Das Hotel liegt in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet, nur wenige Gehminuten von der U-Bahn-Station und unweit der belebten Einkaufsstraße entfernt. Die Zimmer sind für japanische Verhältnisse recht groß, sehr sauber und komplett ausgestattet, inklusive eigener Waschmaschine und Trockner. Wir haben an der Rezeption drei Abendessen reserviert, alle innerhalb von zehn Gehminuten vom Hotel erreichbar, und alle waren preiswert. Insgesamt würde ich dieses Hotel definitiv wieder buchen.

It’s so clean with all u need amenities! Staff are so friendly! Even tho there are still cons like location and u have to give back the key to front desk every time u going outside, but I will still rate it 5/5

這是衹有幾個房間的精品民宿 座落在單行道的居民區裏 所以門口沒有出租車 必須走到大路上 出租車也不會知道這個酒店 沒有lunge 衹有一個服務員值班 完全沒有服務 我住的是個狹長房型 正面窗假窗 側面打開一股隔壁樓的油煙味 裝修精緻很新 最好評沒有任何異味 浴室非常好用 毛巾柔軟 吹風機是二百元的 風太小 長髮太崩潰 西式早餐送進房間但品質極其普通 以後這類酒店點評再好也不會選 淡季大倉37平方米的也這個價格 服務畢恭畢敬 配套完善 這種小店怎麼能比

在京都住的很好的酒店，整體酒店不大，一層4間客房，單獨的衞生間，淋浴房乾濕分離，有洗衣機和烘乾機，一家人住宿體驗非常舒適，酒店位置屬於比較安靜，但離周邊錦市場和大丸步行10分鐘，很是方便，推薦這家酒店

設施：非常非常齊全 衞生：很乾凈 環境：非常好，位置也很不錯，附近很安靜 服務：非常周到 在退房時，工作人員送我們出門，陪同我們打車，幫我們提行李，並鞠躬送我們離開，我非常感動。 住宿體驗也非常棒，房間特別大。下次再來京都的話，還會再選擇這裏。

The pros: 1. Very spacious and well-appointed and clean apartment; the laundry is a big plus 2. Friendly and helpful staff 3. Located in a quiter residential area, but with nearby smaller restaurants (there's a great wagyu ramen restaurant within a 10min walk and a teppanyaki restaurant almost across the hotel) 4. Breakfast food is good, served with variety (even if they're always "Western") The cons: 1. Around 15min walk from the nearest train/bus station, a bit far too from the busy commercial areas; we found ourselves taking the taxi here much more often than in Tokyo 2. In terms of room configuration, I wished the toilet was located beside the bedroom so it's easier to go in the middle of the night.

We stayed here for one night, and the suite we booked was perfect for its value, even during high season. This is my sixth visit to Japan and approximately tenth hotel, and I can confidently say this was the very best in terms of value and service. However, what is even more commendable is the level of service offered here. For instance, my mom and I were trying to navigate our way back to Osaka late at night, hours after we had checked out. The kind gentlemen at the front desk could not have been more helpful, assisting us in selecting the best train and providing detailed instructions to reach the appropriate station. They were patient and caring, embodying the absolute best of the world-renowned Japanese standard of service. We cannot wait to return on our next visit to Kyoto.

This was a FABULOUS stay, down to the detail. Arrival, room, service, cleanliness, staff and location. We had a room on the 4th floor which was very spacious and comfy. Perfect temperature, lovely bedding and linens, the lighting, bath and bathroom were all of the utmost simple and elegant standard. The staff was very helpful thanks to the services provided by Nishkawa, Hori, Ruri and Hirota. They helped us get around Kyoto, arranged for our baggage delivery to our next hotel and even helped arrange for a 24 hour laundry service since their pickup time had already passed. The anteroom also had a lovely couch and makeup dresser (boudoir) which my girlfriend used and liked a lot. All around 10/10, highly recommended. If I were to come back to Kyoto I wouldn’t doubt staying here again!
