Das Zimmer ist etwas altmodisch, aber die Aussicht ist gut. Das Personal ist freundlich und nett.

Wenn Sie nach Lage suchen, dann ist Crown Methopol fantastisch. Fahren Sie in die Stadt über Tram 🚊 ist zu einfach. Gehen Sie in die entgegengesetzte Richtung ist Süd Melbourne Market, 10 - 15 Minuten zu Fuß. Auf dem Markt fanden wir viele gute Lebensmittel. Das Hotelzimmer ist spezial und hat einen schönen Blick auf den Fluss. Wir haben eine Flasche Champagner 🥂 und eine kleine Schokoladebox 🍫 als unseres Geburtstags erhalten. Danke Krone. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist lecker. Wir lieben wieder zurückzugehen.

Es war ein guter Aufenthalt für eine Familie. Die Zimmer waren klein, aber sauber. Die Küche und das Zubehör waren alle vorhanden. Insgesamt 4/5

I'm writing this review in English so the staffs can understand what I wanna say. First of all I wanna thank the male staff on duty everyday over the entire stay of mine and the two girls on their shifts when I checked in. You guys are fantastic, very helpful, friendly and highly efficient. My apologies for not remembering your name, but I do wanna give you my heartfelt thanks. However, there was this female staff, seems to be latino or something, on duty when I came back to the property to get my luggages in the afternoon of Feb.22 aat 3:45pm. (I'm sure you can find out who was it because there were only two staffs at the front desk at that time). She was INSANELY LAZY AND RUDE. I asked for my luggages and she took my tags but said to me, rolling her eyes, ”I think the door to the luggage room is open.” She was very hospitable when dealing with the other guests, who were white, before me. I insisted she needs to go get the bags for me, and she said I'll have to wait. I waited, but apparently she didn't have anything legit to do. She was randomly checking her computer to keep me waiting. I guess what I'm trying to say is pls fire this ****** staff. 但国内同胞可以放心住酒店本身很好，其他员工也很好

Service was fabulous. Leslie was absolutely wonderful to deal with, a joy. The apartment was a great layout with everything you need for a short stay. Although the hotel room was starting to look tired and there was an overwhelming odour in rooms & hallways of curry, everything was neat and tidy. Thank you for our stay.

Das Hotel ist wirklich sauber und gut aufpasst, das Personal ist wirklich nett. Nur Problem ist, dass sie nicht Zahnbürsten haben ( stellen Sie sicher, dass Sie Ihre eigenen.) Lage ist gut, aber Sie müssen ein wenig zu Fuß, um das Stadtzentrum zu erreichen ( Kasino ist so Colse by ) über das Frühstück ist leichtes Frühstück betrachten, wenn Sie in ein bestes Frühstück Nicht wirklich wert. Insgesamt ist es sehr gut. Ich kann für den zweiten Aufenthalt empfehlen.

We booked a King Standard hotel for this trip as we have the special rate from Trip.com. Before we arrived we received an email from Trip urging us to write an email to ask for early check in as we also booked an airline ticket thru Trip. When arrived in hotel ard 9.45 am we were offered a room ( with immediate availability ) but with a payment of AUD 50. When I asked for a twin bed room as usually King and Twin Bed will have same rate, but not this hotel. If we were to change the bed style we have to pay AUD 30/night for 5 nights 😅😅another AUD 150. Enough for all the morning communications so we just ignore the bed details and went straight to our room after the payment. On the day we checked out we came to know that the front officer recharged our hotel fee even when Trip.com confirmed that everything was fully paid. What a money maker hotel!! Front officer told us they will refund us the amount though. However the room is small and nice and everything was up to international 4 standard but Crown Casino Tower has a much more beautiful and bigger room. Though both have stunning nice view of the Yarra River as in attached.
