A newly opened Hotel in San Fernando, La Union provides comfort with an affordable rate. Located along McArthur Highway and very adjacent to Robinsons Mall. Only has rooms good for a maximum of two guests, no family room is available. The beds are very comfortable and the interiors are very classic. No locks on the CR. Needs assistance when using the elevator.

The place is instagrammable and most of the staff are friendly and accommodating. My otherwise shy parents loved their swim-up room because it afforded them a semblance of privacy while enjoying the pool. The rooms are spacious, the beds comfortable. I personally love the balcony overlooking the pool complex. And bathrobes are always appreciated. The beach has fine, whitish sand. The buffet breakfast is adequate, standard, (although I heard a couple complaining at the salad bar due to the lack of salad dressing). The fried bananas were the star of the breakfast buffet, and we kept re-filling our plates with it to make up for the very ”malitid” beef tapa. The river pool was quite enjoyable and we found ourselves just floating with the current. For some reason, the water in the river pool and slide pools/pool bar were quite hot (not ”warm”). Im unsure if that's intended or the sun was just too hot that day. There were incidents though that we found stressful/annoying/disappointing. As we were on our way to Aureo, I received an email and text message from them saying they are letting go of our reservation (4 rooms, since we are a party of 10), because they did not receive any confirmation from me. I backtracked on the reservation email they sent days ago and did not find anything requiring me to confirm. All I remembered was that they were giving us the option to either pay up-front or settle the fees upon check in. It was later sorted out and we were told they will hold the rooms for us. Nevertheless, that email/text message considerably caused us stress, as we were already on the road, with kids and senior citizens in tow. Perhaps the management could adopt a better way of informing clients that a confirmation is needed, or that payment should be made upfront (which we would have gladly done), instead of automatically sending a message, without prior notice, that they are cancelling our rooms. Since it was our parents' anniversary and it was a rare occasion for our family to be complete, we arranged for a private dinner by the beach. We agreed to the P5k dinner set up by the beach, in addition to the P750/person boodle fight food. We were, however, disappointed to find out that the 5k set-up consisted of a simple plastic table and chairs, with lights strung above (see pic). We checked Aureo's pics from IG and saw that previous set-ups have arch backdrops with flower garlands, etc. I suppose we expected something similar for 5k. It did not help that just a few feet away, the restaurant has beach tables and chairs with better lights/lanterns, where we could have eaten without the additional 5k charge. As a compromise, the staff reduced the beach set-up fee to P3k. We reluctantly accepted this so as not to ruin what could hopefully be a special dinner for our parents. The staff also informed us they will only charge us for 8 persons although the set up was for 10pax. While we appreciate this, it must be pointed out that the 9th and 10th pers

Der Ort ist sehr sauber und zu Hause. Geplättertes Frühstück serviert Geschmack gut und hatte genug serviert. Personal ist sehr hilfreich, und arbeitet mit Integrität, vor allem, wenn ich meinen Ring im Zimmer verließ während der Auscheckung. Kein Kühlschrank, Fernseher und Haartrockner. Aber es gibt elektrische Kessel, Schmuck, Glas, Badehandtücher und Toiletten. Sie haben auch starke WIFI-Verbindung. Das ist kein typisches Hotel, in dem man erwarten kann, dass jemand Ihnen jederzeit helfen wird. So verwalten Sie Ihre Erwartungen besonders, wenn Sie spät von außen zurückkommen, da Sie die Türbelle für den Pflegepersonal verwenden müssen, um die Haupttür für Sie zu öffnen. Es gibt keinen Platz für uns, da der Pflegeperson aufmerksam genug ist, um zu helfen. Es gibt einen begrenzten Parkplatz im Hof, aber ich denke, es gibt Platz in der Nähe zur Vermietung. Die einzige Verbesserung, die man beantragt, wäre die Installation dickerer Gürtel für eine bessere Privatsphäre und eine entspanntere Erfahrung, da es Licht und Lärm von außen blockieren kann. Ich würde sicher zurück zu diesem Ort gehen. Danke!

First visit at the sports bar for a lovely sunset experience after being warned about higher prices to be expected from a local and from our four meals two were excellent and two were poor. The poor ones were the the Beef Salpicao and the Beef Rendang where the meat was not tender but tough and gristly and lacked authentic flavour. In contrast the shredded beef obviously was much better in the Thai Basil Beef (Pad Gra Prow) and the Pork Adobo Overload was great AND the meat was so tender and tasty. Perhaps could have had less belly fat for me but that’s the best part according to my wife. Drinks good. Attracted by the live band music next door , we had traditional desserts at PM Final Option which set up for a nice walk back to base along the beautiful beach under a full moon. ps Awesome - you should review having staff smoking in the bar when it’s primarily used by guests having dinner.

The location is good. The place, amenities are cool. We got some issues with their reception, they only cater until 10pm, there is no people avail to accommodate you if you manage to come midnight. The water doesnt smell good.

Die Landschaft ist sehr schön, der gute Ort, wo Fotos gemacht werden, ist sehr heiß. Dieses Mal leben wir in zwei Ferienhäusern, die Hygienebedingungen sind besorgniserregend, wir müssen verbessern und sind sehr alt, es gibt keine Aktualisierung, die Service-Einstellung des Kellners ist gut, das Essen ist sehr klein und ist nicht lecker, ganz kurz, Es ist ein Ort, an dem Fotos gemacht werden können, andere Hardware können nicht, und das Fenster setzt das vor dem Gehen. Es sieht sehr einfach aus, das Zimmer ist zu aktualisieren, es ist sehr veraltet

Der Zugangsweg ist ein wenig eng, so dass vielleicht um die Rückseite von Palengke geht. Einchecken war freundlich und schnell. Die Atmosphäre ist romantisch und köstlich. Ein schöner Resort-Stil. Mit 3 sehr kleinen Schwimmbads. Der Strand ist ruhig, sauber, schön und privat, aber mit einem starken Absturz und Warnzeichen markiert den Eingang, dass es gefährlich sein könnte, zu schwimmen. Und ich kann sehen warum. Nicht wirklich für Kinder, wenn Sie am Strand geboren und wissen, es ist Quirks. Frühstück war 4-5 Vorsatzwahl, aber sehr OK für mich. Für mich nur einige Fruchtpcs und Brot, Honig mit Butter wird den Trick machen. Mit Saft und Kaffee. Wir gingen zum Strand Kahuna für einige Meeresschwimm- und Surflektionen. Das ist wie 10 Minuten per Auto oder 50P pro Person in Tricks, die mich wie steif schlägt. Der Strand ist viel schlanker für ein sichereres Schwimmen. Aber auch ziemlich besetzt, als öffentlicher Strand zu handeln. Aber wenn Sie Frieden und Ruhe mögen und den Strand selbst genießen, ist dieser Ort wirklich eine Option. Zimmer waren älter schöner Stil, aber Zimmer. Dusche war schön, aber bitte ändern Sie den Duschekopf in Zimmer 8. Es spritzt überall. Die Bettmatrix war gut, aber ich mag das Bett nicht, nur ein billiges Blatt. Keine Blätter. Das Personal war ausgezeichnet und freundlich. Oh und das Restaurant wird auch empfohlen. Wir essen 2 von 3 Nächte nur im Resort und sehr gut für Filipino-Wahlungen.
