The hotel facilities is good! Bright view from the 6 floor room, it can also book the BBQ food truck to the hotel for service! The only drawback is that behind the swimming pool is a drainage ditch, from which unpleasant odors emanate. Additionally, the breakfast dining schedule lacked distribution, leading to everyone being unable to dine quickly and efficiently!

The location is not very near city but with car or taxi it is easily access to anywhere. What matters is the staff and their service. The family room we booked for 2 nights is spacious and has sufficient room to move around. However, the sewer smell is strong. We informed the staff and they rectified it immediately. The next night all good, room very clean. Thank you to staff 呂宝桂, 陈品洋，张新鸿. All 3 of them gave us the best impression, very kind, helpful and have passion for their work. Well done. Tourism industry need you more. For a place to be successful it is not about the facilities, the room but also people who work there.

服務人員態度親切，笑容可掬。方便前往五結鬧區，坐在陽台看田間景色，或是在旁邊河川堤岸漫步，可靜可動，非常享受。 傍晚在泳池畔坐坐，晚上在酒吧區聽音樂，在一整天的旅程勞頓後，這真是住宿的好選擇。 輕輕鬆鬆享用早餐，再前往各處走走，連住兩晚，極力推薦給到宜蘭旅行的人。

房間乾淨舒適，入住時還有迎賓小點心跟飲料，早餐也多樣好吃，環境很舒服還有游泳池，真的很適合來這裡度假⛱️

民宿附有停車場，位置可以詢問櫃台。接待櫃台的先生很熱情，耐心介紹設施跟使用說明。早餐補的速度很快。貼心幫忙烤熱壓吐司。

飯店的位置離羅東火車站有一點距離，搭計程車過去差不多要10分鐘左右，訂的是二大床的房型，房間大小適中，早餐還不錯吃。

房間偏普通，但又早餐可以吃還是蠻不錯的，食物沒了也會趕緊補～～～～～～～～～～～～～～～～～～～～～

比想像中CP值低！說好現場濱唱、拖到九點半才開始、不到半小時！付了小費點歌、告知不會唱就結束下班！ 衛生也不ok, 使用毛巾擦身體時，發現有蟑螂爬身體上、真的很噁心！下次應該不會考量再預定～

舒適的環境和設備，友善溫暖的人員服務，位於頂樓（6樓）有寬廣露台的房間，陽光溫煦，空調舒適，放眼四周盡是綠油油，感覺很棒。隔日退房後還載我們母女去到車程要十多分鐘位於利澤簡園區的虎牌米粉觀光工廠，真的很感謝。

喜歡旅館的設施，預定的房間不大但是該有的用品都有(前台自取)，有停車場，位子不錯，開車很方便～住的時間是週六晚上，酒吧也有駐唱～
