This hotel exceeded my expectations. The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always greeted me with a smile. The location is strategic, close to Kuantan City and the beach. Plenty of good eateries are nearby, offering a variety of local and international cuisines.
The hotel provides complete amenities, ensuring a comfortable stay. I appreciated the thoughtful touches like the sajadah inside the TV cabinet, making it Muslim-friendly. The WiFi connection was stable and fast, which was perfect for work and entertainment. Housekeeping was efficient, keeping the room spotless throughout my stay.
Parking was convenient and easily accessible. The hotel lobby was welcoming, with a pleasant ambiance. Check-in and check-out processes were smooth and hassle-free. The bed was comfortable, allowing me to have a restful sleep. The air conditioning worked perfectly, keeping the room cool.
The bathroom was clean, with good water pressure and hot water available. The toiletries provided were of good quality. The hotel also had a prayer room, which was a great addition for Muslim guests. The breakfast spread was decent, with a mix of local and continental options.

I called one day earlier to request early checkup. It was entertained however due to system breakdown still required to wait almost one hour in the car. To their credit they still did their best.
According to the Trip package I was supposed get welcome drink but it was not there.
The nasi lemak rendang so good but the breakfast spread so limited. The renovation thingy quite a disturbance, need to walk all the way to access beach, no Deli yet, lobby not ready too. However they already informed that in advance so it was acceptable.
During housekeeping, our room key that was used to power up the room was taken, but the concierge sent a new one once the complaint lodged. They also restock only one bottle of mineral water instead of two, but the housekeeper comply with our request for another without much hassle.
I did not have enough time to try their fitness centre but one visit showed it was wide and adequate. I hope in the future it will be for 24 hours like other hotel and accessible with keycard.
All in all I will give 4 stars. Need to improve on breakfast spread. Special shoutout for Mr Kamarul our concierge/porter for excellent service. Will come again later.

place near to cherating & the best sea view! but I'm a little disappointed with the host service. He should have properly checked the house unit and parking lot before passing it to the customer. i also got complained from another guest because lot parking & my car almost been clamp. please guest reconfirm with host before you check in 👍🏾

Decent property with basic rooms. No food options in the hotel. Pros are a comfortable room and clean.
Cons, Allocated room no. 301. Consistent with problem of hot water in the room. During the shower , suddenly water turned cold on both the days. Suddenly the water was extremely hot and suddenly getting cold. Complained to reception but no use.
Multiple warning of charges as per the photo all across the room did not give a good feeling.
Alright for a stopover minus the water issue.

We love to stay at apartment where ever we go for Holiday, its convenient feels freedom and feeels like home, everything was alright except at this apartment except the following:
1. No plates provided.
2. Stove that doesn't work, should have microwave instead to warm up left over food
3. Extra mugs and drinking glasses please.
4. Please change your TV to smart TV
5. WIFI doesn't work !
6. We were very tired coz of driving long distance and we extended our stay.

It was cozy and nice staying here..Everything was so great and clean. actually i booked the standard studio but there was a problem with the air conditioner so the owner upgraded a unit with a pool view to replace.we liked and enjoyed very much. Unfortunately, the pool was not open because of the mantainance. Poor my little daughter. The main point we came here was to getting wet in a pool.😅😅but it's okay..

Ich bin nicht sicher, ob die Bettwäsche zwischen den Benutzern geändert werden, da die Schalendecke gelbe Markierungen auf sie hatte. Die Handschuhe wurde gebrochen, so dass nur die Kopfschlafe verwendet werden konnte. Das Handtuch war Dampf, wirft Zweifel an der Waschung und Trocknung. Auf der positiven Seite hatten wir ein Meerblickzimmer mit guten Einrichtungen, und die Lage bietet einen bequemen Zugang zu Kuantan Stadt und nahe gelegenen Stränden. Wir wurden jedoch gebeten, das Zimmer zu reinigen und die Müllmühle im Ablehnungsraum zu entsorgen, was etwas seltsam fühlte.

QQeyraWe had a splendid 2D1N stay for Mom's birthday. It was great to be able to watch folks surf on a private beach. The room is quite spacious with amazing ocean views. However, entrance to the villa was quite challenging for the elderly or those with special needs because you had to take the stairs to your villa and then up for buggy services. The breakfast was also fantastic! Definitely will be our main place to stay in Cherating! .

AAzha SyazriLove the king sized bed and all the big pillows. Room was big enough and comes with a sofa bed. Toilet also very clean and comes with bottled shower gels, shampoo and conditioner. Look very organised and complete.
Food during breakfast was also very nice, served by well-mannered waiters and chefs. Plenty of delicious food to choose from.
I particularly like the vege fritters they cooked, brings back old memories when i was little, living in kampung with my late mom.
Overall, it was a very pleasant experience staying there and would definitely come back whenever I'm Kuantan.

GGastnutzerWe are visiting Kuala Lumpur and staying at this hotel for the first time. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the staff. Every member of the team, from the buggy driver to housekeeping and the receptionist, was exceptionally friendly. The views and scenery are stunning, providing a beautiful and relaxing atmosphere. We booked the Ocean View Suite, and the room exceeded all expectations—elegant, breathtaking, and beyond words. Our 3-day, 2-night stay at this hotel was absolutely perfect, and we will definitely be returning in the future.

MMuhammad Nur Azimi AzizanI came here for my appointment at SASMEC IIUM as this hotel is nearby. This hotel provide breakfast for it's guest and the choices are good considering its price. This hotel also provide rooftop swimming pool. The downside for me is the hotel is vertically large, and the walking distance from elevator to rooms can be quite a distance, if you are unlucky enough to get the furthest room 😂. All in all, a great stay and recommended for families. The room is comfy and the space is benevolent enough.

TTan chun yap3rd floor are horrible, u can hear sound of water tank almost whole night. It was so disturbing for light sleeper. Meanwhile they moved me to another empty room with window, another nightmare! Noise from the street and very warm by day time, however they managed to move me to another better room after my complaint. An Indian girl at front desk doesn’t seems enjoy her work, kudos to housekeeper PN Zana. Room well kept during my stay
