Wir übernachten hier oft für unsere regelmäßigen Sportveranstaltungen oder Konzerte. Die Lage ist ideal für Transport, Essen, Unterhaltung, Shopping oder einfach nur zum Flanieren. Die Zimmer sind sauber, komfortabel und ruhig. Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit und das im Preis inbegriffene Frühstück bietet alles für ein einfaches Frühstück. Und das alles zu einem sehr vernünftigen Preis.

I'm writing this review in English so the staffs can understand what I wanna say. First of all I wanna thank the male staff on duty everyday over the entire stay of mine and the two girls on their shifts when I checked in. You guys are fantastic, very helpful, friendly and highly efficient. My apologies for not remembering your name, but I do wanna give you my heartfelt thanks. However, there was this female staff, seems to be latino or something, on duty when I came back to the property to get my luggages in the afternoon of Feb.22 aat 3:45pm. (I'm sure you can find out who was it because there were only two staffs at the front desk at that time). She was INSANELY LAZY AND RUDE. I asked for my luggages and she took my tags but said to me, rolling her eyes, ”I think the door to the luggage room is open.” She was very hospitable when dealing with the other guests, who were white, before me. I insisted she needs to go get the bags for me, and she said I'll have to wait. I waited, but apparently she didn't have anything legit to do. She was randomly checking her computer to keep me waiting. I guess what I'm trying to say is pls fire this ****** staff. 但国内同胞可以放心住酒店本身很好，其他员工也很好

Service was fabulous. Leslie was absolutely wonderful to deal with, a joy. The apartment was a great layout with everything you need for a short stay. Although the hotel room was starting to look tired and there was an overwhelming odour in rooms & hallways of curry, everything was neat and tidy. Thank you for our stay.

It seems the room has not been cleaned thoroughly. There is still dust in several areas, and the kitchen , oven and refrigerator do not appear very clean, as if they were not wiped properly. It also feels like the cleaning was done a little hastily, as I had to request garbage bags, dish soap, and cloths from reception. In addition, when the towels were replaced, they were not arranged neatly but left in a pile, which did not look very organized.

Der Kundenservice war erstaunlich, keine Probleme überhaupt, und sie haben mich sogar von einer Studio-Suite auf eine höhere Rangliste aufgebaut, die super schön von ihnen war, aber die Ausstattung war nicht so gut... der Teppich war schmutzig sowohl im Halle, als auch im Zimmer, Fliesen im Badezimmer haben wahrscheinlich nicht für ein paar Jahre gegraben, die Toilette war wiggly, aber ich denke für diesen Preis und Lage es ist ok

Good location.  5 minutes walk to tram no. 58 towards city or Toorak.  Opposite Woolworths.  Clean 3 bedroom apartment in Epic building.  Key pick up is far to walk at a convenience store in City Road.  Enquiry staff very helpful and professional.   We used car and had free parking.  Apartment pantry was well stocked with condiments.  Will stay again.
