Hybiscus Waterfront Apartments

Ich war letzte Woche hier und habe online gebucht, aber den Online-Check-in nicht abgeschlossen, da ich mit der Detailgenauigkeit, die online angefordert wurde, nicht zufrieden war. Das Problem ist, wenn Sie nicht alle Informationen angeben, erhalten Sie keine SMS mit Ihrer Zimmernummer und Ihrem Code für den Schlüsselsafe. Als wir im Motel ankamen, ist es unbemannt und niemand geht auf die Telefonnummer an der ehemaligen Rezeptionstür. Wir hatten Glück, dass ein anderes Paar, das im Motel wohnte, von der Verbindung zwischen Hybiscus und Saltwater wusste und dass sie auch das Bellevue nebenan betrieben und das eine besetzte Rezeption hatte, an der wir den Check-in abschließen konnten.

Enjoyed our stay at Hibiscus. A few maintenance issues would have made it better. Front door banged shut because latch was broken. Back door was dory and the windows needed cleaning. The remote was temperamental and didn’t work all the time couldn’t tv on then couldn’t turn off.

Every tap in the place leaked or was difficult to turn off. Not enough cutlery, plates and the kitchen was poorly equipped. The fly screen door banged. The furnishings were poor or minimal. The decor was austere.

No hot water for 1 day. No customer service received from motel.They have no reception located there on the property. Very very terrible experience.

Room was clean, spacious & had everything needed

I booked apartment for 3 nights. Cleaning was very poor, spiders and mosquitoes in the rooms. Very disappointed will never book this property again

The front screen door to our motel apartment was broken. This was not an issue the first night. But on the second night it was, when the wind picked up and it started to rain. The door's banging woke us up and try as we could, we couldn't secure the broken door's bracket to the broken door's hinge, against the wall. I rang the information number listed in the motel's confirmation email and was given a choice of options and a number to call. But we were desperate to stop the loud banging - both against our front door, and then as it swung back and hit the connecting wall to the next unit. We finally jammed a tea towel against the door and pulled the broken screen door bracket against it to secure it. The carpets were truly disgusting with many stains. We ended up wearing our shoes inside because the carpet was so bad it made the bottom of our feet dirty. Management made much of the requirement against the cooking or consuming of seafood in the apartment, which we respected. But this contract goes two ways. We did not get a good contract in return, from our perspective. For $200 a night we also expected a truthful representation of the apartment. Our back door faced a wall and the front door, the car park.  Nor did we have any vista of the river, as shown on the website. We have waited a week for management to respond to our complaints. We have heard nothing. All we wanted was an apology.

Problems with communication, not all crockery was available but in general we were happy and will be back

The room was spacious, but very drafty as there wasn’t any weather *****ping at the bottom of the door. It was rainy and cold so that was noticeable. Would have loved to make use of the washing machine, but the weather wasn’t cooperative to hang things out to dry. Enjoyed having enough space to stay indoors with friends and play card games.
