Great service and the auto check in machine is pretty easy for everyone.

About 10 mins walk from Kyoto Station. Located opposite AEON mall, the mall is new and big enough for you to shop half day, very convenient. There is a machine (with different languages) at lobby, you need to self check-in and check-out, you can also exchange your JPY to smaller notes/coins there. No room key provided, just use passcode to enter hotel lobby and your room. Room quite spacious, with warm lighting. No bottled water provided, but there is a water dispenser at ground floor laundry (no hot water). Overall are satisfied, recommended 👍 Simple hotel (somehow like airbnb) with reasonable price.

Clean and friendly, good location

The place is good. But not recommended if you’re picky. Reception is small and staffs are stressed out but still friendly. Toilet and room are quite small but clean. In general, the service is ok for the price. I would comeback if I I travel alone but if with family or friends, I will not recommend.

It a very good hotel near to kyoto station and many shopping mall around the area.

This hotel get the good location, near AEON and Car rental, the check in process is paperless. you have to scan QR code on the front door and type your information for get the another QR code for check in The room is so big than another hotel in the same rate

The hotel is located in a good location, next to AEON Mall and about 10-minute walk to Kyoto station. Service is almost self-service for everything, which is both good and bad. Of course, the cleanliness is superb as of Japanese standard. There is no meal provided but it' not a problem. The convenient stores and malls are all around the hotel. Good choice for a short stay in Kyoto.

They allowed us to early check in (arrived around 1 pm) +1. Contactless check in +1. Convenient location +1. Comfortable mattress and bed +1. Smoking room not properly seal or closed. The whole lobby and at some point lift also got 2nd hand smoke. And when wanted to do laundry, need to pass by that bad bad 2nd hand smoke (even with mask on) -1. Other than smoking room is located in a not very good place, the whole hotel facilities and services are super great.

Great little hotel in a great spot near the train and parking if you have a hire car

Aeon mall is nearby, it’s a bonus!

The hotel is nice but a bit far from JR Kyoto station. It is next to Aeon Mall.

All is very good, I will be back.

Basic necessities are provided. Even though the check-in time is late, there's a place for sroting the luggage before check-in
