Die Aufzugskapazität reicht nicht aus, um den Bedarf der Gäste zu decken. Eine Chinesin an der Rezeption hat ein sehr hohes Servicebewusstsein und half mir, das Problem der dringenden Benutzung des Aufzugs zu lösen. Es ist ein altes Fünf-Sterne-Hotel, WLAN ist kostenpflichtig und die Einrichtungen sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Ich kam um 21 Uhr an und der Parkplatz war voll. Ich parkte auf einem nahegelegenen kostenpflichtigen Parkplatz, der 12 Stunden lang 30 $ kostete. Von der Rezeption wurde keine Auskunft darüber gegeben, ob eine Erstattung möglich ist. Das ist sehr unvernünftig. Überleben ist nicht einfach! Fünf Punkte!

Das Hotel-/Sicherheitspersonal war nett und freundlich. Das Essen (im ******) im Ca su al war gut. Die Noodle Box?? war jedoch stark unterbesetzt. Die Wartezeit hier betrug etwa 40-45 Minuten, und unsere Bestellungen waren falsch, als wir sie erhielten. Wir wollten nicht länger auf eine korrigierte Bestellung warten. Eine der Bestellungen war gut, die andere ungenießbar. Haben Hamburger vom Big Smoke bekommen, die verbrannt waren. Der Bagel von Tim Hortons war gut.

Saubere Umgebung, freundliches Personal, bequemes Bett und tolles Zimmer, die Lage war ideal, um Toronto zu Fuß zu erkunden. Eine außergewöhnliche Wahl, die unseren ersten Aufenthalt in Toronto magisch machte.

Das Hotel ist an der Seite der Universität Toronto, die Umgebung ist sehr gut und Sie können zu Fuß zu den Attraktionen gehen. Das Hotel ist im Service weniger als das Pajiang in Shanghai, 3 Uhr ist zu bleiben, müssen Sie Kartenpunkte haben, nicht 10 Minuten früh.

Einer der Aufzüge war außer Betrieb. Wir haben über 15 Minuten auf die Aufzüge gewartet.

Abbiamo avuto un brutto impatto all’ arrivo,perché non avevamo ricevuto istruzioni per l’ ingresso e siamo rimasti ore fuori all’ edificio nell’ attesa di ricevere direttive, solo dopo aver contattato l’ assistenza trip sono riuscito a mettermi in contatto con la persona interessata che successivamente mi ha fornito il luogo e modo di ritirare le chiavi. L’ appartamento ci è piaciuto molto, la posizione è ottima e i servizi che forniva erano il massimo, siamo rimasti piu di un giorno senza acqua calda ma sembrava essere un problema dell’ edificio, certo l’ ho abbiamo scoperto solo sotto la doccia, potevamo essere avvisati in anticipo, diciamo che la pecca principale è la mancanza di comunicazione preventiva, comunque in generale siamo comunque rimasti soddisfatti e la sceglieremo comunque nuovamente se ci sarà occasione.

I was somewhat disappointed by the lack of prior communication regarding the check-in procedure. Upon arrival, we entered the loby area, and we were welcomed by the security officer who explained to contact the company for instructions which included sending photos of my ID along with a separate image of me holding it. After paying a deposit, we were finally granted access to the apartment. This process took nearly an hour, and we were surprised to find that our unit was located on the 48th floor of the tower. While this didn’t bother us, it would have been helpful to know in advance, especially for those who suffer from vertigo. Reliable Wi-Fi is essential, as a lack of connectivity can be quite problematic. The apartment itself was small and cosy, offering impressive views of the CN Tower. However, upon our arrival, the driver was still drying towels and bedding, which I found to be inappropriate. The small balcony had very dirty glass that had not been cleaned, and the kitchen was not entirely tidy. Additionally, the bedroom carpet was heavily stained, and we were required to remove our shoes. Upon checking out, we had to take out the trash and wash the towels, bedding, and dishes, which consumed another hour of our time. I couldn't help but wonder what the cleaning staff was doing. It’s worth noting that a deposit was taken, and failure to adhere to the rules would result in its forfeiture. Although I generally avoid complaining, We felt overwhelmed by the expectations, especially after paying for our vacation. Furthermore, if extending the stay for a few additional hours, there is a significant extra charge. The elevators were consistently busy, and during our departure, the security personnel in the concierge area were rather rude, insisting we leave the lobby despite the presence of chairs and tables. We simply wanted to arrange our next ride without having to do so on the street. Overall, I enjoyed the experience, but the apartment could benefit from more thorough cleaning, and the rules could be more accommodating for guests.

Meine Familie und ich verbrachten kürzlich drei Tage und vier Nächte in den Skye Residences und es war ein außergewöhnliches Erlebnis. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Waschmaschine und der Trockner in unserem Zimmer, was den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm machte. Das Hotel selbst liegt in bester Lage und bietet somit eine gute Anbindung an verschiedene Sehenswürdigkeiten und Einrichtungen. Insgesamt war unser Aufenthalt in den Skye Residences fantastisch und wir haben ihn sehr genossen. Absolut empfehlenswert für Familien, die Wert auf Komfort und Bequemlichkeit legen.

Super Lage . Alles in unmittelbarer Nähe . Das Appartement lag in der 9.Etage aufgeteilt in zwei separaten Räumen offener Wohnbereich sogar mit einem Billardtischen .

Das ist wie eine Oase in einer Sandwüste oder in einer Sackgasse. Als ich um 23 Uhr eincheckte, fand ich es trotzdem sehr friedlich und ruhig. Ich fühlte mich willkommen und habe gut geschlafen. Die ganze Gegend ist von saudämlichen Menschen umgeben, die auf den Straßen unterwegs sind.
