非常棒的入住體驗，酒店位置優越，離二條城夏日燈光秀非常近，離超市便利店也很近，房間是傳統日式，但寬敞明亮，服務很好，早餐很美味，推薦

可惜我們大部分時間在外面玩！但是房間真的非常乾淨，日式服務很周到，洗護用品非常好用！送了我們很多點心飲品日本酒！

なんと言っても部屋についている露天風呂が最高！お茶の袋も入っており、最高の香りのもとお風呂が楽しめました！部屋も綺麗で無料でビールまで！ 深夜に小腹が空きダメ元で電話をしてみるとまさかの京都風親子丼のサービスまでして頂きました！ 朝食も有料ですが、季節の京野菜を目の前で焼いてくださり美味しくいただけました！

Dieses Ryokan liegt an einer unscheinbaren kleinen Strasse in der Nähe von Schloss Nijo-Jo, doch schon im Eingangsbereich hat man das Gefühl, in eine andere Welt einzutauchen. Zuerst wird das Gepäck zur Seite gestellt, dann werden die Schuhe aus- und die Hausschuhe angezogen, man wird rechts in einen Raum gebeten, wo man zur Stärkung nach dem langen oder auch nicht so langen Weg Süssigkeiten und Tee bekommt und das Ryokan erklärt wird. Dann wird man zum Zimmer geführt, das viel Platz bietet, ein Schlafzimmer und ein Wohnzimmer und - in unserem Fall auf dem Balkon - das Bad. Das Gepäck ist schon da, alles wird erklärt, auch dass das dritte Bett - ein Futon - zurechtgemacht wird, wenn wir später das Quartier erkunden. Auf dem Wohnzimmertisch sind allerlei Snacks, im Kühlschrank einige Getränke, alles offeriert. Wir fanden das Bad draussen herrlich, es ist für eine Person gedacht, das Wasser sehr warm, der einzige Zusatz ein Matcha-Beutel. Die Zimmer sind nicht schalldicht, also je nach Nachbar hört man halt mal was. Das Frühstück ist tratditionell und wird im gleichen Raum wie beim Empfang direkt vor den Augen der Gäste zubereitet und gebraten (Süsses, Mizo-Suppe, Gemüse, ein Stück Wagiyu oder Fisch, Reis). Ein Ort der Ruhe und des Genusses.

I was very satisfied with the service and the guest room. I had a relaxing time until noon. I would like to stay here again when I come back to Kyoto.

This ryokan is perfect for anyone looking for a beautiful and luxurious stay in Kyoto. The staff are friendly and attentive, and the room is beyond amazing, in a traditional style, highly comfortable and private, beautifully presented with attention to every detail. We could not have been made more welcome, and could not recommend any more highly.

Excellent staff Central located near the imperial palace, the food outstanding combination, superb and the outside garden with the outside hot tub spectacular. Each room has Wi-Fi and air conditioning with a small fridge and a safe for valuables. Your food can be served in room, but breakfast is a must, Japanese style. Close to local restaurants where you can eat there at night or locally is your choice. Close to all the important locations centrally.

Fantastic and Beautiful Ryokan stay. Each room is stocked with locally sourced complementary snacks and they even have a small gift for you to take home. Our room was beautiful and spacious, especially compared to our stay in Tokyo. Highly recommend staying here if you can when visiting Kyoto.

Beautiful area and excellent service. Close to public transportation. Staff is very friendly and well spoken in English. Loved Breakfast and snacks were delicious. Room was very nice. Would recommend coming here if you’re staying in Kyoto!

The service is excellent, the hotel's location is perfect just right in the city center. Breakfast is incredibly terrific as japanese tranditional. We gonna come back for next time. Cosy atmosphere when we first steped in. Welcome drink and snack are wonderful. Miharu is the best host, she is splendid.

The best part of our Japan trip! The staff were very friendly and detail oriented. They made sure all our questions had been answered and listened very attentively. They told us the best places to check out while in that part of Kyoto. They also helped with acquiring a private masseuse at the very last moment! The Maccha room was perfect as it has the best mix of both traditional and modern! The private onsen was the star of the show with its size, green color and resemblance of a yunomi, or japanese teacup. The bath salts provided both relief and a relaxing scent throughout the bath. The high quality shampoos and soaps made us want to purchase them for when we go back home. We wished to had booked an extra night!

Simply amazing! You cannot have an experience better than this. The service is perfect and the apartment is really fantastic! This is an experience that you need to do when visiting Japan: you will for sure remember it for all your life. Thank you again
