Reliable Wi-Fi is essential, as a lack of connectivity can be quite problematic. The apartment itself was small and cosy, offering impressive views of the CN Tower. However, upon our arrival, the driver was still drying towels and bedding, which I found to be inappropriate. The small balcony had very dirty glass that had not been cleaned, and the kitchen was not entirely tidy. Additionally, the bedroom carpet was heavily stained, and we were required to remove our shoes. Upon checking out, we had to take out the trash and wash the towels, bedding, and dishes, which consumed another hour of our time. I couldn't help but wonder what the cleaning staff was doing.
It’s worth noting that a deposit was taken, and failure to adhere to the rules would result in its forfeiture. Although I generally avoid complaining, We felt overwhelmed by the expectations, especially after paying for our vacation. Furthermore, if extending the stay for a few additional hours, there is a significant extra charge. The elevators were consistently busy, and during our departure, the security personnel in the concierge area were rather rude, insisting we leave the lobby despite the presence of chairs and tables. We simply wanted to arrange our next ride without having to do so on the street.
Overall, I enjoyed the experience, but the apartment could benefit from more thorough cleaning, and the rules could be more accommodating for guests.

GGastnutzerDie Adresse und die Tür der Wohnung sehen, ist eigentlich ein Kleidungsstück, das der Supermarkt genommen hat. Die Wohnung ist relativ neu, es gibt drei Zimmer mit zwei Badezimmern und drei Betten. Dekoration und Möbelelektronik sind neue und geeignet für den Wohnraum.

GGastnutzerFirst of all, thank you for the free upgrade. The views from both the bedroom and the living room were excellent, and the space was large enough for a group of friends to relax, especially with the poker and foosball tables. The location is also great, right in downtown.
However, the shower amenities could be improved, particularly the shampoo and body wash, and the toothpaste looked quite messy (fortunately I brought my own). The soundproofing is also not ideal, as I could hear the couple in the next room talking, and I felt a bit uncomfortable using the bathroom and blow‑drying my hair after coming back late from a concert.
The check‑in time is quite rigid at 4 p.m., although they do allow you to delay check‑in until 7:30 p.m. I was initially confused because I waited for over 10 minutes at the original building (before the upgrade) and wasn’t sure if the receptionist would come to pick me up. Once we met, though, the receptionist was very friendly and clearly explained the amenities and check‑out procedures.
Overall, despite the strict rules and minor issues, I really liked the room and had a happy stay.

GGuest UserDas ist wie eine Oase in einer Sandwüste oder in einer Sackgasse. Als ich um 23 Uhr eincheckte, fand ich es trotzdem sehr friedlich und ruhig. Ich fühlte mich willkommen und habe gut geschlafen. Die ganze Gegend ist von saudämlichen Menschen umgeben, die auf den Straßen unterwegs sind.
